Stielbürste Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Stielbürste.
Bei bekannten Stielbürsten besteht der den Reini gungsbesatz tragende Bürstenkörper aus Holz. Er ist entweder selbst als Stielhalter ausgebildet oder zusätz lich mit einem solchen versehen. Meist bildet der Bürstenkörper auch gleichzeitig den Besatzträger; bei Verwendung eines Besatzträgers aus Metall ist der Bürstenkörper am letzteren permanent befestigt.
Demgegenüber ist die Stielbürste nach vorliegen der Erfindung dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf den Besatzträger ein Bürstenkörper aus Kunststoff ab nehmbar befestigt ist.
Die erfindungsgemässe Ausbildung der Stielbürste gestattet die Herstellung des Besatzträgers rein nach Zweckmässigkeit und herstellungstechnischen Ge sichtspunkten, während der Bürstenkörper in Form und Farbe beliebig ausgebildet werden kann, wie dies beispielsweise für die Verwendung als Haushalt- und Badebürsten wünschenswert ist. Ferner ist das Reinigen derart zerlegbarer Stielbürsten wesentlich erleichtert. Auch ist ein Auswechseln des Besatzträ- gers bzw. des Bürstenkörpers möglich, so dass bei starker Abnutzung oder Beschädigung des einen oder andern Teils nicht die ganze Bürste ersetzt werden muss.
Wird zur Herstellung des Bürstenkörpers ein relativ weicher Kunststoff, z. B. PVC, verwendet, so bietet die erfindungsgemässe Bürste noch den wei teren Vorteil, beim Anstossen, z. B. an Möbel usw., keine Kratzspuren oder andere Beschädigungen zu verursachen. Der Stiel kann in einen am Bürsten körper vorgesehenen hülsenförmigen Kunststoffansatz eingesteckt sein oder der Stielhalter kann aus Metall bestehen und am Bürstenkörper oder durch diesen hindurch direkt am Besatzträger lösbar befestigt sein. Kürzere Stiele lassen sich auch direkt aus einem Stück mit dem Kunststoff-Bürstenkörper herstellen.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind einige Aus führungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes darge stellt; es zeigt: Fig. 1 eine erfindungsgemässe Stielbürste mit senk recht auf dem Bürstenkörper liegendem Stielhalter aus Metall, im Längsschnitt, Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt nach der Linie 11-1I in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 eine weitere Ausführungsform der erfin dungsgemässen Stielbürste mit auf dem Bürstenkör per schräg liegendem Stielhalter aus Metall, im Längs schnitt, Fig. 4 einen Querschnitt nach der Linie IV-IV in Fig. 3,
Fig. 5 eine Ausführungsform mit Bürstenkörper und Stielhalter aus einem Stück, im Längsschnitt, und Fig. 6 einen Querschnitt nach der Linie VI-VI in Fig. 5.
Die in Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte Stielbürste besitzt einen Besatzträger 1 aus Metall. Der Träger 1 ist durch ein Profilstück gebildet, das zu einem läng lichen Ring gebogen ist und einen annähernd U-för- migen Querschnitt besitzt. Der Borstenbesatz 2 der Bürste ist mittels eines Ringdrahtes 3 in an sich bekannter Weise im Besatzträger 1 befestigt.
In der Mitte des Besatzträgers 1 greift eine Metallschraube 4 von unten her durch eine rechteckige Metallplatte 5, deren Breite der lichten Weite des Besatzträgers 1 angepasst ist und mit einem schräg nach aussen umge bogenen Rand 6 versehen ist. Die Schraube 4 greift weiter in eine obere rechteckige Metallplatte 7 ein, deren Breite der Querschnittsbreite des Besatzträgers 1 entspricht und deren Rand 8 an beiden Längsseiten den Besatzträger 1 umfasst. Eine Schraubenmutter 9 sichert die Platten 5 und 7 auf der Schraube 4.
Der Bürstenkörper aus Kunststoff besteht aus einer Platte 10, die eine öffnung zum Durchtritt der Schraube 4 und an ihrer Unterseite eine Vertiefung zur Auf nahme der Mutter 9 aufweist, und einen federnd aus gebildeten Umfangsflansch 11 besitzt, der über den Besatzträger 1 gesteckt ist. Ein gerader, zylindrischer Stielhalter 12, dessen verdickter Boden eine mit Ge winde versehene zentrale Öffnung 13 aufweist, ist auf die Schraube 4 aufgeschraubt und dient der Auf nahme eines üblichen Besenstiels.
Die Platte 10 ist an ihrer Oberseite mit unterbrochenen Längsrillen versehen (nicht dargestellt), doch kann die Platten oberseite jedes gewünschte, mit dem verwendeten Kunststoff erzeugbare Profil aufweisen.
In Fig. 3 und 4 ist eine ähnliche Ausführungsform der Stielbürste dargestellt wie in Fig. 1 und 2. An Stelle des aufgeschraubten, senkrecht auf dem Bür stenkörper stehenden Stielhalters tritt hier ein schrä ger Stutzen 14, der unten in einer waagrechten Platte 15 mit zentraler Öffnung für die Schraube 4 endet. Die Befestigung des Stielhalters 14, 15 auf der Ober seite des plattenförmigen, aus Kunststoff bestehenden Bürstenkörpers 10 erfolgt mit Hilfe einer Flügel mutter 16, die aus Kunststoff oder Metall hergestellt sein kann.
