Description

  

  Mauerdübel    Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Mauer  dübel, der sich gemäss der Erfindung von bekannten  Ausführungen dadurch unterscheidet, dass er federnde,  in das Mauerwerk einzutreibende, im Querschnitt     U-          Form    besitzende Zungen aufweist, die durch Eintrei  ben einer Schraube gespreizt werden können.  



  Die beiliegende Zeichnung veranschaulicht ein  Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes.  Darin zeigt:       Fig.    1 eine Ansicht in Richtung des Pfeils P in       Fig.    2,       Fig.2    einen Schnitt nach der Linie 11-I1 in       Fig.    1 und       Fig.    3 eine Draufsicht zu     Fig.    2.  



  Der im wesentlichen die Form einer zylindri  schen Hülse 1 aufweisende gezeichnete Mauerdübel  besitzt an seinem unteren Ende vier federnde Zungen  2, die im Querschnitt die Form eines U besitzen und  zwischen welchen Schlitze 3 vorhanden sind. Am  oberen Ende ist die Hülse 1 mit einem Gewinde 4  ausgerüstet. Beim Gebrauch wird der Mauerdübel in  ein vorgebohrtes, dem Aussendurchmesser des Dübels  entsprechendes Loch eingeschoben. Dabei ist der    Dübel bereits mit einer Schraube versehen, welche  ein Stück weit in das Gewinde 4 eingeschraubt ist.  Beim weiteren Eintreiben der     Schraube    werden die  Zungen 2 des Dübels gespreizt und deren Schenkel 2'  dadurch in das Mauerwerk getrieben. Dies gewähr  leistet eine feste Sicherung des Dübels gegen Drehung  und gewaltsames Herausziehen.  



  Der Mauerdübel kann auch eine andere Anzahl  von Zungen aufweisen als in der Zeichnung darge  stellt. Der beschriebene Mauerdübel kann durch Stan  zen und anschliessendes Rollen hergestellt werden. Die  dabei     aneinanderstossenden    Kanten 5 des zylindri  schen Endes können miteinander verschweisst werden,  was aber nicht unbedingt erforderlich ist.

  The substantially the shape of a cylindri's sleeve 1 having drawn wall plug has at its lower end four resilient tongues 2 which have the shape of a U in cross section and between which slots 3 are present. At the upper end, the sleeve 1 is equipped with a thread 4. During use, the wall plug is pushed into a pre-drilled hole that corresponds to the outside diameter of the plug. The dowel is already provided with a screw which is screwed a little into the thread 4. When the screw is driven in further, the tongues 2 of the dowel are spread apart and their legs 2 'are thereby driven into the masonry. This ensures that the anchor is firmly secured against rotation and forceful pulling out.



  The wall plug can also have a different number of tongues than in the drawing Darge presents. The wall anchor described can be produced by Stan zen and then rolling. The abutting edges 5 of the cylindri's end can be welded together, but this is not absolutely necessary.
