Beispiel 1 4 Gew.-Teile Phosphorpentoxyd 4 Gew.-Teile Polyisobutylene 2 Gew.-Teile Paraffinöl 1 Gew.-Teil Aluminiumsilikat 1 Gew.-Teil Kieselsäure Beispiel 11 4 Gew.-Teile Calciumchlorid 2 Gew.-Teile Kieselsäure 1 Gew.-Teil <RTI

The invention relates to a method for extracting the humidity from the space between a double or multiple wall, in particular double glazing, in order to prevent the inside of the wall from fogging up.
There are dehumidifiers known to remove the humidity and are also used for double or multiple glazing, such. B. silica gel, calcium chloride, etc. However, particularly in the case of double or multi-pane glazing, these agents have the following disadvantages. The means are in powder form, lump form or granular and make it difficult to apply. In addition, the panes inside the glazing can be contaminated.
With silica gel, the action of the sun can make the dehumidification reversible in this form, so that moisture is released back into the air and causes the panes of the glazing to fog up. Lumpy or granular calcium chloride dissolves when water is absorbed like most other hygroscopic substances.
In addition, it is difficult and cumbersome to introduce these substances between the double walls as quickly as possible so that they do not lose their effectiveness because of the granular and lumpy dehumidifying agents. either filled into containers such as hollow profiles, boxes, tubes, etc., or else must be glued onto intermediate webs or the like.
The method according to the invention for removing the air humidity from the space between a double or multiple wall, in particular double glazing, is characterized in that a layer of a paste-like dehumidifier is applied to the side of a delimitation part, for example a spacer bar, facing the space.
This layer of the paste-like dehumidifying agent can preferably have a width essentially equal to the distance between two walls. The inventive method has the advantage that the paste-like dehumidifying agent by means of a tube and differently shaped flow openings or other similar application devices z.
B. can be applied to the intermediate web of the frame of a pane of glass. In order to ensure quick application and good adhesion and to avoid fogging of the inner walls of the rooms even at temperatures below freezing point, the paste-like dehumidifier can be made from a mixture of highly effective dehumidifiers:
substances, guides and a paste base that is indifferent to the effective dehydrating chemicals and ensures that the inner glass panes are free from fogging in the temperature range of the so-called tropical resistance.
Two examples are listed below as a possible composition of such pasty dehumidifying agents, although the method according to the invention is not limited to the use of these substance combinations, but includes the use of all such pasty mixtures,
which can fulfill the purpose of the invention. Example 1 4 parts by weight of phosphorus pentoxide 4 parts by weight of polyisobutylenes 2 parts by weight of paraffin oil 1 part by weight of aluminum silicate 1 part by weight of silica Example 11 4 parts by weight . can be applied to the tube or with similar aids, b) these pasty dehumidifying agents allow comfortable work, as their effectiveness is not noticeably reduced when they are applied, e)
Due to the type of packaging and the associated small outlet cross-section, the durability and effectiveness of the not immediately consumed dehumidifying agent is guaranteed, d) the paste form from the tube allows extremely economical use, e) the pasty dehumidifying agent in their application z.
B. intimately adhere to double glazing on the intermediate web or on the sealing profile serving as an intermediate web and thus no contamination of the glass panes caused by, for example, movable window sashes, such as swing sashes, etc., f) the moisture absorption is irreversible even under unfavorable conditions, g)
the paste-like dehumidifying agents retain their consistency and do not dissolve like z. B. the calcium chloride, h) the paste-like dehumidifier produced in different colors and the color of the respective wall or frame profile can be adjusted.
In the accompanying drawing, an application example for the method according to the invention is shown in double glazing.
In the application example shown, the glazing consists of the frame profile 1 with frame web 2 and the two glass panes 4 and 5.
The pasty dehumidifying agent is now applied in the simplest way by means of a tube through a suitable outlet opening of the Tubenver closure in the form of a tape 6 to the web 2 and, if necessary, smoothed and evenly distributed by means of suitable tools, so that essentially the entire surface of the yard mensteges 2 is covered.
It is advantageous to choose the band width only so large that no sticking to the walls or panes 4, 5 can occur. After the dehumidifying agent has been applied, the walls or panes can be attached. From case to case, however, it is also possible to insert the pasty dehumidifying agent between existing walls.
