Die Fig. 1 bis9 stellen das erste Aus führungsbeispiel dar, während aus den Fig. 10 bis 18 das zweite Ausführungsbeispiel ersichtlich ist. Es zeigen: Fig. 1, 6, 8, 10, 12,15 und17 in Ansicht und teilweisen Schnitt eine Kleinbildkamera, Fig. 2,7, 9, 11, 14,16 und18 die gleiche Kamera, von oben gesehen;
Photographic 35mm camera for perforated roll film The invention relates to a photographic 35mm camera for perforated roll film with a spring-action switch rod protruding from the side of the camera housing, which is coupled to a film transport slide carrying a film gripper and in which an automatic shutter with associated actuating organs is provided is. There is already a photographic camera for perforated roll film known, in which the image-wise transport of the film by means of a gripper engaging in its Perfo ration, which is connected to a switching rod that protrudes from the side of the camera housing.
In this case, however, a focal plane shutter with curtains running past the picture window is provided for the exposure, which is simultaneously tensioned when the film is switched on by a pinion gear engaging the toothing of the switching rod. However, no locking means are provided to prevent incomplete or repeated switching movement of the switching rod during film transport, so that despite the inevitable coupling of the shutter elevator with the film transport, this device has the possibility of incorrect exposures and blank images.
This disadvantage also exists in another proposed camera, in which a gear rack is coupled to a laterally protruding switch rod, which actuates the film transport and shutter lift via the gears connected to the film take-up reel and the camera shutter and then decouples it from the switch rod becomes.
In addition, these afore-mentioned devices are not suitable for photographic cameras in which an automatic shutter assigned to the lens is provided for exposure, in which when the release lever is operated the clamping and release of the shutter takes place in a single operation. This is due in particular to the fact that when an automatic shutter is arranged, additional locking means are provided which, to avoid incorrect and double exposures, work alternately with the gearbox for film transport.
The invention is based on the object of creating a photographic 35mm camera for perforated roll film with a switch rod protruding laterally from the camera housing for the film transport when an automatic lock is arranged, in which the disadvantages of the cameras mentioned above are avoided and further advantages in terms of the mutual interaction of the automatic shutter with the film transport be effective switching rod.
This is achieved according to the invention with the arrangement of an Autornat- closure in that the fihntransport slide coupled to the switching rod has a control part which unlocks the closure actuator at the end of the film transport, on the other hand has a latch into which at the end of the Fümtransportes the locking lever holding the feeder slide engages,
which, after the lock has been released, can be released by the actuating member of the automatic lock by means of a control lever that temporarily blocks its return. Appropriately, the film transport slide is additional Lich a known reversing lock zugeord net that prevents an incomplete switching movement of the film transport slide by the switching rod ver. In the accompanying drawings, two exemplary embodiments of the subject invention are illustrated.
Figures 1 to 9 represent the first exemplary embodiment, while FIGS. 10 to 18 show that second embodiment can be seen. They show: FIGS. 1, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15 and 17, in a view and partial section, of a 35mm camera, FIG. 2 , 7, 9, 11, 14, 16 and 18 the same camera, seen from above;
Here the camera is cut open so that the most important parts of the invention are better visible, FIGS. 3, 4 and 5 in a greatly enlarged view a partial section of the essential parts belonging to the first embodiment in a front view and top view and FIG. 13 in a likewise enlarged representation a partial section according to view AA of FIG. 14, corresponding to the second embodiment.
All parts that do not belong directly to the invention have been largely omitted for clarity in the figures of the drawing.
The first exemplary embodiment is described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 9. According to FIGS. 1 and 2, the camera is in the ready-to-take state, that is, the film to be exposed is in the image window, while in FIGS. 6 and B > 7 by pressing the release button the shutter is released and the image to be taken is exposed.
Finally, FIGS. 8 and 9 show the film transport device released for the next film frame section; however, an effective shutter release cannot take place.
