Trockenrasierapparat Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Trockenrasierapparat, der an einem als Handgriff ausgebildeten Motorgehäuse mindestens einen läng lichen, abnehmbaren Scherkopf mit äusserem Scher- kamm und längsbeweglichem Innenmesser aufweist, wobei die offenen Scherkopfenden durch abklappbar am Gehäuse angelenkte, einen Haarfängerraum nach aussen begrenzende Klappen abgedeckt sind.
Bei Apparaten der genannten Art hat es sich als besonders nachteilig erwiesen, dass der unterhalb des Scherkopfes im Gehäuse vorgesehene Halte- und Auslösemechanismus für den Scherkopf vom Haar fängerraum her zur Betätigung frei zugänglich sein muss und somit gegen das Eindringen von Haaren aus diesem Haarfängerraum nicht geschützt ist. Die erfindungsgemäss vorgeschlagene Lösung vermeidet diesen Nachteil.
Zu diesem Zweck ist der Trockenrasierapparat nach vorliegender Erfindung dadurch gekennzeich net, dass der von der Haarfängerklappe überdeckte, den Halte- und Entriegelungsmechanismus für den Scherkopf enthaltende Gehäuseraum durch eine den Haarfängerraum nach innen begrenzende Platte ab geschlossen ist, die gleichzeitig als Betätigungsorgan für den Scherkopfentriegelungsmechanismus ausge bildet ist.
Die genannte Platte schützt nicht nur den Entriegelungsmechanismus für den abnehmbaren Scherkopf gegen unerwünschtes Eindringen von Haa ren aus dem Haarfängerraum, sondern kann beson ders bei Apparaten mit zwei und mehr Scherköpfen auch das Betätigen des Entriegelungsmechanismus erleichtern.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausfüh rungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigen Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht des Apparatekopfes, teilweise im Längsschnitt, und Fig. 2 eine Ansicht des Apparatekopfes von rechts in Fig. 1 gesehen.
Der gezeichnete Trockenrasierapparat besitzt ein längliches, als Handgriff ausgebildetes Gehäuse 1, das den nicht gezeichneten Antriebsmotor enthält. Der eine leicht verjüngte Endteil des Gehäuses 1 ist durch eine Deckplatte 2 abgeschlossen, die mit paar weise angeordneten Löchern versehen ist, in welchen der konisch erweiterte Kopf je einer Steckhülse 3 sitzt. Beim gezeichneten Beispiel sitzen auf der Deck platte 2 drei zueinander parallele, unter sich gleich ausgebildete Scherköpfe 4 mit äusserem Scherkamm und nicht gezeichnetem, durch den Antriebsmotor hin- und herbeweglichem Innenmesser. Jeder Scher kopf 4 besitzt zwei Steckstifte 5, die in die Hülsen 3 hineinragen.
Die Steckstifte 5 besitzen einen durch eine Umfangsnut 5a vom Stiftschaft getrennten Kopf. Die Nut<I>5a</I> liegt im Bereich eines Wandschlitzes 3a der Steckhülse 3. Ein durch diesen Schlitz 3a ragen der Haltering 6 greift in die Nut 5a des Stiftes 5 und wird durch eine Drahtfeder 7 in an sich bekannter Weise in dieser Wirkungslage gehalten, in welcher der Haltering 6 den zugeordneten Steckstift 5 in der Steckhülse 3 "festhält, Durch Druck auf den Haltering 6 entgegen der Wirkung der Feder 7 kann der Halte ring ausser Eingriff mit der Nut 5a gebracht und da mit die Arretierung der Steckstifte 5 gelöst werden.
Der den genannten Halte- und Auslösemecha- nismus 3-7 enthaltende Gehäuseraum ist auf beiden auch die Stirnöffnungen enthaltenden Gehäuseseiten durch je eine Federplatte 8 nach aussen abgedeckt. Die durch Falten eines Federblattes doppellagig aus gebildete Platte 8 ist mit oben im Bereich der Deck platte 2 liegendem Falzrand 8a mittels eines von einer einwärts gebogenen unteren Randzunge 8b umschlos senen Lagerbolzens 9 schwenkbar im Gehäuse 1 ge lagert. Der Falzrand 8a der Platte ist dabei in einer Aussparung 10 der Deckplatte 2 geführt, wobei der Schwenkweg der Platte 8 nach aussen durch eine diese Aussparung begrenzende Nase 10a begrenzt ist.
Die einwärtsgebogene Randzunge 8b der Platte 8 liegt federnd gegen eine innere Gehäusekante la an und drückt dadurch die Platte 8 mit ihrem Falzrand 8a federnd nach aussen gegen die Nase 10a. Wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich, liegen die Halteringe 6 des Halte- und Auslösemechanismus der Scherköpfe 4 in der genannten Ruhelage der Platte 8 unmittelbar hin ter der letzteren.
Durch Einwärtsdrücken der Platte 8 von Hand entgegen der Wirkung der Federzunge 8b drückt die Platte 8 die Halteringe 6 entgegen der Wirkung der zugeordneten Federn 7 ausser Eingriff mit der Nut 5a im betreffenden Steckstift. Einwärts- drücken der beiden Platten 8 entriegelt somit den Haltemechanismus aller drei Scherköpfe 4, so dass diese abgenommen werden können.
