Collapsible shelf made of metal wire The present invention relates to a collapsible shelf made of metal wire for holding various items in the household, in shops, in offices, in display windows, etc., which is characterized in that it is made of structural elements that are supported by supports and in the Are arranged spaced one above the other, the supports have guide rails that slide on Führungsän.
The new shelf can be set up quickly and easily anywhere. When dismantled, it takes up little space and can be easily transported.
The components of the shelf can represent baskets darzontal. restriction These mean inclined. Designation or It can be arranged vertically, should not be about horizontal construction
Single elements, flat, board-like or recessed elements, angular, round or differently shaped baskets, without affecting the idea of the invention.
In the drawings, embodiments of the invention are shown in perspective and schematic representation. FIGS. 1-5 are embodiments which carry the guides on the components designed as baskets, while FIGS. 6 and 7 Embodiments show in which both the guide rails and the guides are attached to the supports.
The supports can be independent of the baskets and can be inserted between the baskets when the shelves are set up. When transporting the shelf, they can be pulled out and placed in the baskets, which saves space for transport. For some purposes it is advantageous if the supports are firmly connected to the baskets. You can then dismantle the shelf particularly quickly and reassemble it in another place.
Fig. 1 shows a shelf in which the support elements A-D consist of rectangular, recessed baskets made of wire mesh. The supports E-G are attached between the baskets A-D, which keep the baskets A-D at a distance from one another. At the bottom of each of the baskets AD, as shown in FIG. 2 on an inverted basket, guides 1 are provided on the left and right along the narrow sides of the basket, which are encompassed by the guide rail when building the shelf, which is located at the head of the supports and slides on them.
The way in which the supports are connected with their lower end to the support elements can be different. Some possibilities are indicated in FIG. 1 and explained in more detail in FIGS. 3-5.
In FIG. 3, the embodiment of the connection of the supports E with the basket A according to FIG. 1 is in reproduced on an enlarged scale. In this embodiment, the basket A made from a wire mesh carries on its narrow side outside, left and right near the upper edge of the side wall each a guide consisting of a metal bracket l ', similar to the guide 1 at the bottom of the basket.
The guide 1 'is arranged vertically parallel to the side wall and the support E has a guide rail T at the lower end, similar to the guide rail 2 attached to its head, which is also parallel to the side wall of the basket A < / B> and is pushed over the guide 11 when setting up the shelf.
The connection between the basket B and the supports F in FIG. 1 is configured in a similar way, which can be seen on an enlarged scale from FIG. 4. On each of the two side walls of the basket B, guides 1 ″ are attached to the outside right and left near the upper edge of the basket, which are horizontal and parallel to the side wall. The guide at the lower end of the support slides over these guides when the shelf is set up F guide rail T 'also provided horizontally and parallel to the side wall.
Another embodiment of the connection between the basket and the supports can be seen in FIG. 1 for the basket C and the supports G . This embodiment is shown on an enlarged scale in FIG. 5. On the outside right and left of the side walls of the basket C , simple metal brackets 4 are provided, which are spaced so much from the side wall of the basket that the extension 3 of the support G can be inserted through.
In order to limit the sinking depth of the extension 3 into the bracket 4, the support G carries a crossbar 4 'on its extension, which is longer than the bracket 4, so that it remains on the bracket 4 when the extension 3 is inserted.
# Fig. 6 shows a shelf in which the supports are firmly connected to the components of the shelf. The components have an inclined arrangement. They consist of a sloping rear wall and a basket-like, attached lower part. This form is particularly suitable for setting up objects that are to be arranged side by side, z. B. bottles, boxes, etc., which can be supported by subdivisions 7 . The type of connection of the individual construction elements can be seen on an enlarged scale from Fig. 7.
The supports I are designed as guides at the bottom at 6 and carry a guide rail 5 which the guide 6 of when the shelf is being built Includes next upper support and slides on the same.
To prevent the shelf from standing on the floor, it is advantageous to put feet under it. Such an arrangement is shown in FIG. 6. The feet P, which have a large contact surface and therefore good stability, have a guide rail 5 on their upper side, which slide over the guide 6 at the lower end of the supports I. leaves.
The same feet P can also be used in the embodiments according to FIGS. 1-5, since the guide rails provided on the feet at the top correspond to the guide rails on the bottom of the Baskets AD attached guides 1 fit.
