Bogie on rail vehicles The present invention relates to a bogie on rail vehicles and relates to the suspension of the bogie.
The manufacture of rail vehicles is very expensive, so that the rolling stock must be particularly spared. The vehicles intended to transport people must also offer a considerable degree of driving comfort. The fulfillment of such opposing requirements largely depends on the structure and properties of the suspension. This not only has to absorb the weight of the vehicle and all vertical forces, but also elastically absorb the loads acting horizontally on the vehicle body.
The bogie according to the invention is characterized in that one of the organs connected one behind the other acts as an axle suspension in the vertical direction and the other as a cradle suspension also in the horizontal direction.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown, namely: FIG. 1 is a half side view of a bogie and FIG. 2 is a section along the line 2-2 of FIG.
1 with a closed frame of a rotating frame 15 is referred to, which is symmetrical both with respect to the longitudinal axis and with respect to the transverse axis. It is supported on the rails 25 by means of a pair of wheels 3 wedged on axles 2 in a rotationally fixed manner, the axles 2 being rotatably supported in swing arms 26 articulated on both ends of the frame 1. The end of the swing arm 26 facing the frame 1 is forked, the lower fork branch 26a being provided with a bore and penetrated by a pivot pin 27 fastened in the frame 1.
The upper fork branch 26b is formed as a print head and has in the middle of its end face facing the frame on a vertical rib 28 provided with a drill hole.
A cylindrical pressure body 29 is articulated to the upper fork branch 26b by two vertical ribs 30 provided with bores on the end face of the pressure body facing the fork branch 26b enclosing the rib 28 of the fork branch 26b on both sides, the bores of the ribs 28 and 30 being supported by a pivot pin 31 are enforced.
The pressure body 29 is located in a central bore of a spring plate 32 lying with the ground against it, on which a screw benfeder 33 is supported. At the other end, the spring is held by a spring bracket 34 rigidly connected to the frame 1 and centered by means of a ring 35.
A cradle 4 is arranged parallel to the wheel axles and in the middle of the wheelbase and serves as a connecting link between the frame and the car body. In its center, the cradle has an eye 19, the bore of which receives a rubber metal block consisting of an outer ring 21, an inner ring 20 and a rubber-elastic intermediate layer 22. The inner ring 20 is set by a vertical cylindrical pivot pin 17 which is attached to the bottom 16 of a car body, not shown.
The downwardly directed end of the pivot 17 is provided with a thread 23 which carries a nut 24 centering the inner ring. The end of the pivot pin facing the car body is conically widened and interacts with an inner cone of the inner ring 20. The end of the cradle 4 rests on the frame 1, a ring-shaped block 5 made of rubber-elastic material between the cradle end and the frame rests positively. The block 5 can, for. B. be made from between two metal plates 5a and 5b vulcanized rubber washer.
The metal plate 5a resting on the frame 1 is centered by a ring attached to the frame 1, while the metal plate 5b resting on the cradle 4 is centered by an annular shoulder of the cradle.
The side of the end of the cradle facing away from the block 5 has a round recess in which a pot 6 consisting of a conical part 6a and an annular edge 6b is let in, the edge 6b against a conical part 6a around and on the cradle 4 centered rubber elastic ring 13 is applied. The centering of the Rin total 13 takes place by means of vulcanized pins 14, wel che are embedded in holes in the cradle 4. These are shorter than the ring 13, so that a relative movement of the pot and the cradle is possible.
A shaft 10 is held in the pot by the bearing cover 11 tightened by means of screws 12, the extension of the shaft axis intersecting the axis of the pivot 17. On the shaft 10, a tapered roller 7 is rotatably superimposed by means of rolling bearings 9, whereby the top shell line of the roller 7 against a horizontal, to the pivot pin centrally arranged annular running ring 18 is applied by the inclination of the axis of the shaft 10 by half the cone angle. The running ring 18 is attached to the bottom 16 of the car.
The car body is carried by the rollers 7 which, when the bogie rotates about the pivot 17, e.g. B. in a curve, roll on the tread 18. The correct support of the rollers 7 and the correct rolling is ensured by the gummielasti cal storage of the pot in the cradle. The transmission of the horizontal forces between the cradle 4 and the car body takes place through the rubber-metal block in the eye 19.
The transmission of the forces parallel to the wheel plane between the car body and the frame 1 is carried out by the block 5, which is permanently deformed under the heavy weight and additionally deformed under driving jolts. The same forces are also absorbed by the axle springs 33 in that the swing arm 26 is rotated about the pivot pin 27 and the spring 33 is pressed together by the fork branch 26b. The two resilient members, namely the block 5 and the coil spring 33, we ken thus as series-connected parts of the car suspension. Due to the mounting of the swing arm, the spring 33 can only absorb vertical forces. This part of the suspension does not respond to horizontal forces.
The rubber block 5, however, responds primarily to forces in the horizontal direction and is only slightly deformed by vertical forces. Work z. B. horizontal impact forces on the bogie or on the car body, a horizontal Re relative movement can take place between these groups, the previously stressed rubber block 5 is now also stressed on thrust. In accordance with the nature of the rubber suspension, the horizontal forces in particular are absorbed in a springy and damped manner, with the result that driving comfort is considerably increased and the vehicle is largely protected.
