Method for regulating the feed quantity of a once-through steam generator and device for carrying out the method The patent relates to a method for regulating the feed quantity of a once-through steam generator, the feed quantity being influenced by at least one temperature control signal derived in the area of the evaporating working medium.
In such a method, the temperature control signal is derived at the end of an evaporator pipe string, which is somewhat overheated compared to the other pipe strings connected in parallel, so that the temperature signal is a measure of the humidity of the working fluid in the remaining strands.
Since the pressure in the evaporator section or in front of the liquid separator also changes when the load on the steam generator changes, the temperature at the end of the slightly overheated pipeline must assume different values under different load conditions so that a constant, average humidity is achieved when entering the separator . It is therefore customary to control the setpoint for the temperature control signal as a function of the load.
The preparation of a suitable control device requires precise predictions of the various pressures in front of the separator in the respective load conditions, but different circumstances occurring in practical operation and the Temperaturmes solution significantly influencing circumstances are not he recorded, z. B. the pollution of the heat transfer surfaces.
In contrast, the method according to the invention consists in that the setpoint value of the temperature control signal is influenced by a signal depicting the steam moisture. Such a signal representing the Dampffeuch activity z. B. the ratio of blowdown volume to the amount of working fluid fed in.
The inventive method has significant advantages over the known, which consist in the fact that a device for load-dependent control of the temperature setpoint can be dispensed with, or - if such a device is retained - the precalculation no longer demands so high demands on the degree of accuracy need to be set as before, and that the setpoint of the temperature control signal is influenced even if the heat transfer surfaces are soiled or if the fire is relocated, so that trouble-free and more even operation is possible than before.
If a control device for the temperature setpoint will continue to be kept, in which case significantly lower demands than before can be made on the accuracy of the control disk, any inaccuracies in the setpoint adjustment will be compensated for by influencing the signal representing the steam moisture.
The patent also relates to a device for performing the method in a once-through steam generator with a feed volume control element, a liquid separator arranged behind the evaporator part and a control circuit that includes a temperature measuring device, a controller influenced by this measuring device and a controller that can be set by this controller , has an actuator acting on the food quantity control element.
According to the invention, the device is characterized in that a working mid-length generator, a blowdown quantity generator and an integration element influenced by these two sensors are provided and that the output of the integration element is connected to the setpoint input of the controller.
An embodiment of the device according to the invention for performing the method according to the invention is explained in the description with reference to the drawing. The drawing shows a schematic representation of a device for regulating the feed quantity of a steam generator which is operated according to the forced flow principle.
1 denotes a feed pump, 2 a differential pressure control valve, 3 a feed valve, 4 an economizer, 5 an evaporator part, 6 a liquid separator, 7 a measuring orifice, 8 a superheater part and 40 a line connecting the parts just enumerated through which the working fluid flows in the direction of the arrow.
The Lei device 40 leads, seen in the direction of flow, consumers behind the superheater part 8 to steam, not shown, z. B. a turbine that drives an electrical generator's rule. At the end of the evaporator part 5, a temperature measuring device 9 is provided, the z. B. is designed as a multi-thermostat. A signal line 41 leads from the temperature measuring device 9 to a controller 10 which is proportional and integral and which is connected to the control element 19 of the feed valve 3 via a signal line 42.
In the flow direction of the working medium, upstream and downstream of the feed valve 3, measuring lines of a pressure differential measuring device 20 are connected, from which a signal line 25 leads to a controller 21 with proportional and integral character. The water regulator 21 is connected via a line 26 to the actuator of the differential pressure control valve 2, which is thus always adjusted via the regulator 21 so that the pressure drop in the feed valve 3 remains constant.
Connected to the pressure difference control valve 2 is an organ 22 which taps off its valve lift and from which a signal line leads to a controller 23 with a proportional character. This controller 23 is in turn connected to the motor 24 of the feed pump 1. The arrangement of the organ 22 and the controller 23 has the purpose that the pressure differential control valve 2 is no longer changed in the case of small feed quantities, but the delivery rate of the pump 1 is reduced in order not to cause unnecessary throttling losses in the valve 2.
On the separator 6 there is attached a sensor 11 which responds to the liquid level and from which a signal line leads to a controller 12 with a proportional character. The regulator 12 is connected via an actuator to a valve 13, which is arranged in a line 43 discharging the liquid that has accumulated in the separator 6.
A pressure difference measuring device 14 is connected to the measuring orifice 7 and sends signals to a function converter 15 via a line 44. The function converter 15 is designed in such a way that it squares the pressure difference signal from the measuring device 14, so that a quantity signal corresponding to the amount of steam is generated, which is then converted according to a specific function and fed to an integrating element 16 so that it can be used as a setpoint for the The amount of liquid discharged through valve 13 is used.
For this purpose, the integration element 16 is connected via a signal line 45 to the proportional controller 12 influencing the valve 13. The ratio of the amount of liquid removed to the amount of steam can be any function of the load, so it does not need to be constant over the entire load range.
A signal line 46 leads from the integration element 16 to the setpoint input 47 of the controller 10 in the temperature control loop influencing the feed valve 3. A line 48 leads from the differential pressure measuring device 14 via a square root element 17 to a proportional controller 18, from which a signal line 49 leads to the control element 19 of the feed valve 3.
The system described works as follows: The working medium is fed by means of the feed pump 1 through the pressure differential control valve 2, the feed valve 3 to the economizer 4 and the evaporator part 5, where the working medium is preheated or, for the most part, evaporated. The resulting mixture of steam and liquid working medium enters the separator 6, in which the non-evaporated liquid separates from the steam, which then flows through the orifice plate 7 to the superheater part 8 and from there to the consumption points not shown.
With a constant load, the system is controlled based on the temperature measurements of the measuring device 9 via the controller 10 and the feed valve 3. The temperature setpoint signal entered into the controller 10 through the line 47 is influenced by the signal that acts in the line 46 and depicts the vapor humidity, which is formed from the ratio between the amount of liquid removed from the separator 6 and the amount of steam flowing into the superheater part 8 and remains essentially constant at constant load.
When the load on the steam generator increases, the pressure upstream of the separator 6 also increases, where a higher saturated steam temperature is set in the evaporator part. The consequence of this is that more unevaporated liquid emerges from the evaporator part 5 than before and reaches the separator 6.
Accordingly, a larger amount of liquid is led out of the separator 6 via the line 43 through the Niveaurege development, and the ratio of this amount to the amount of steam becomes smaller. In accordance with this changed ratio, the integration element 16 increases the temperature setpoint in the controller 10 via the line 46 and the setpoint input 47 until the correct temperature at the end of the evaporator part 5 corresponds to the new load.
Since, as a result of the integral character of the organ 16, the adjustment of the target temperature as a function of the steam moisture takes place gradually, and this switching would not follow quickly enough in the event of sudden load changes, the pressure differential measuring device 14 via the line 48 a preliminary signal is taken, which acts immediately on the feed valve 3 via the proportional controller 18 and the line 49 by summing with the output signal of the controller 10.
In another embodiment of the device according to the invention, in addition to the setpoint adjustment by a signal representing the steam humidity, a load-dependent setpoint adjustment is switched on to the controller 10, which is indicated in the drawing by the reference numeral 30 and which is similar to the pre-signal described above immediately works.
For the decrease in the temperature control signal, a point is decisive where the temperature is a measure of the heat absorbed per unit of water. Accordingly, the temperature measuring device does not need to be provided at the end of the evaporator part, but rather on a secondary heating surface or a superheater that is in a similar temperature range of the steam generator as the evaporator part and thus in the same way as this on a Fire change responds.