A shift rod 10 is mounted on the side of the camera housing 1 . This has a bore in which a guide pin 11 is mounted. A cylindrical compression spring 12 is arranged around the guide pin 11, the ends of which are against the left end face of the switching rod 10 and against the camera housing 1 > support. The Fihntransportorgan 3 which is guided in the camera housing by means of pin 31 and slot 32 is through the angled end 33 connected to the shift rod 10 .
On the film transport element 3 there is a pivotable or resilient gripper mechanism 34 which is known in terms of its effect. It engages in the perforation holes in the film strip located behind the image window 13 14 a. The closure actuating member 2 is connected to the automatic closure 15 via the actuation lever 16 by means of its nose 21.
The shutter actuating member 2 has two guide slots 22 and 23 and is guided by pins 24 and 25 which are fastened in the camera housing 1. So that the shutter actuating member 2 always returns to its starting position (FIG. 1), the same is under the constant action of a compression spring 26. For locking the film transport member 3 A spring-loaded locking element 4 is used, while further spring-loaded locking and control means 5 and 6 are provided to hold the locking actuator 2 in place.
The shutter release button 7, the viewfinder 8, the lens 9, are also shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 Film take-up and supply reel 17 and 18 and the resilient film pressure plate 19 can be seen.
The mode of operation of the camera described is as follows: After the film strip 14 has been transported by means of the film gripper mechanism 34 by pushing in the switching rod 10 (direction of the arrow in FIG. 1), this became the same The lever 6 is swiveled around the pin 61 at an early stage by means of the nose 3 5 located on the film transport element 3 (Fig. 4).
During the pivoting process of the lever 6 , the shoulder 62 of the lever 6 rests on one arm 52 of the lever < B> 5 and twist it around the bolt 51. By pivoting the lever 5 counterclockwise, the angled arm 53 releases of the lever 5 the locking member 4, which has an angled nose 43, free.
The locking member 4, which is mounted in a pin 41, is swiveled clockwise by means of a spring 45 after it has been released by the lever arm 53 (FIGS. 3 and 4) so that the locking member 4 with the nose 42 can fall into a hole 36 which is located in the film transport member 3 , whereby the same is held in place. The lever 6 pivoted by the nose 35 remains in this position counter to the force of a spring 65 until the locking belt 4 pushes the finned transport member 3 releases again.
In order that a complete film switching step is always guaranteed while the switching rod 10 is being pushed in, a reversing lock known in its effect is provided (FIGS. 2, 7-9 ). There are teeth 37 on the film transport element 3 . A pawl 38 </ B resiliently arranged in the camera housing 1 > ensures that the switching path of the film transport member 3 is always complete and never interferes with the filin transport feed once it has started.
The photographic camera with the device described above is now ready to take a picture. By depressing the lock release button 7 (Fig. 6), the lock actuating member 2 is moved in the indicated arrow direction, with the nose 21 actuating the button on the automatic lock 15 located actuating lever 16. The mode of operation of the automatic lock, which is known per se in its structure, is briefly described below.
The push-off lever 16 tensions the locking springs located in the automatic lock during the first movement phase, whereupon the locking lamellae open and close in the subsequent movement phase due to the previously tensioned locking springs. In other words: When the lever 16 is depressed completely, the locking springs are tensioned and the locking blades are then opened and closed in a sequence of movements.
When the closure actuating member 2 is pressed down, not only is the lever 16 on the automatic closure 15 actuated (FIG. 6), but at the same time the double-armed levers 5 rotatably mounted on the locking actuator 2 are pivoted clockwise around the bolt 51 . The arm 52 of the lever 5 slides along the shoulder 62 of the lever 6 ,
until the arm 52 comes to rest under the shoulder 62 by means of the spring 54 acting on the double-armed lever 5 (FIG. 7 or the dash-dotted line Position of the lever 5 in Fig. 4). The double-armed lever 5 finds its stop on a tab 27. located above the locking actuation element 2. After the double-armed lever 5 has been pressed down completely Shutter release button 7 has come to the position shown in Fig. 7 or 4,
If the arm 53 of the lever 5 is also in a different position, namely the arm 53 lies below an angled nose 43 located on the locking member 4 .
