Vorrichtung zur lösbaren Befestigung von Beinen an Sitz-, Liege- und Tischmöbeln sowie zu ihrer Fixierung in einer Auszugsstellung Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Vor richtung zur lösbaren Befestigung von Beinen an Sitz-, Liege- und Tischmöbeln sowie zu ihrer Fixierung in einer Auszugsstellung, enthaltend einen am Möbel zu befestigenden hülsenförmigen Führungsteil mit darin axial verschiebbar angeordnetem und entfern barem Beinteil, einem durch Axialdruck zentripetal wirksamen,
am Führungsteil gegen axiale Verschie bung gesicherten Ringspannelement und einem den Axialdruck bewirkenden Betätigungsglied.
Gemäss der Erfindung ist diese Vorrichtung da durch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spannring aus elasti schem, kompressiblem Material besteht, mit seiner Umfangsfläche satt an der Innenwand seiner Fassung anliegt und einen dem Querschnitt des Beinteiles ent sprechenden Durchlass zum Durchtritt des letzteren aufweist, das Ganze derart; dass die Zentripetalkräfte des komprimierten Spannringes den eingeführten Beinteil fixieren.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind zwei Ausfüh rungsbeispiele der Vorrichtung gemäss der Erfindung in einer Figur im Längsschnitt dargestellt.
Mit 1 ist der durch einen Rundstab gebildete Beinteil der Vorrichtung zur lösbaren Befestigung von Beinteilen an Möbeln bezeichnet, dessen Befesti gungsende in den hülsenartigen Teil 2a eines im Gebrauchszustand am Möbel befestigten Führungs teiles ragt. Die Lichtweite dieses Teiles 2a ist dabei derart bemessen, dass der Beinteil 1 darin leicht einge führt und in der Achsrichtung verschoben werden kann. Zur Befestigung an einem Sitz-, Liege- oder Tischmöbel befindet sich am Oberende des Teiles 2a ein horizontaler Flansch 2b mit Bohrungen 3 für die Befestigungsschrauben. Das vom Flansch 2b abge kehrte Ende der Hülse 2a ist mit Aussengewinde 2c versehen, welches eine überwurfmutter 4 mit dem Querschnitt des Beinteiles 1 entsprechendem Durch lass trägt.
Zwischen dem Boden der überwurfmutter 4 und der benachbarten Stirnfläche des Hülsenteils 2a sind ein Gummiring 5 und eine Metallscheibe 6 derart eingelegt, dass die letztgenannte der genannten Stirn fläche benachbart ist und der Gummiring mit seinem Aussenumfang satt an der Innenwand der überwurf- mutter 4 anliegt. Scheibe 6 und Gummiring 5 besit zen ein dem Durchmesser des Beinteiles 1 entspre chendes Lichtmass, so dass der letztgenannte sich leicht hindurchführen lässt.
Durch Festziehen der Mutter 4 wird auf den in der Achsrichtung fixierten Gummiring 5 ein auf die Stirnseiten desselben gleichmässig verteilter Axial druck ausgeübt, der den Gummiring in seiner Dicke zusammenpresst. Dieser versucht zufolge seiner Ela stizität seitlich auszuweichen, kann dies seiner Füh rung an drei Seiten wegen aber nur nach innen gegen das Zentrum zu.
Bei einem eingesetzten Beinteil 1 wirkt diese Verformung in Gestalt von zentripetalen Kräften, die zufolge der Kompressibilität des Spann ringes 5 durch stärkeres Festziehen der Mutter 4 sich in bestimmten Grenzen vergrössern lassen, auf den erstgenannten und fixieren in diesem Zustand den selben. Das Lösen der Befestigung wird durch Zu rückdrehen der Mutter 4 in ihre Ausgangsposition bewirkt, worauf der Beinteil 1 sich aus dem Hülsen teil 2a ausfahren und entfernen lässt.
Bei der zweiten, strichpunktiert eingezeichneten Ausführung der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung ist an Stelle des Flansches<I>2b</I> der Hülsenteil<I>2a</I> des Füh rungsteiles rohrförmig weitergeführt und bildet auf diese Weise bereits einen Teil des auf nichtdarge stellte Weise am Möbel befestigten Möbelbeines, in dessen Innerem der im Querschnitt kleinere Beinteil 1 ausziehbar und entfernbar mindestens teilweise Platz findet. Seine Fixierung in einer bestimmten Auszugsstellung erfolgt mit den gleichen Mitteln und in derselben Weise wie oben beschrieben und darge stellt.
