Anhand von Beispielen soll die Erfindung wie folgt beschrieben werden: <B>In</B> Fig. <B>1</B> sind mit I<B><I>A,</I></B><I> B,<B>C</B></I> die Stufenschaltwerke bezeichnet mit ihren Kontakten<I>a,<B>b,</B> c<B>.</B></I><B> .
<B>A</B> s, mit den dazugehörigen Hilfskontakten a ge schlossen.
Arrangement for the control of the level equality and its monitoring on parallel working tap changers With a parallel connection of tap changers it is necessary to control them for synchronism and to monitor this synchronism after the control has been carried out. In the event of a fault, any further control commands should be blocked and the fault should be reported at the same time.
However, the known solutions have considerable disadvantages and in some cases only fulfill part of the tasks set.
Devices are known which initially only determine the synchronism, but in addition, if there is no synchronism, give the switchgear drive an arbitrarily fixed directional command. If, in this case, the number of stages in the switching mechanism is not in the direction of the arbitrary Lich specified direction command of the switching mechanism in operation, the contact path of the former is traversed up to its output stage, only to then establish synchronism in the opposite direction. With a larger number of stages, according to this arrangement, a relatively long time is required before synchronization is achieved.
Furthermore, devices are known which initially simulate the contact positions on a second contact device and then carry out the previously described query with a predetermined direction on this second contact device, which can be done more quickly than directly with the tap changer drive, which then receives the correct direction command from this secondary contact device . Such facilities are very complicated and result in increased susceptibility to failure.
Another device provides precisely matched resistances between the individual contacts, with the contact positions of the tap changers being switched on being compared by a polarized relay. In this way, a clear directional command should come about, which, however, places extremely high demands on relays and resistors and results in reduced operational reliability.
In addition to a simple contact path, other known devices also provide a special contact path, with the help of which an automatic adjustment of the step regulator in the same position that have fallen out of step for whatever reason or are in different positions from the start should be brought about. These would have to have two contacts for each stage, which open and close in opposite directions. By means of a mechanical device, a reciprocal opening or closing of the contacts to be passed through is made here when moving up or down.
Such a device is very complicated and expensive in its construction and also places very high demands on the execution of such a special contact path, which results in reduced operational reliability.
The invention, while avoiding the aforementioned disadvantages, creates an arrangement for controlling the equality of steps and their monitoring on step switchgear operating in parallel, so that the control of the step switchgears at the same level with only one contact path of each step switchgear an alternating current source is introduced via rectifiers that are assigned to the connecting lines of the individual contacts and two control relays,
so that the direction of the control command is clearly defined and the corresponding drive is operated upwards or downwards.
The device according to the invention kaTin 'for the synchronization control and monitoring of any number of parallel step switchgears or groups, which can be combined from any number of step switchgears as desired.
The invention is to be described using examples as follows: In FIG. 1, I, I, A, I, B, I > B, <B> C </B> </I> denotes the tap changers with their contacts <I> a, <B> b, </B> c <B>. </B> </I> <B >. ., </B> which are connected to one another via connecting lines 2 according to their sequence. The rectifiers II are arranged between the connecting lines 2. III are the relays intended for running up with the respective associated rectifier <B> 3 </B> and IV are the relays intended for lowering with the associated rectifiers 4.
An alternating current source V is assigned to the tap changer which is <B> in </B> operation. This alternating current source is expediently arranged between the contact track and a null rail.
Assuming that the tap changer IA is in operation and stage c is set on the contact path, the mode of operation will now be described when tap changer IB is to be switched on from contact a.
From the alternating current source V, via contact c of the tap changer L4, a current flows through the corresponding connecting lines via the rectifier II in between via the contact a of the tap changer IB and the relay III of the tap changer IB and thus the tap changer IB starts up until its level c is reached .
At this moment, a current flow will flow through both relays of the tap changer IB in the opposite direction via the contacts c of both tap changers independently of the rectifiers 11, whereby the motor drive is stopped.
When connecting further tap changers, this process is repeated as just described. The respective control process can be displayed with the help of signaling devices of known design. The message is expediently made via auxiliary contacts of the individual relays.
A further example is intended to show a practical embodiment of the invention on a three-phase bank with a reserve transformer.
The leading drive can be selected by means of series contacts that automatically only allow the drives in operation to take the lead and, when the drive is switched off or switched, automatically makes another drive that is in operation the leading one.
In Fig. 2a and <B> 2b </B> an embodiment of such a three-phase bank with reserve transformer is shown. In Fig. 2a a system is assumed with three single-phase transformers, that is, for each phase j ?, <B><I>S,</I> </B> T and with a reserve transformer RST.
In Fig. 2b, the tap changers are again designated by 1. 11 The rectifiers are, according to the preceding description, 111 > and IV the relays belonging to a tap changer with their corresponding rectifiers <B> 3 </B> and 4.
The auxiliary contacts of the isolating switch are designated with K, whereby three auxiliary contacts KR, Ks, <I> KT </I> are necessary for the reserve transformer, which are assigned to the individual phases "since the reserve transformer must be switchable for each phase. <B> 1 </B> are changeover contacts of the circuit breakers that are necessary to assign the alternating current source to the respective leading switchgear.
