Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt, den geschil derten Nachteil zu beseitigen und besteht darin, dass die Litzen je ausser den Öffnungen für die Litzen führungsschienen und .einem;
Device for holding together a row of heddles for heald frames The invention relates to a device for holding together a row of heddles for heald frames, in particular a row of heddles with hook-shaped ends for riderless frames.
Such healds can be relatively easily pushed off the heald shaft or supplied to it in the stack, but the major disadvantage is that the heald stacks fall apart in the removed state, since the healds have no cohesion.
The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the drawback derten and consists in the fact that the strands are guide rails and one in each other than the openings for the strands.
Keafaden, have at least one opening at each end and tear-off elements independent of the material are provided, onto which the strands in the form of a row, as they are to be used in the shaft, are intended to be attached by means of the aforementioned openings.
The drawing relates to some exemplary embodiments of the device according to the invention. It shows the in Figure 1-4 healds with hook-shaped ends in view; 5 and 6 weaving blocks with double hooked ends, in view.
In the figures, the strands are provided with only one hook end and part of the strand shaft.
According to the example according to FIG. 1, the strand 1 has a hook 2 at the end, which is suspended in a corresponding U-channel of a guide rail 3 which, for B. is firmly connected to the support rod of the heald frame or consists of one piece with it.
The hook 2 is welded or soldered to the stranded saft 1 at 4.
In the end of the hook 2 facing the stranded shank, an opening in the form of an oval hole 5 is made. An identical hole is provided in the lower hook - not shown. The braid is pushed through the holes 5 onto a wire or rod 5a each.
In the example according to FIG. 2, a square or square opening 6 is provided in the stranded shaft - different design than in FIG. 1 - facing the end, the soldering or welding point also being designed somewhat differently than in the case of the stranded wire Fig. 1.
The litz wire is attached with the holes 6 to a wire or rod 6a .
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, there is a keyhole-like opening 7 on the one facing the strand shaft 1. End of hook 2 seen before. The stranded shaft consists, here of a round wire, which is connected to the hook 2 z.
B. is firmly connected by soldering. Also, here the braid 1 with the upper and the lower hole (not shown) is attached to a wire or rod 7a each.
In the example according to FIG. 4, the opening in a stranded wire in the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is arranged in the form of a keyhole 8 facing away from the stranded wire shaft, i.e. at the outer end of the hook 2,
an identical hole 8 is also provided on the lower hook. The slip-on wire or rod is denoted by 8a. Of course, a Duxchbruch of another shape, such as.
B. round hole, oval hole, square hole or the like, be arranged. FIGS. 5 and 6 show healds with double hooks, the two hooks of which are each suspended in a U-shaped rail 3.
In the Ausfüh tion according to Fig. 5, the opening 9 is arranged in the end of the hook 2 facing the stranded shaft,
while in the example according to FIG. 6 the opening 10 is attached to the outer end of the hook 2. On their lower hook, the strands also have corresponding openings 9 and 10, with which they are attached to wires or rods 9a and 10a with the same profile.
The breakthroughs 5-10 basically serve to hold a large number of strands of the same type in the form of a row, as is used in the shaft, on tear-off elements independent of the shaft, such as.
B. wires, rods, strips 5a-10a, etc. to stack and hold together when they are z. B. package wise agbestossen from the heald shaft or this should be led to.
In this way, entire stacks of healds lined up on the wires etc. can also be combined in units to be guided to the heald frame or pushed off from it, without the risk of the heald stack falling apart.