Der untere Randteil 8c des äusseren Blattes der Platte 8 ist nach aussen gebogen und umfasst mit einer Endbördelung einen Lagerstift 11, auf welchem eine abklappbare Haarfängerklappe 12 sitzt. Die Klappe 12 ist schalenförmig ausgehölt und begrenzt nach aussen einen Haarfängerraum 13 ; die Haar fängerklappe 12 erstreckt sich in an sich bekannter Weise über die Deckplatte 2 nach oben und über deckt dort in ihrer Schliesslage die Offenseiten der Scherköpfe.
Der untere annähernd rechtwinklig ab gebogene Rand 12n. der Klappe 12 greift bei offener Klappe (Fig. 1 rechts) unter den Rand 8c, so dass die Klappe 12 vom letzteren federnd in ihre Offen lage gedrückt wird. Beim Schliessen bzw. Hochklap pen der Haarfängerklappe 12 gleitet der Klappen rand 12n längs des inneren Blattes der Platte 8 nach unten ; somit muss beim Hochklappen der Klappe 12 zuerst der Randteil 8c federnd nach aussen gedrückt werden, bis eine Totpunktstellung erreicht ist, nach welcher der Randteil 8c die Schliessbewegung der Klappe 12 unterstützt.
Wie besonders aus Fig. 2 er sichtlich, ist der mit seiner Endbördelung den Lager stift 11 teilweise umfassende Randteil 8c der Platte 8 schmäler als die Innenbreite der Klappe 12. Wird die Klappe 12 aus ihrer Offenlage (rechts in Fig. 1) weiter nach unten gedrückt, so drückt der Klappen rand 12a seinerseits den Plattenrandteil 8c nach aus sen und schafft so genügend Platz, um den unteren Klappenteil zusammen mit dem in den Seitenwänden der Klappe verankerten Lagerstift 11 um soviel unter den Randteil 8c höher schieben zu können,
dass der Lagerstift 11 aus der Endbördelung des Randteils 8c austritt ; die Klappe 12 kann dann durch Ausfahren des Lagerstiftes 11 und des unteren Klappenrandes 12a aus dem zwischen dem Innenblatt der Platte 8 und dem Randteil 8c geschaffenen Zwischenraum abgenommen werden.
Aus dem Vorangehenden ist ersichtlich, dass die in der beschriebenen Weise ausgebildete Platte 8 nicht nur zur Betätigung, sondern auch zur Abschir mung des Halte- und Enzriegelungsmechanismus für die Scherköpfe gegen den Haarfängerraum 13 hin dient und ausserdem das mit Totpunktstellung ver sehene Lager für die Haarfängerklappe trägt.
Da durch sind in einfacher Weise und mittels eines ein zigen Elementes alle Forderungen nach einwand freiem Schutz des Halte- und Entriegelungsmecha- msmus gegen Verschmutzen durch eindringende Haarreste, nach leichtgängiger und .gleichzeitiger Be tätigung dieses Mechanismus und nach einwandfreier Lagerung der Klappe, so dass letztere sowohl in Schliess- als auch in Offenlage sicher gehalten ist und trotzdem leicht abgenommen werden kann, er füllt.

The dry shaving apparatus shown has an elongated housing 1, designed as a handle, which contains the drive motor, not shown. The one slightly tapered end part of the housing 1 is closed by a cover plate 2 which is provided with a pair of holes arranged in a manner in which the conically widened head of a receptacle 3 is seated. In the example shown sit on the cover plate 2 three mutually parallel, under the same formed shaving heads 4 with an outer shaving comb and not shown, reciprocable by the drive motor inner knife. Each shear head 4 has two pins 5 which protrude into the sleeves 3.
The plug pins 5 have a head separated from the pin shaft by a circumferential groove 5a. The groove <I> 5a </I> lies in the area of a wall slot 3a of the socket 3. A protruding through this slot 3a, the retaining ring 6 engages in the groove 5a of the pin 5 and is held in this by a wire spring 7 in a manner known per se Active position held, in which the retaining ring 6 holds the associated plug pin 5 in the socket 3 ″. By inwardly pressing the plate 8 by hand against the action of the spring tongue 8b, the plate 8 pushes the retaining rings 6 against the action of the associated springs 7 out of engagement with the groove 5a in the relevant plug pin. Pressing the two plates 8 inwards thus unlocks the holding mechanism of all three shaving heads 4, so that they can be removed.
The lower edge part 8c of the outer sheet of the plate 8 is bent outwards and comprises, with an end flange, a bearing pin 11 on which a foldable hair catcher flap 12 is seated. The flap 12 is hollowed out in the shape of a shell and delimits a hair catcher space 13 on the outside; the hair catcher flap 12 extends in a manner known per se over the cover plate 2 upwards and over there in its closed position covers the open sides of the shaving heads.
The lower edge 12n which is bent at approximately right angles. the flap 12 engages when the flap is open (Fig. 1 right) under the edge 8c, so that the flap 12 is resiliently pressed into its open position by the latter. As can be seen in particular from Fig. 2, the bearing pin 11 partially encompassing the edge portion 8c of the plate 8 is narrower than the inner width of the flap 12. From the foregoing it can be seen that the plate 8 designed in the manner described is used not only for actuation, but also for shielding the holding and locking mechanism for the shaving heads against the hair catcher space 13 and also the bearing for the hair catcher flap provided with dead center position wearing.
Since by means of a single element all demands for proper protection of the holding and unlocking mechanism against contamination by penetrating hair residues, after smooth and simultaneous activation of this mechanism and after proper storage of the flap, so that the latter is held securely both in the closed and in the open position and can still be easily removed, it fills.
