Ständer für die Zurschaustellung zusammengelegter Herrenhemden Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Ständer für die Zurschaustellung zusammengelegter Herrenhemden mit einem zum Halten des Schulterteiles und Stützen des Brustteiles bestimmten Stützschild und einer zum Eingreifen in die untere Umfaltung des Hemdes be stimmter Spannleiste.
Es sind bereits Ständer für Herrenhemden bekannt geworden, bei denen die Spannleiste am Stützschild ausziehbar geführt war. Damit konnten Herren hemden am Stützschild befestigt und gespannt werden, wobei sie im wesentlichen eine ebene oder eine nur schwach gewölbte, auf alle Fälle aber nur eine einzige Gestalt einnehmen konnten. Die an diesen bekannten Ständern aufgespannten Hemden konnten ohne wei tere Hilfsmittel nur liegend zur Schau gestellt werden. Für jede andere Stellung mussten sie gestützt, ange lehnt oder aufgehängt werden.
Der erfindungsgemäss vorgeschlagene Ständer un terscheidet sich vom bekannten dadurch, dass am Stützschild und an der Spannleiste ein Verbindungs organ angreift, dessen Gestalt derart veränderbar ist, dass die Angriffsstelle an der Spannleiste parallel zur Symmetrieebene des Schildes um die Angriffsstelle an diesem Teil bewegbar ist, wobei die Entfernung der Angriffsstellen veränderbar ist, das Ganze zum Zweck, das Hemd verschiedenartig gestalten und auch ohne weitere Hilfsmittel in verschiedenen Stellungen aufstellen zu können.<B>-</B> In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt.
Es zeigt: Fig. <B>1</B> eine Frontansicht und Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht einer ersten Ausführung des Ständers im gestreckten Zustand, Fig. <B>3</B> eine andere selbststützende Stellung des Ständers nach den Fig. <B>1</B> und 2 von der Seite gesehen, Fig. 4 den Ständer in der Stellung nach der Fig. <B>3,</B> jedoch mit einem aufgespannten Herrenhemd in schaubildlicher Darstellung, Fig. <B>5</B> die Seitenansicht einer modifizierten Aus führung.
Gemäss dem in den Fig. <B>1-3</B> dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel weist der Ständer ein als Rahmen ausgebildetes Stützschild<B>1</B> auf, welches selbstver ständlich auch ohne mittlere Ausnehmung ausgebildet sein könnte. Der obere Schildrand weist in der Mitte einen zur Schildfläche im Winkel stehenden Lappen 2 und beidseits davon<B>je</B> einen U-förmigen, am Schild<B>1</B> befestigten Halter<B>3</B> auf. Die beiden nach unten wei senden Schenkel der Halter<B>3</B> und der zwischen diesen liegende Rand des Schildes<B>1</B> sind bei 4 durchgebohrt, um die Schulterteile eines Hemdes zwischen den Schenkeln der Halter<B>3</B> mittels Nadeln feststecken zu können. Der Lappen 2 dient für ein derart am Schild <B>1</B> festgestecktes Hemd als Kragenstütze.
An der hin teren Seite des Schildes<B>1,</B> unmittelbar unter dem Lappen 2 ist eine Gabel<B>5</B> vorgesehen, in deren Schen keln eine mit einem Haltezapfen<B>6</B> versehene Hülse<B>7</B> drehbar gelagert ist. Zur Lagerung der Hülse<B>7</B> dient vorteilhaft eine nicht näher dargestellte Klemm schraube, mittels welcher die Gabelschenkel gegen die Hülse<B>7</B> angezogen werden können, um diese und da mit den Zapfen<B>6</B> zu blockieren.
Das, wie dies die Fig. 2 zeigt, leicht nach hinten gebogene Schild<B>1</B> endet an seinem unteren Rand mit einer verstärkten Biegung. An diesem Rand befindet sich eine weitere Gabel<B>8,</B> zwischen deren Schenkeln ein Stützstab<B>9</B> eines Verbindungsorgans angelenkt ist. Als Gelenkbolzen<B>10</B> eignet sich auch in diesem Falle eine Schraube, mittels welcher der Stab<B>9</B> in seiner jeweiligen Schwenklage blockiert werden kann. Der Stützstab<B>9</B> ist mittels eines vorteilhaft als Schraube ausgebildeten Gelenkzapfens 12 mit einem weiteren ebenfalls zum Verbindungsorgan gehörenden Stütz stab<B>11</B> gelenkig verbunden, welcher an einer sich zum Stützstab<B>11</B> senkrechten Spannleiste<B>13</B> befestigt ist.
Die beiden Enden der Spannleiste<B>13</B> sind U-förmig nach vorne umgebogen, um in die untere Umfaltung eines am Schild<B>1</B> befestigten Herrenhemdes einzu greifen.
