Description
Brush holder with cushioning pad for electrical machines Brush holder with cushioning pad for elec tric machines are known per se, including the arrangement of the cushioning pad between pressure finger and pressure lever.
The previous versions have the disadvantage that the mounting of the pressure finger is very unstable, so that the pressure finger can be bent away laterally in particular.
This disadvantage is eliminated by the subject matter of the invention in such a way that part of the pressure finger provided with holding members is surrounded on all sides by the cushioning pad and this is surrounded on all sides by the pressure lever. The expediently elastic members can also serve as stops and then make it difficult for the pressure finger to deform.
Two exemplary embodiments of a brush holder according to the invention are shown in the drawing. In the present brush holders, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the pressure finger 1 consists of a central part la and the elastic holding members 2 and 3, which grip the part la at its upper end like a fork. The members 2 and 3 are designed so that when the pressure finger part la is deflected, they serve as a stop and thereby make it more difficult to deform. The pressure finger part la is firmly connected to the links 2 and 3 by a rivet 5.
A power supply cable 8 can also be easily attached here, as shown in FIG. Between the links 2 and 3 and the pressure lever 4, a damping pad 6 is arranged, which surrounds part of the pressure finger 1 on all sides and is shown in Fig. 3 in plan view and section again times. Through a rubber mandrel. 7 all parts are secured against shifting. The pad 6 is surrounded on all sides by the pressure lever 4.