Die dargestellte und beschriebene Vorrichtung ist zufolge ihres Spannelementes 5 sehr einfach im Aufbau und deshalb äusserst wirtschaftlich in der Fertigung. Zweckmässig wird der Führungsteil aus Leichtmetall gegossen, wobei die Achse des Hülsen teils 2a statt rechtwinklig zum Flansch, wie gezeigt, auch in einem anderen Winkel dazu verlaufen kann. An Stelle des Beinteiles 1 mit kreisförmigem Quer schnitt könnte derselbe auch z. B. elliptischen, qua dratischen oder vieleckigen Querschnitt aufweisen, er könnte voll oder hohl oder im Querschnitt winkel förmig, flach oder gebogen sein, wobei diese Auf zählung nicht als abschliessend zu betrachten ist.
Bei allen diesen, von der Kreisform abweichen den Querschnitten hätte die Mutter 4 als Fixierungs- betätigungsglied einen dem Querschnittsumkreis ent sprechenden axialen Durchlass im Boden, und beid seits des Gummispannelementes 5 müssten Kreisschei ben angeordnet sein, die, ebenso wie das Spannele ment, einen dem Querschnitt des Beinteiles entspre chenden axialen Durchlass aufweisen, damit das Gummielement eindeutig dreiseitig geführt bleibt.
Die Verwendung der Vorrichtung ist nicht an den eingangs erwähnten Zweck gebunden, sie wäre bei spielsweise genau so gut für andere Verbindungsstel len verwendbar, bei welchen beinteilartige Glieder mit einem weiteren Glied lösbar zu verbinden sind.

The clear width of this part 2a is dimensioned such that the leg part 1 easily leads into it and can be moved in the axial direction. A horizontal flange 2b with holes 3 for the fastening screws is located at the upper end of the part 2a for fastening to a piece of furniture to sit, relax or table. The end of the sleeve 2a turned away from the flange 2b is provided with an external thread 2c, which carries a union nut 4 with the cross section of the leg part 1 corresponding passage.
A rubber ring 5 and a metal washer 6 are inserted between the bottom of the union nut 4 and the adjacent end face of the sleeve part 2a in such a way that the latter is adjacent to the aforementioned end face and the outer circumference of the rubber ring rests snugly against the inner wall of the union nut 4. Disc 6 and rubber ring 5 have a dimension corresponding to the diameter of the leg part 1, so that the latter can be easily passed through.
By tightening the nut 4, an axial pressure is exerted on the rubber ring 5, which is fixed in the axial direction, and which is uniformly distributed over the end faces thereof and compresses the rubber ring in its thickness. Due to its elasticity, it tries to move sideways, but because of its guidance on three sides, this can only be done inwards towards the center.
With an inserted leg part 1, this deformation acts in the form of centripetal forces which, due to the compressibility of the clamping ring 5, can be enlarged within certain limits by tightening the nut 4 more, on the former and fix the same in this state. The loosening of the fastening is effected by turning back the nut 4 in its starting position, whereupon the leg part 1 can be extended and removed from the sleeve part 2a.
In the second, dot-dashed embodiment of the device according to the invention, instead of the flange <I> 2b </I>, the sleeve part <I> 2a </I> of the guide part is continued in a tubular shape and in this way already forms part of the non-daring position Way attached to the furniture furniture leg, inside which the leg part 1, which is smaller in cross section, can be pulled out and removed at least partially. The device shown and described is, due to its clamping element 5, very simple in structure and therefore extremely economical to manufacture. The guide part is expediently cast from light metal, with the axis of the sleeve part 2a instead of being at right angles to the flange, as shown, also being able to run at a different angle thereto. With all these cross-sections deviating from the circular shape, the nut 4 as a fixing actuator would have an axial passage in the base corresponding to the circumference of the cross-section, and circular disks would have to be arranged on both sides of the rubber tensioning element 5, which, like the tensioning element, would have to be one of the Cross-section of the leg part have corresponding axial passage so that the rubber element remains clearly guided on three sides.
The use of the device is not tied to the purpose mentioned above, it would be used just as well for other connecting Stel len for example, in which leg part-like members are to be releasably connected to another member.