In the following, the operation of this three-phase bank will be described: Assuming that the three transformers IR, IS, IT (Fig. 2a) are in operation, the transformer Ig is the leading. If this fails as a result of a fault, the corresponding auxiliary contact of phase R is placed on the reserve transformer.
By switching off the circuit breaker of the transformer IR, the two contacts <B> 1, </B> and Ki are switched over, whereby the alternating current source is connected to the transformer Is and this becomes the leading one.
Now the reserve transformer is brought into the corresponding switching stage in the manner described previously (Fig. 1). The circuit breaker of the reserve transformer can only be operated when the correct switching level has been reached and both relays have closed.
If the invention is to be applied to multiple busbar systems, in which each system works separately for itself, in order to switch transformers or associated groups of transformers alternatively to individual busbar systems, it is necessary to carry out a fully automatic control so that When several transformers work together on one and the same busbar system, those to be connected are automatically brought to the same level as the one in operation.
For this purpose, a selection relay is assigned to each tap changer, which initiates the regulation of the tap changer to be switched on, with the selection relay only being excited if at least two tap changers are connected to a busbar system as a result of the cyclic interchanging of the associated disconnector auxiliary contacts.
A corresponding example is shown in FIGS. 3a to 3c. In FIG. 3a, <B> 1, </B> 2, <B> 3 </B> each designate a busbar system, each of which has the phases RST owns. With <B> 1, 11 </B> and III the corresponding transformers are designated with the associated power switches Ll, L29 L3 and the respective disconnectors All, A129 <B> <I> As USW. </I> </B>
In Fig. 3b Dl. D23 D 3 selection relays are identified, which are then activated when several transformers are connected to one Sam - working milk rail system. all, <I> a12, </I> as are auxiliary contacts of the disconnector <B> A. </B>
3c now shows the actual control and monitoring device. IV and V denote the parallel relays for upward and downward regulation, each belonging to a step switchgear. d "<B> <I> d2, </I> d. </B> are auxiliary contacts of the D relays and <B> 1., </B> 125 <B> 1 3 </B> are auxiliary contacts of the corresponding Circuit breaker LI, L2> L 3 * The auxiliary contacts <B> d </B> and <B> 1 </B> each have a normally closed and a normally open contact.
An alternating current source VII is placed between the neutral rail and the input in front of the first auxiliary contact of the circuit breaker Li.
The mode of operation will now be described below: It is assumed that the transformer I is connected to the busbar system <B> 3, </B> Transformer <B> 111 </B> to the busbar system <B> 1 </ B> work, and transformer II is to be switched from operation on busbar system 2 to busbar system <B> 1 </B>.
In the current state, the transformer <B> 1 </B> circuit breaker L and isolating contact <B> A "</B> are closed, as are the corresponding auxiliary contacts of the isolating switch as. Correspondingly, the other two transformers <B > 11 </B> and III the circuit breakers as well as the disconnectors <B> A22 </B> or <B> A </B> s, with the associated auxiliary contacts a closed. Due to the cyclical interchanging of the disconnector auxiliary contacts < I> a </I> it is impossible with the current position of the disconnector that the relays <B> D </B> are made to respond.
In Fig. 3c the position of the auxiliary contacts <B> d </B> and <B> 1 </B> is now such that the working contacts of the auxiliary contacts <B> 1 </B> and through the switched on power switch D-relay not addressed at the auxiliary contacts <B> d </B> the normally closed contacts are closed. If the transformer <B> 11 </B> is to be switched from the busbar system 2 to the busbar system <B> 1 </B>, the circuit breaker L, is switched off and then the disconnector <B> A22 </ B > As well as its auxiliary contacts a .. open.
As a result, the auxiliary contacts 12 are also switched from normally open contact to transformer normally closed contact. II prepared for connection to the busbar system <B> 1 </B>.
To do this, first the "disconnector <B> A2, </B> is inserted, where the auxiliary contacts a2, are also closed. A .. and a.V The a2, relay energized, while D2 and D3 are now the relay via D,
after a 21 'does not respond as before. The energized relays <B> D, </B> and <B> D 3 </B> also switch their auxiliary contacts <B> d2 </B> and <B> d. </B> in a corresponding manner. As a result, the alternating current source is connected to the control device of the transformer <B> 111 </ via the working contact <B> 11, </B> break contact dl, break contact 12, make contact <B> 1, </B> and make contact d. B>, which makes this the leading one.
Depending on the number of stages, the current will now flow through the corresponding relay, upwards or downwards, of the transformer II via the connecting lines of the individual step contacts and the associated rectifier and move it to the corresponding stage with a clearly specified direction.
After synchronization is achieved, the motor drive is stopped again and the power switch is now released for switching on. This is done automatically. As a result, the hip contact 12 of the circuit breaker L2 is switched over, making transformer II the leading one.
This facility can be expanded at any time if it is a question of allowing individual or freely configurable groups to work on any number of busbar systems from any number of tap changers. Only one or more basic systems in a corresponding circuit are necessary for this.
The device can also be expanded to include the control and monitoring of a permanent relative synchronism, if z. B. the second switching plant is always two steps lower, etc. relative to the first. For this purpose, in the known basic system according to FIG. 1, only correspondingly offset contacts need to be connected instead of contacts of the same order.
