Description

  

  Vorrichtung zur gemeinsamen Betätigung zweier Steuerwellen mittels nur einem Steuerhebel    Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur ge  meinsamen Betätigung zweier Steuerwellen mittels  nur einem Steuerhebel.  



  Bei der Erfindung handelt es sich um eine Vor  richtung, die es gestattet, mit nur einem Steuerhebel  zwei unabhängig voneinander wirkende Steuerein  richtungen sinnfällig zu bedienen. Solche Steuer  einrichtungen, zum Beispiel Steuerwalzen, werden  unter anderem für Kransteuerungen verwendet zur  einzelnen oder gleichzeitigen Doppelwirkung von       Kontrollern,    Regelwiderständen und dergleichen.  Beim Vor- oder     Zurückschwenken    des Steuerhebels  wird zum Beispiel die Steuerwalze für das Senken und  Heben, und beim seitlichen Hin- und     Herschwenken     des gleichen Steuerhebels das Vor- und Rückwärts  fahren der Kranbrücke bewerkstelligt.

   Bei kombinier  ter Schrägbewegung des Steuerhebels werden sinn  fällig beide Bewegungen gleichzeitig ausgelöst, das  heisst, die Vorrichtung bedient beide Steuereinrich  tungen entsprechend dem gewählten Winkel.  



  Bekannte Einrichtungen, bestehend aus Zahnrad  kombinationen mit entsprechenden Hebelgestängen,  sind in der Herstellung teuer, beanspruchen ver  hältnismässig viel Platz und lassen sich deshalb  schlecht in Steuerstühle einbauen.  



  Die Erfindung besteht darin,     dass    eine drehbare,  axial nicht verschiebbare Hülse vorgesehen ist, welche  einen Hebelarm und ein     Kegelradsegment    aufweist,  welch letzteres in ein auf der einen Steuerwelle  sitzendes Zahnrad eingreift,     dass    in der Achse der  Hülse eine Schubstange verschiebbar lagert und diese  bei ihrer Verschiebung eine Zahnstange verschiebt,  welche in ein auf der anderen Steuerwelle sitzendes  Zahnrad eingreift,     dass    mit der Schubstange der  Steuerhebel gelenkig verbunden ist, und     dass    zwischen  dem     Hebelann    auf der Hülse und dem Steuerhebel    ein Balken derart angeordnet ist,     dass    dieser die  Hülse dreht,

   wenn der- Steuerhebel seitlich ge  schwenkt wird.  



  Die Erfindung wird anhand eines     Ausführungs-          beispieles    näher erläutert.<B>1</B> ist eine Hülse, die dreh  bar gelagert ist, in axialer Richtung sich aber nicht  verschieben     lässt.    Diese Lagerungsweise ist der bes  seren     übersicht    wegen nicht gezeigt. Auf der Hülse  befindet sich ein Hebelarm 2 sowie das     Kegelrad-          segni;ent   <B>3.</B> Das     Kegelradsegment   <B>3</B> greift in ein  Zahnrad 4 ein, das auf einer Steuerwelle<B>5</B> sitzt. Die  Steuerwelle führt zu einer der beiden Steuereinrich  tungen, welche betätigt werden sollen.  



  In einer axialen Bohrung der Hülse ist die Kupp  lungsstange<B>6</B> verschiebbar angeordnet. Diese, Kupp  lungsstange ist über einen parallelen Führungswagen  <B>7</B> mit der Zahnstange<B>8</B> verbunden. Die     Zalmstange     greift in das Zahnrad<B>9,</B> welches auf der Steuerwelle  <B>10</B> sitzt, ein. Die Steuerwelle<B>10</B> führt zur anderen  der beiden Steuereinrichtungen, die betätigt werden  sollen. Die Schubstange<B>6</B> ist über das Gelenk<B>11</B>  mit dem Steuerhebel 12 verbunden. Zwischen dem       Hebelann    2 und dem Steuerhebel 12 besteht eine     Ver"          bindung    über einen Balken<B>13.</B> Die Verbindung  erfolgt in der Weise,     dass    die Hülse gedreht wird,  wenn der Hebel seitlich geschwenkt wird.

   Für diesen  Zweck sind die breit gelagerten Gelenk-- 14 und<B>15</B>  vorhanden, welche zwischen 2 und 12 eine praktisch  spielfreie Bewegung ermöglichen.  



  Wird der Hebel 12 in einer Ebene senkrecht  zur Schubstange verdreht, so überträgt sich seine Be  wegung über den Balken<B>13</B> auf den<B>Hebel</B> 2 und  das Segment<B>3.</B> Hierdurch wird in entsprechender  Weise das Zahnrad 4 und die Steuerwelle<B>5</B> verstellt.  Dabei bleibt die Schubstange<B>6</B> ohne axiale Ver  schiebung. Wird der Hebel 12 in Längsrichtung zur      Schubstange geschwenkt, so ergibt sich eine     Axial-          bewegung    der Schubstange<B>6</B> und der Zahnstange<B>8.</B>  Es erfolgt damit gleichzeitig eine Verdrehung des  Zahnrades<B>9</B> und der anderen Steuerwelle<B>10.</B>  



  Wird der Hebel 12 in Schrägrichtung geschwenkt,  so führen beide Steuerwellen<B>5</B> und<B>10</B> entsprechende  Steuerbewegungen aus. Durch schräge     Verschwen-          kung    des Steuerhebels 12 ergibt sich somit eine  kombinierte Verstellung der beiden Steuervorrich  tungen.  



  Die Zahnstange<B>8</B> greift unter     Federkraftwir-          kung    in das Zahnrad<B>9</B> ein, wodurch Lagerspiel ver  mieden wird. Die hierfür verwendete Feder wirkt  auf den Rasthebel<B>16</B> ein.  



  Die Vorrichtung hat den Vorteil grosser Einfach  heit und grosser Betriebssicherheit.

  Known devices, consisting of gear combinations with appropriate lever linkages, are expensive to manufacture, take up a relatively large amount of space and are therefore difficult to install in control chairs.



  The invention consists in that a rotatable, axially non-displaceable sleeve is provided which has a lever arm and a bevel gear segment, which the latter engages in a gear wheel seated on the one control shaft, that a push rod is displaceably supported in the axis of the sleeve and this in its Displacement moves a rack which engages a gear wheel sitting on the other control shaft, that the control lever is articulated to the push rod, and that a bar is arranged between the lever arm on the sleeve and the control lever in such a way that it rotates the sleeve,

  The invention is explained in more detail with reference to an exemplary embodiment. <B> 1 </B> is a sleeve that is rotatably mounted but cannot be moved in the axial direction.