Es versteht sich, dass das aus den Stäben<B>9</B> und<B>11</B> bestehende Verbindungsgestänge gestreckt bzw. in beiden Richtungen mehr oder weniger zusammenge legt werden kann, wobei seine Angriffsstelle an der Spannleiste<B>13</B> sich stets parallel zur Symmetrieebene des Schildes<B>1</B> um den Gelenkzapfen<B>10</B> bewegt und zu diesem angenähert oder davon entfernt werden kann. In den Fig. <B>1</B> und 2 ist das Verbindungs gestänge gestreckt, was ein gespannt gehaltenes Herrenhemd zur Folge hat. Der Ständer könnte dabei, wie auch in jeder anderen Gestalt, mittels des Halte zapfens<B>6</B> z.
B. an einer Wand oder sonstwo aufge hängt werden. Fig. 4 zeigt dagegen den Ständer mit einem Herrenhemd in selbststützender Stellung, wobei das Verbindungsgestänge wie in der Fig. <B>3</B> oder auch im umgekehrten Sinne geknickt sein kann. Es ist klar, dass eine ganze Reihe solcher Stellungen ein stellbar sind.
In der Fig. <B>5</B> ist eine Variant-, des Ständers dar gestellt, bei welcher der Stab<B>9</B> über den Gelenkzapfen 12 hinaus verlängert ist und zusammen mit dem Stab <B>11</B> in der gezeichneten Weise zum Stützen des Schildes dient.
Das Verbindungsgestänge könnte selbstverständ lich aus mehr als zwei Stäben zusammengesetzt sein. Man könnte aber auch einen plastisch deformierbaren Stab, z. B. einen mit Plastic überzogenen Draht, als Verbindungsorgan verwenden.
Als bevorzugtes Material für die Herstellung des Ständers ist Plexiglas zu erwähnen, doch eignen sich hierfür auch andere Materialien, wie z. B. Holz und die verschiedensten Kunststoffe.

The stand proposed according to the invention differs from the known one in that a connecting organ engages on the support shield and on the tensioning bar, the shape of which can be changed in such a way that the point of application on the tensioning bar can be moved parallel to the plane of symmetry of the shield around the point of application on this part, with the distance of the attack points can be changed, the whole for the purpose of being able to design the shirt in different ways and to be able to set it up in different positions without further aids. According to the exemplary embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 1-3, the stand has a support shield designed as a frame, which of course could also be designed without a central recess. The upper edge of the shield has in the middle a tab 2 at an angle to the shield surface and on both sides of it a U-shaped holder <B> 3 </ B fastened to the shield <B> 1 </B> > on. The two downwardly pointing legs of the holder <B> 3 </B> and the edge of the shield <B> 1 </B> lying between them are drilled through at 4, around the shoulder parts of a shirt between the legs of the holder <B > 3 </B> to be able to fix with needles. The shield <B> 1 </B>, which is bent slightly backwards, as shown in FIG. 2, ends at its lower edge with a reinforced bend. At this edge there is a further fork <B> 8 </B>, between the legs of which a support rod <B> 9 </B> of a connecting member is articulated. In this case too, a screw is suitable as the hinge pin <B> 10 </B>, by means of which the rod <B> 9 </B> can be blocked in its respective pivot position. The support rod <B> 9 </B> is articulated by means of a hinge pin 12, advantageously designed as a screw, to a further support rod <B> 11 </B> which is also part of the connecting element and which is connected to a support rod <B> 11 < / B> vertical clamping bar <B> 13 </B> is attached.
The two ends of the tensioning bar <B> 13 </B> are bent forward in a U-shape in order to engage in the lower fold of a men's shirt attached to the shield <B> 1 </B>.
It goes without saying that the connecting rod consisting of the rods <B> 9 </B> and <B> 11 </B> can be stretched or more or less put together in both directions, with its point of application on the clamping bar <B > 13 </B> always moves parallel to the plane of symmetry of the shield <B> 1 </B> around the pivot pin <B> 10 </B> and can be approached or removed from it. In FIGS. 1 and 2, the connecting rod is stretched, which results in a man's shirt that is held taut. The stand could, as in any other shape, by means of the holding pin <B> 6 </B> z.

A variant of the stand is shown in FIG. 5, in which the rod 9 is extended beyond the pivot pin 12 and together with the rod 11 </B> is used in the manner shown to support the shield.
The connecting rod could of course be composed of more than two rods. But you could also use a plastically deformable rod, e.g. B. use a wire coated with plastic as a connecting element.
Plexiglas should be mentioned as the preferred material for the manufacture of the stand, but other materials are also suitable for this, such as e.g. B. wood and all kinds of plastics.
