Description

  

  Servomotor zur Betätigung zweier     Maschinentelle            Servomotore    zur Betätigung von Maschinenteilen  bestehen im allgemeinen aus einem Zylinder, in wel  chem ein von einem Druckmittel     beaufschlagter,    vor  zugsweise doppelt wirkender Kolben bewegbar ange  ordnet ist. Die Kolbenstange ist in solchen Fällen  mit dem zu betätigenden Maschinenteil verbunden.  Derartige Servoeinrichtungen werden z. B. für die Be  tätigung der Ein- und     Auslassventile    der Schleusen  von Druckkammern verwendet. Solche Schleusen be  nutzt man beispielsweise bei Vakuumtrocknern, um  Getreide in den unter Unterdruck stehenden Behand  lungsraum einzuschleusen und es wieder auszuschleu  sen.

   In diesem Falle hat man bis jetzt die     Servoein-          richtung    für das     Einlassventil    ausserhalb der Schleuse  und die Servoeinrichtung für das in die Druckkammer  führende     Auslassventil    innerhalb der Schleuse an  geordnet.  



  Der Nachteil hierbei liegt darin,     dass    auftretende       Undichtigkeiten    der innerhalb der Schleuse gelegenen       ServoeinrichtungdieDruckverhältnisseinderSchleuse,     insbesondere bei Vakuum, stören. Nachteilig ist wei  terhin,     dass    die     überwachung    der Funktion der  Servoeinrichtung sehr     erschwertwird,    da diese in einem  luftdicht geschlossenen Behälter angeordnet ist. Re  paraturen an der Einrichtung bedingen ausserdem  einen zeitraubenden Ausbau aus der Schleuse.  



  Gemäss der Erfindung werden die genannten  Nachteile durch einen Servomotor vermieden, der  zwei gleichachsig     hintereinanderliegende    Druckmittel-.       zylinder    mit Kolben aufweist, deren eine Stange durch  die andere hindurchgeht.  



  Durch diese Ausbildung werden zwei     Servomotore     zur Betätigung<B>je</B> eines Maschinenteiles baulich ver  einigt, ohne     dass    die Unabhängigkeit der Funktionen  beider beeinträchtigt wird. Für den Fall des vor  erwähnten     Anwendungsbeispieles    der     Servomotore     für die Betätigung der Ein- und     Auslassventile    der    Schleusen von Druckkammern ergibt sich der beson  dere Vorteil,     dass    durch den Wegfall des in der  Schleuse gelegenen     Scrvomotors    für die Betätigung  des     Auslassventils    die Druckverhältnisse in der  Schleuse nicht mehr gestört werden.  



  Die Erfindung wird an Hand eines     Ausführungs-          beispieles,    das in der Zeichnung dargestellt ist, im  folgenden näher erläutert:    Der Servomotor besteht aus zwei gleichachsig     hin-          tereinanderliegenden        Druckmittelzylindern   <B>1,</B> 2, deren  benachbarte Stirnwände in besonders vorteilhafter  Weise zu einer gemeinsamen Stirnwand<B>3</B> vereinigt  ,sind, während die Zylinder nach aussen durch die  Stirnwände 4,<B>5</B> abgeschlossen sind.

   Durch die  Spannschrauben<B>6,</B> welche durch die Stirnwände, 4,<B>5</B>  hindurchgeführt und in der gemeinsamen Stirnwand<B>3</B>  verschraubt sind, werden die Zylinder<B>1,</B> 2     druckdicht     zu einer baulichen Einheit verbunden. In jedem der  Zylinderräume<B>8, 9</B> befindet sich ein in diesen ver  schiebbarer, doppelt wirkender Kolben<B>10, 11;</B> diese  sind über Gewinderinge 12 mit Kolbenstangen<B>13,</B> 14  verbunden, von denen die eine,<B>13,</B> durch die andere,  14, längsbeweglich hindurchgeführt ist.

   Die Enden  der Kolbenstangen<B>13,</B> 14 sind mit einem Gewinde  <B>15</B> für den     Anschluss    an die zu betätigenden Ma  schinenteile versehen, beispielsweise für die Ventile  der Schleusen von     Druckkamrnern.    Mit<B>16</B> und<B>17</B>  sind     Druckmittelzu-        bzw.        -ableitungen    für jeden<B>Zy-</B>  linderraum<B>8, 9</B> bezeichnet.  



  Jeder der Kolben<B>10, 11</B><U>kann</U> bei     Druckmittel-          zufuhr    unabhängig von der Stellung des anderen be  tätigt werden.

  The disadvantage here is that any leaks occurring in the servo device located within the lock disturb the pressure conditions in the lock, especially in the case of a vacuum. Another disadvantage is that the monitoring of the functioning of the servo device is made very difficult because it is arranged in an airtight container. Repairs to the facility also require a time-consuming removal from the lock.



  According to the invention, the disadvantages mentioned are avoided by a servomotor, the two coaxially one behind the other pressure medium. has cylinder with piston, one rod of which passes through the other.



  With this design, two servomotors for actuating a machine part are structurally united without the independence of the functions of both being impaired. In the case of the aforementioned application example of the servomotors for actuating the inlet and outlet valves of the locks of pressure chambers, there is the particular advantage that the pressure conditions in the lock no longer exist due to the omission of the scrvomotors for operating the outlet valve be disturbed.



  The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment shown in the drawing: The servomotor consists of two coaxially one behind the other pressure cylinders 1, 2, their adjacent end walls in a particularly advantageous manner are combined to form a common end wall <B> 3 </B>, while the cylinders are closed to the outside by the end walls 4, <B> 5 </B>.
