Description

  

      Türflügelscharnier       Gemäss vorliegender Erfindung ist ein     Türflügel-          scharnier    dadurch     gekennzeichnet,    dass der     türfeste     Teil im rahmenfesten Teil mittels mindestens     eines     Radial- und     Axialdruckwälzlagers    gelagert ist.  



  Zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des     Erfindungsgegen-          standes    sind in der     Zeichnung    je im     Axialschnitt     dargestellt.  



  In beiden Figuren ist mit 1 ein am rahmenfesten  Träger 10 festsitzender     Hohlkörper        bezeichnet,        auf     den ein am türfesten Träger 20 befestigter Kopfteil  2 aufgesetzt     ist,    wobei hier die beiden Teile 1 und  2 sich zu einem eiförmigen Körper     ergänzen.     



  In der Drehachse     A-A    ist am     Kopfteil    2     ein    Bol  zen 21 angesetzt, der in den Hohlraum des unteren  Hohlkörpers 1 hineinragt und oben     ein        Kegelwälz-          lager    220 trägt.  



  Nach     Fig.    1 trägt der Bolzen 21 unten ein Ra  dialkugellager 230, während nach     Fig.    2 ein entge  gengesetzt gerichtetes     Kegelwälzlager    240 vorgesehen  ist. Die beiden     Kegelwälzlager    220     und    240     können     durch Festdrehen einer Mutter 25     gegeneinander    ver  spannt werden, so dass die türfesten Teile nicht aus    dem     Hohlkörper    1 herausgezogen werden können.  Damit diese Mutter 25 betätigt werden kann, ist ge  mäss     Fig.    2 der untere Teil la des     Hohlkörpers    1       abschraubbar.     



  Durch einen Schmiernippel 26 oben am     Teil    2  kann     Schmiermittel    über     einen    Kanal 260     in    den  Hohlraum im Körper 1 geleitet werden.

  According to Fig. 1, the bolt 21 carries a Ra dialkugellager 230 below, while according to Fig. 2, a cone roller bearing 240 directed opposite opposite is provided. The two tapered roller bearings 220 and 240 can be clamped against each other by tightening a nut 25, so that the parts fixed to the door cannot be pulled out of the hollow body 1. So that this nut 25 can be actuated, the lower part la of the hollow body 1 can be unscrewed according to FIG.



  Through a grease nipple 26 at the top of part 2, lubricant can be directed into the cavity in body 1 via a channel 260.