After the shutter has been released, the release button 7 is released. The compression spring 26 acting on the closure actuation element 2 presses the closure actuation element 2 upwards after the button 7 is released.
The arm 53 of the lever 5 lying under the angled nose 43 takes the lever 4 with it during this backward movement and pivots it around the bolt 41 in a counterclockwise direction so that the nose 42 of the locking member 4 comes out of the hole 36 of the film transport element 3 and thus releases the same. The locking member 4 is pivoted by the two-armed lever 5153 until the locking member 4 is secured by a stop 100 fixed to the housing (FIG. 8) is prevented from moving.
However, the locking actuating member 2 cannot yet return to its final starting position according to FIG. 1, since the angled nose 43 of the lever 4 supports the arm 53 of the lever 5 for the time being, see Figs. 8, 9 and 4.
The just described locking device for the incomplete backward movement of the shutter actuating member 2 has the purpose of preventing double exposures. After the shutter has been released and the release button 7 released, the film transport element 3 returns according to FIGS. 8 and 9 the spring 12 back to its starting position,
the film gripper mechanism 34 slides over the perforation of the film 14 during the reverse movement due to its resilient or rotatable mounting. Since the shutter actuating member 2 has not yet reached its final starting position, if the shutter release button 7 is pressed down again according to FIG. 8, no exposure can take place or the shutter blades can be closed automatically do not open when the push lever 16 is pressed again.
As already briefly explained above, the automatic locking mechanism is only cocked and released if a certain path length is guaranteed for the actuating lever 16 . The lever 16 is, however, according to FIG. 8 in a position where tensioning of the locking springs located in the automatic lock is not yet possible and thus when the actuating lever is repeatedly depressed > 16 the shutter lamella cannot be opened.
Only when the shutter actuating member 2 has returned to the final output position due to a renewed actuation of the switching rod can a proper operation of the automatic shutter and thus exposure of the in the meantime moved up unexposed film field.
After the locking member 4 has released the film transport member 3 according to FIGS. 8 and 9 and thus the nose 35 > no longer rests on the lever 6 , the lever 6 pivots by means of the spring 65 clockwise until the lever 6 located shoulder 62 abuts the flap 27 of the closure actuating member 2.
After this, the arm 52 of the lever 5 is no longer under the shoulder 62. If a new image is to be taken, the shift rod 10 according to FIG. 1 pressed in; Here, the film strip 14 is transported further and at the same time the lever 6 is pivoted counterclockwise by means of the nose 35 located on the film transport element 3 . By pivoting the lever 6 , as already described, the lever 5 is also pivoted, in this case the arm 53 of the lever 5 <comes into play / B> from the area of the angled nose 43.
The closure actuating member 2 can now return to its final starting position according to FIG. 1. As soon as the arm 53 is no longer under the nose 43 of the locking member 4, this also returns to its starting position by means of the spring 45 according to the one shown in FIGS. 1 and B > 3 drawn position back. The photographic camera is now ready for the next image acquisition.
The second exemplary embodiment is described below with reference to FIGS. 10 to 18. With regard to the description of the individual parts, we limit ourselves only to the newly added parts. The same reference numerals have been used for all of the parts which have been described in the first embodiment and which have the same functions in the second embodiment. In the following, only brief reference is made to the parts that have been added.
On the film transport element 30, which has the same gripper mechanism 34 with regard to the film transport, a nose 39 is provided on the shutter release side, which serves on the one hand as a locking element and on the other hand as a control means. In the same way, the tab 20 angled above the closure actuating member 2 takes on several functions. The flap 20 serves as a locking and control medium.
The locking member 70 with the nose 71 is used to lock the film transport member 30 while the locking lever 80 with the nose 81 is used to temporarily lock the shutter release element 2. The two locking elements 70 and 80 are connected by means of a tension spring 79 .
The mode of operation of the second exemplary embodiment (FIGS. 10 to 18) is as follows.
FIG. 10 shows the film transport and shutter actuating device in a position after a picture has been taken, that is to say after the automatic shutter has come into effect through the shutter actuating member.