In Fig. 5 und 6 ist eine weitere Ausführungsform der Stielbürste dargestellt, in welcher der Stielhalter mit dem Bürstenkörper ein Stück bildet und dieser letztere ohne zusätzliche Befestigung abnehmbar auf dem Besatzträger steckt. Der Besatzträger 1 ist wie in Fig. 1 ausgebildet und mit einem Besatz 2 ver sehen. Der Kunststoff-Bürstenkörper besitzt ebenfalls eine flache Deckplatte 10 mit einem federnd ausge bildeten Umfangsflansch 11, der über den Besatzträ- ger 1 gesteckt ist.
Zufolge der leicht konvexen Aus bildung der Aussenseite des Besatzträgers 1 und einer entsprechend konkaven Ausbildung der Innenseite des Umfangsflansches 11 kann der Bürstenkörper nur nach Überwindung eines relativ grossen Widerstandes vom Besatzträger 1 abgenommen werden. Ein un erwünschtes Lösen des Bürstenkörpers 10 vom Be- satzträger 1 ist dadurch verunmöglicht, ohne dass spezielle Befestigungsmittel wie Klebstoff, Schrauben usw. notwendig wären.
Die die Mittelöffnung des Besatzträgers 1 überdeckende Platte 10 des Bürsten körpers ist an ihrer Innenseite mit zwei Reihen von Verstärkungsrippen 17 versehen, die mit Abstand voneinander in die Mittelöffnung des Besatzträgers 1 hineinragen. Die Anzahl dieser Rippen 17 wie auch ihre Form richtet sich nach Grösse und Form des Bürstenkörpers. In der Mitte der Oberseite der Platte 10 ist ein schräger Stutzen 18 aus Kunststoff vor gesehen, der mit der Platte 10 ein Stück bildet. Der Stutzen 18 könnte auch unlösbar mit der Platte 10 verbunden sein. Der Stutzen 18 dient zur Aufnahme des Stiels (nicht dargestellt). Dieser Stutzen 18 kann je nach Verwendungszweck der Bürste auch gerade oder abgebogen ausgebildet sein.
Auch kann anstelle eines Stutzens direkt ein kürzerer Stiel treten, wie beispielsweise für Abwasch-, Abstaub-, Bade-, Zahn-, Massage-, Badewannenbürsten, Handwischer, Pinsel und dergleichen, während für Schrubber, Wischer und andere langstielige Bürsten eine trennbare Befesti gung des Stiels am Kunststoff-Bürstenkörper bevor zugt wird.
Der Bürstenkörper kann auch eine andere als die gezeichneten Formen aufweisen, und es lässt sich ihm praktisch jede gewünschte Farbe geben. Auch ist es ohne weiteres möglich, eine erfindungsgemässe Stiel bürste in eine Handbürste umzuwandeln, indem man den Bürstenkörper durch einen Handgriff gemäss Schweizer Patent Nr. 334573 ersetzt. Nach der vor liegenden Erfindung hergestellte Malerpinsel und andere technische Bürsten bieten den Vorteil, dass sich der Bürstenkörper leicht und rasch auswechseln lässt.

The handle brush shown in Fig. 1 and 2 has a trimming carrier 1 made of metal. The carrier 1 is formed by a profile piece which is bent into an elongated ring and has an approximately U-shaped cross section. The bristle facing 2 of the brush is fastened in the facing carrier 1 by means of a ring wire 3 in a manner known per se.
In the middle of the trimming support 1, a metal screw 4 engages from below through a rectangular metal plate 5, the width of which is adapted to the inside width of the trimming support 1 and is provided with an edge 6 which is bent obliquely outwards. The screw 4 also engages in an upper rectangular metal plate 7, the width of which corresponds to the cross-sectional width of the facing carrier 1 and the edge 8 of which encompasses the facing carrier 1 on both longitudinal sides. A screw nut 9 secures the plates 5 and 7 on the screw 4.
The brush body made of plastic consists of a plate 10, which has an opening for the passage of the screw 4 and on its underside a recess for receiving the nut 9, and has a resiliently formed circumferential flange 11 which is inserted over the trimming support 1. A straight, cylindrical handle holder 12, the thickened bottom of which has a central opening 13 provided with a Ge thread, is screwed onto the screw 4 and is used to take on a conventional broomstick.
The plate 10 is provided on its upper side with interrupted longitudinal grooves (not shown), but the upper side of the plates can have any desired profile that can be produced with the plastic used.
In Fig. 3 and 4, a similar embodiment of the handle brush is shown as in Fig. 1 and 2. In Fig. 5 and 6, a further embodiment of the handle brush is shown in which the handle holder forms one piece with the brush body and the latter is removably stuck on the trimming carrier without additional fastening. The trim carrier 1 is designed as in Fig. 1 and see ver with a trim 2. The plastic brush body also has a flat cover plate 10 with a resiliently formed circumferential flange 11 which is pushed over the trim support 1.
As a result of the slightly convex formation of the outside of the facing carrier 1 and a correspondingly concave configuration of the inside of the peripheral flange 11, the brush body can only be removed from the facing carrier 1 after overcoming a relatively large resistance. An undesired detachment of the brush body 10 from the facing carrier 1 is made impossible without special fastening means such as glue, screws, etc. being necessary.
The plate 10 of the brush body covering the central opening of the trimming carrier 1 is provided on its inside with two rows of reinforcing ribs 17 which protrude into the central opening of the trimming carrier 1 at a distance from one another. The number of these ribs 17 as well as their shape depends on the size and shape of the brush body. In the middle of the top of the plate 10, an inclined connection piece 18 made of plastic is seen before, which forms a piece with the plate 10. The connecting piece 18 could also be permanently connected to the plate 10. The socket 18 serves to receive the stem (not shown). Depending on the intended use of the brush, this connecting piece 18 can also be straight or curved.
