Rotary machine The subject of the invention is a rotary machine with a fixed housing with at least one round cavity in which a rotary body mounted on a shaft is rotatably arranged, on the circumference of which at least one shut-off element rests or can abut, around the working space located between the rotary body and the cavity wall to be divided into at least two separate rooms, which are each connected to at least one channel for the supply or discharge of a medium, so that when a pressurized medium is supplied into one of the two rooms, the rotating body rotates with the shaft becomes,
or with a mechanical drive of the shaft together with the rotary body, a medium can be sucked in and conveyed further under pressure.
The subject of the invention is shown on the drawing in several exemplary embodiments.

FIG. 10 is a side view of FIG. 9.
FIG. 11 shows a section through a machine designed as a pump with conveying that can be switched off, with pipe connections shown schematically.
Fig. 12 is a section through the machine shown in Fig. 11 Darge.
The rotary machine of Fig. 1 and 2 has two circular rotating body 1 which are eccentrically attached to the shaft 2 and whose diameter is smaller than that of the hollow spaces 3 of the housing 4. To form two separate spaces between the wall each cylindrical cavity 3 and the associated, rotating body 1 in this space is a rolling body 5 smaller diameter than that of the rotating body 1. The rolling body is parallel to itself displaceable in a slot 6 in Ge housing 4, which is the same width or wider than the diameter of the roller 5.
A slide 7, which is guided in a recess 8 of a deck support 9 placed on the housing 4 and is under the action of a helical spring 10, which prevents the rolling body 5 from loosening, is supported against the roller body. The rotating body 1 rotates in the direction of arrow 11 in the direction of the clockwise.
The roller body 5 seals against the wall under the pressure of the medium and the slide 7. 6 of the housing 4 and the rotary body 1 from. Channels 12 in connection with Bohrun conditions 13 and 14, which both bores are connected to supply and discharge lines, not shown, convey the supply and discharge of a medium to be conveyed in or out of one or the other of the two spaces mentioned.
In a further embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4 with also eccentrically arranged on the drive shaft 2 cylindrical Rotationskör pern 1 is to divide the space between Rota tion body and wall of the cavity 3 in a pressure chamber A and a suction chamber When the rotary body 1 rotates in the direction of the clock pointer and arrow 11, a slide 16 is arranged, which is pressed by a pressurized medium against the rotary body for sealing. For this purpose, a cover piece 17 is again arranged on the housing 4, to which the medium can be fed through a bore 18 and recess 19.
Channels 20 in conjunction with bore 21 and channels 22 in conjunction with bore 23 ensure the supply and discharge of the medium to be conveyed.
The machine according to FIGS. 5 and 6 has a fixed housing 4 with a cylindrical hollow space 3, in which a triangular rotary body 25 is arranged rotatably, fixedly connected to a shaft 24. Diametrically opposite one another, two slides 26 and 27 are radially slidably inserted in the housing 4, which are guided in slots 28 and 29 without play. The triangular Rota tion body 25 has three rounded edges 30 which bear against the wall of the cavity, while the slides 26 and 27 are covered at their outer ends from the inside recessed cover pieces 31 and 32 with connections for a pressure fluid.
The slide 26 and 27 are pressed resiliently against the rotary body 25 by the pressure fluid. There are two separate spaces on both sides of each slide, which serve as pressure and suction space when the rotating body rotates and through channels 33, 34 and 35, 36 via bores 37, 38 and 39, 40 with lines not shown in the drawing in Be connected.
If the rotating body 25 rotates clockwise according to arrow 41, the space A to the left of the slide 27 increases and sucks in liquid which flows through 39 and 35. The space B is reduced in size and presses liquid outwards through channel 33 and pipe connection 37. The liquid contained in space D escapes through channel 36 and then the liquid contained in space C. The bores 37 and 40 are used for derivation, the bores 39 and 38 for the supply line.
If the bores 38 and 39 pressurized liquid is supplied, a torque acting on the body 25 occurs, which sets the rotor 25 together with the shaft 24 in rotation and can be used to drive any machines and devices.
