Pulse Generator The present invention relates to a pulse generator for generating electrical pulses. The generated pulses can be used to control various types of electrical equipment.
Pulse generators are known which have electrical contacts. The associated disadvantages are a non-constant pulse shape, which is due to unequal contact resistances over time, the need for an external power source and mechanical wear. In addition, the resilient contact carriers cause so-called bouncing, that is, as a result of vibrations of the contacts when closing, the contacts open again immediately afterwards, which leads to an oscillatory pulse shape.
The present invention avoids these after parts of the above-mentioned devices. It relates to a coil provided with terminals and a magnet which can be moved against one another in order to change the magnetic flux through the coil, with pulses occurring at the terminals, and a body fixed with respect to the coil on which the magnet is in its Rest position by magnetic attraction adheres and a means to exert a force directed away from the body on the magnet, which outweighs said magnetic attraction.
The object of the present invention is to provide a pulse generator which can generate pulses of constant shape without occurrence of bouncing. The pulse generator should be mechanically movable, the pulse shape of the generated pulses being largely independent of the speed at which the mechanical actuation process takes place. The pulse generator should not need an external power source and should not be subject to any mechanical wear.
Furthermore, the pulse generator should be able to generate a plurality of pulses at the same time.
With reference to the drawing Ausführungsbei games of the invention are explained.
In the drawing: FIG. 1 shows a side elevation of the pulse generator in the rest position, _Fig. 2 shows a plan view of the pulse generator along section 2-2 in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a side elevation of the pulse generator in actuated position and FIG. 4 shows a side elevation of a further variant of the subject matter of the invention in the rest position.
According to Fig. 1, a cylinder 12 is shown which is completed with an end plate 10 at one end and an end plate 18 at the other end. Inside the stationary cylinder 12, the axially displaceable actuating member 11 is provided, which is designed here as a push button. On the push button 11, a piston-shaped permanent magnet 13 is attached, which is movable in the axial direction. In the cylinder 12 there is a fixed permanent magnet 14 which is fixed to the inner wall of the cylinder, and a permanent magnet 15 which is movable in the axial direction and which is located between the magnet 14 and the closing plate 18.
In addition, the cylinder 12 carries the winding 17. The reference numerals 16 and 19 denote holes which serve as air holes.
FIG. 2 shows the push button 11 and the cylinder 12 in section 2-2 of FIG. 1.
FIG. 3 again shows the pulse generator from FIG. 1, the individual parts listed being in the position in which they are brought by actuating the pulse generator. The reference numerals of FIG. 3 designate the parts already explained in FIG.
According to the embodiment of FIG. 4, like the one with a stationary cylinder 21, the loading actuating element 20, which is again designed as a push button, is arranged. On the push button 20, the permanent magnet 22 is attached, which is moved like a piston in the cylinder 21 in the axial direction who can. The cylinder 21 is again at both ends with an end plate 30, respectively. a finishing plate 29 completed. The permanent magnet 28 is firmly connected to the end plate 29 or to the cylinder 21.
In addition, there is a cylinder 25 movable in the axial direction in the cylinder 21, which holds the two permanent magnets 24 and 27, which are thereby fixed against each other. A pair of coils 23 is attached to the cylinder 21. The coils can be separate or interconnected.
The movement of the cylinder 25 is limited by the soft iron body 26 firmly connected to the cylinder 21. It is movable between the two end positions in which the magnet 24, respectively. the magnet 27 is in contact with the body 26. All permanent magnets 22, 24, 27 and 28 are axially magnetized in such a way that neighboring ones repel each other.
Because the distance between the magnets 27 and 28 is smaller than that between the magnets 22 and 24, the movable cylinder 25 adjusts itself so that the magnet 27 sticks to the stationary soft iron plate 26. In the rest position, the actuator 20 is pressed against the end plate 30 in the manner shown, as shown in FIG.
The operation of the device according to the invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is as follows: The permanent magnet 14 fixed to the cylinder 12 is axially magnetized in such a way that it attracts on the movable permanent magnet 15 and at the same time on the one connected to the actuator 11 Permanent magnets 13 exerts a repellent effect. As a result, the movable magnet 15 sticks to the stationary 14 in the idle state and the actuating element 11 is located at the very top of the cylinder 12.
If a mechanical pressure is now exerted downward on the actuator 11, it moves against the magnets 14 and 15 until at a certain distance the repulsive effect of the magnet 13 on the movable Ma magnet 15 is greater than the attractive effect between the latter and the relatively weak magnet 14, so that the magnet 15 snaps against the end plate 18 and thereby induces an electrical voltage in the winding 17.
This rapid away of the magnet 15 occurs when the critical distance from the magnet 14 is reached as measured by the magnet 13, and practically does not depend on the speed at which the push button 11 is actuated. The end position of the parts after the activation of the pulse generator is shown in FIG. The air holes 16 and 19 are provided to allow free movement of air and to avoid the movement of the air resistance.
If the mechanical pressure on the push button 11 is canceled, the initial state is set in reverse order.
According to the variant of the subject matter of the invention, which is shown in Figure 4, the actuator 20 and the magnet are in their rest position at the very top of the cylinder 21. If a mechanical pressure is now exerted on the actuator 20 downwards, it moves against the magnet 24, so that in a certain position the repulsive effect is so great that the magnet 27 detaches from the soft iron plate 26 and, conversely, the magnet 24 snaps against the soft iron plate 26 and sticks to it. The soft iron plate 26 always exerts a stronger attractive effect on that of the magnets 24 and 27 rigidly connected to one another by the movable cylinder 25 Zy, which is closer to her.
By moving the magnets 24 and 27, an electrical voltage is induced in the windings 23. If the mechanical pressure is released, the initial state occurs in reverse order. If the windings 23 are not connected to one another, two pulses are generated at the same time. If they are connected in series, a single pulse is generated with a voltage that is equal to the sum of the voltages arising in the individual windings.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. Another variation of the same is e.g. B. in a Einrich device, in which in the example of FIG. 1, the magnet 13 is replaced by a spring which is attached at one end to the magnet 15 and is actuated through the opening 19 by train. In this embodiment, the actuating element would be connected to that end of the spring that is not attached to the magnet 15.
With the above, the invention has been shown in its application to a preferred embodiment. It should be emphasized that numerous changes are possible in other ways, such as the z. B. by omitting, replacing and changing parts can be the case without deviating from the present invention ..