Repeated pressing in of the shutter actuating member 2 by the release button 7 cannot take place because the shutter fixing member 2 with the angled tab 20 against a nose located on the film transport member 30 > 39 .
Only when the switching rod 10 is pushed in by hand in the direction of the arrow (FIG. 12) and thus the film strip 14 is transported further by one image field by means of the film gripper mechanism 34 linked to the filin transport element 30 has been, the nose 39 releases the lock actuator 2.
After the switching rod 10 has been pushed in completely according to FIG. 12, it can be moved by the film transport member 30 connected to it by means of the angled end 33 no longer back, because the spring-loaded locking member 70 with its nose 71 on a shoulder 300 on the film transport element 30 </ B> comes to rest and thus holds it tight. The photographic camera is now ready to take an image.
By pressing the shutter release button 7 (Fig. 15) , the shutter actuating member 2 is moved in the indicated arrow direction.
In this case, by means of the nose 21, in the same way as in the first exemplary embodiment, the tensioning and release lever 16 of the automatic lock 15 is actuated. When the locking actuating member 2 is depressed, not only the automatic lock 15 is actuated, but at the same time the locking member 70 is held by the tab 20 on the inclined surface 72 of the locking strap 70 </ B> slides around the bolt 73 pivoted (Fig. 13, 15 and 16)
. During the pivoting - of the locking member 70 , the nose 71 gives the shoulder 300 of the pin transport member < B> 30 free. The movement of the film transport member 30 that has now become free is, however, stopped for so long in its movement into the starting position by the nose 39 which abuts the tab 20 (FIG. 15 ), until the locking actuator 2 with its tab 20 from the nose 81 of the locking member 80 continues to move in the direction of the arrow (FIG. 17 ) Is also stopped.
This locking device just described is required so that no double exposures take place. The position of the closure actuating member 2 according to FIG. 17 corresponds to the same position as in the first exemplary embodiment in FIG. 8. The purpose and task have already been described in detail there.
At the moment when the backward movement of the locking actuator 2 is temporarily stopped by the nose 81 of the locking lever 80 , the nose 39 is now found on the tab 20 no more resistance; the film transport element 30 can return to the starting position unhindered by means of the compressed spring 12, that is to say the near 39 slides past below the tab 20 (FIG. 17). During the backward movement of the film transport element 30 into its starting position, the nose 39 hits the locking lever 80 and swivels it around the bolt 82,
so that the nose 81 of the locking lever 80 no longer holds the tab 20. The closure actuating member 2, which is under tension from a spring 26 , can now return to its final starting position.
A repeated effective release of the lock cannot take place because the nose 39 lies in a locking manner under the tab 20 of the lock actuating member 2 (Fig. 10). Only when the switch rod is pushed in again 10 the nose 39 moves out of the area of action of the flap 20 (FIG. 12) and a further release of the lock by means of the release button 7 can take place.
The two locking members 70 and 80 , which are connected to the spring 79 , always lie on the film transport member 30 > or on the tab 20 of the closure actuating member 2 (see FIG. 11).
The reversing locks 37 and 38 mentioned in the first exemplary embodiment are also used in the same way in the second exemplary embodiment.
Instead of a lens shutter, as shown in the two exemplary embodiments, it is entirely conceivable that a knife gate valve or roller blind slot shutter or a similar automatic shutter located directly in front of the film plane can be used with the same film switching or shutter actuation device.
In summary, the described design ensures that when an automatic shutter is arranged, the film transport slide is only released to return after it has been fully actuated, so that the possibility that no or insufficient exposure occurs due to an inadequate release movement with the automatic shutter given is avoided.
On the other hand, the fact that the shutter release is only released after the film has been completely transported also prevents the possibility of blank images, double and incorrect exposures due to insufficient film transport.
In addition, the switch rod protruding from the camera housing remains locked in the pushed-in position after the film has been transported until the shutter has been released, and that on the other hand, after the shutter has been released, the shutter also remains in the pushed-in position until the film transport slider returns. As a result, the user of the camera is simultaneously shown the respective functional position in a conspicuous manner.