According to a fourth, illustrated by Fig. 7 and 8 Darge embodiment, two adjacent rotors arranged in spaces 3 separated by a wall are on the same shaft offset by 180 degrees from one another. The rotors 42 work together on the upper side only with one slider 43 or 44, which divides the space 45 in the housing 46 into two parts, which are connected to the channels 47, 48 and pipe connections 49 and 50.
The sliders 43 and 44 are covered by a common cover piece 51, to which a liquid pressure line 52 is closed, and are under the same pressure as the pressure side of the rotors, so that the slider 43, 44 always lie tightly against the rotating bodies. If the medium is supplied to the bore 47 under pressure, the rotor rotates clockwise. The pressureless fluid escapes through the bore 48.
According to a further embodiment according to FIGS. 9 and 10, a control pump is arranged on one end face of the shaft 2, which has an eccentrically rotating rotor 54 and a sealing roller 55, which rotor rotates in a cavity 57 and the pressure oil for controlling an oil brake serving rotary machine supplies. A pipeline network 58, 59, 60 is connected to the cavity 57 of this oil pump, the pipe 60 of which dips into the collecting container 61 and, as the suction line of the oil pump, the oil, depending on the direction of rotation of the pump, from the line 58 or 59 via valve 62 or 63 of this Pump feeds.
From the space 57 the oil is pressed through the lines 64 or 65 into the line 66 via the check valve 67 or 68 and enters the cylinder space 69 through the connecting line 69a under the piston 70 and pushes it against the action of a helical spring 71 above, whereby the rolling body 5 is pressed against the rotating body 1 and thus the oil circuit of the oil brake is closed ge.
A safety valve 72 with exit line 73, which dips into the vessel 61, secures the system against unforeseen overpressure. From the line 66, a branch 74 leads to a control slide 75, the corresponding setting of which allows a direct outflow via the return line 76 to the collecting container 61, whereby the piston 70 goes back and the roller body 5 comes out of contact with the rotating body 1. With the spaces on both sides of the roller 5 are channels 78, 79 larger cross-section in connection, through which the flow of the liquid through the cavity 3 regulated by influencing the roller 5 or can be blocked ge when using the rotary machine as a brake.
For this purpose, the two channels 78 and 79, the line 80 with valve 81, connecting line 82 and the ver connected with this line 83 with valve 84 are connected, one end 85 dipping into the collecting container 61 to the oil for the circuit suck in. A branch 86 goes from the channel 79 via a valve 87 to the control slide 75, which is connected to the tube 80 and the channel 78 through the tube 77. If the piston of the control slide 75 is set so that the liquid can flow from the pipe 86 through the control slide and the return pipe 76 to the collecting container 61, no braking occurs when the device is used as an oil brake, since the oil can circulate freely .
If, on the other hand, the exit of the oil from the pipe 86 is blocked by moving the control slide 75 to an upper position, the rotor 1 is throttled or prevented from rotating because the free part of the space 3 is filled with liquid that cannot escape. A pipe 74 is connected to the lower part of the control slide 75, which allows the flow in the pipes 64 and 65 of the oil pump to be regulated by shutting off or releasing the mouth of the return line 88 and thus regulating the pressure of the piston 70 against the rolling element 5, so that a larger or smaller oil production takes place.
According to a further embodiment according to FIGS. 11 and 12, the machine can also be used as a pump with a delivery that can be switched off. In this case, a control pump with an eccentrically rotating rotor 54 and a sealing roller 55 is again connected to one end of the rotor shaft 2. The pipes 91 and 92 are connected to the two working spaces 89 and 90 of the control pump, the end of the pipe 91 dipping into the collecting container 61 and supplying the oil to the control pump. The tube 92 is in communication with a control valve 93, from which a pipe 94 leads to the cylinder space 69, the pressure of which presses the piston 70 against the roller body 5, so that oil is conveyed.
By changing over the control valve 93, the pumped oil can flow back through the outlet pipe 95 to the collecting container 61, so that no pressure is created under the piston 70 and thus the rolling body 5 does not rest against the rotating body 1. This stops the pumping of liquid.
The various machines described can be used both for conveying media by driving the rotating body or for delivering a torque to the shaft when a pressurized medium is supplied. The direction of rotation of the rotating body 1 can be clockwise or counterclockwise.
