Safety device on elevator shaft door The subject of the invention of the main patent forms a safety device on the fixed and movable door part of an elevator shaft door, with a device for closing the door and a device for blocking the elevator control when the door is unlocked, with at least one of the two devices without electrical contacts is working.
The present additional invention enables a particularly simple and safe execution of the device characterized in the claim of the main patent by having at least one body made of magnetically saturable material, which is provided with at least one winding and which is used to generate a signal dependent on the saturation state of the body in the Winding for Schliesskon trolle and '/ or unlocking the elevator control cooperates with a magnetic element.
To prevent premature signaling due to the scattering of the field lines, a magnetic short-circuit element can be arranged directly next to the body made of saturable material, which means that when the elevator shaft door is locked, the signal for the locking control is only given to the elevator control in the last section of the locking bolt becomes.
Some embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the accompanying drawings Darge.
It shows: FIG. 1 of a safety device on an elevator shaft door, a device for checking the locking of the door with magnetic signaling, FIG. 2, a device for checking the closed position of the door with magnetic signaling,
3 shows a device for checking the locking of an automatically operated door with magnetic signaling, and FIG. 4 shows a floor plan of FIG. 3.
In the drawing, 1 of the movable door is part, for example a door leaf, and 2 denotes the fixed door frame of an elevator shaft door.
In Fig. 1, 20 is a lock housing of a known type in which a locking bolt 23 .in housing store 24 and 25 is guided. A bore 22 mounted in a housing locking lever 21 is in operative connection with the locking bolt 23 and is operated in a known manner by a slideway attached to the elevator car.
A magnet 80 fastened in the housing 20, which has a winding 81 fed with direct current, influences a body 82 made of magnetically saturable material. The body 82 is provided with a bore 83 through which two windings 84 and 85 lead. The winding 84 is fed with alternating current. The winding 85 is functionally connected to the elevator control. An element 86 is attached to the locking bolt 23, which is used to generate a magnetic short circuit. When the door is locked, the.
Organ 86 in the air gap between the magnet 80 and the body 82, that is to say the magnetic flux of the magnet 80 is short-circuited. As a result, the body 82 is unsaturated, so that the winding 84 excited with alternating current induces a voltage in the winding 85, which is fed as a signal to unlock the elevator control.
2 shows a device for controlling the closed position of the door. On the movable door part 1, a permanent magnet 90 is attached, which affects a body 91 made of saturable material, before geous from ferrite material. The body 91 is built into the door frame and provided with the bore 92 through which a winding 93 leads. The winding 93 is effectively connected to the elevator control.
When the door is closed, the permanent magnet 90 saturates the body 91, especially in the constrictions 94 and 95. This significantly reduces the self-induction in the winding 93, so that an alternating voltage applied to the winding 93 can pass through the elevator control To influence the meaning of the display of the closed door. The windings 93 of the various floor doors are connected in series before geous.
In FIGS. 3 and 4, the movable door part of an automatically operated sliding door is also designated by 1 and the door frame by 2. In the movable door part 1, the locking bolt 102 is rotatably guided by means of a pin 103 in bearings 100 and 101. The locking bolt 102 is actuated in a known manner by the unlocking element 104 on the elevator car and, when the door is closed, engages over the locking edge 105, so that the door is prevented from opening when the car is not behind the same.
In order to display the locked door to the elevator control, a permanent magnet 106 is attached to the locking bolt 102. A body 107 made of saturable material is built into the door frame 2 and is provided with a bore 108 through which a winding 109 coupled to the elevator control is guided. A magnetic short-circuit element 110 is attached directly next to the body 107, which has the effect that the magnetic field lines of the permanent magnet 106 are short-circuited until the locking bolt 102 has sufficiently engaged over the edge 105.
With the type of locked, closed door, the permanent magnet 106 saturates the body 107. As a result, the self-induction in the winding 109 is significantly reduced, so that an alternating voltage applied to the winding 109 can happen and thus only in the last Distance of the locking bolt the elevator control is influenced for the purpose of relaxation.
