Milk bottle with electric heating device The invention relates to a milk bottle with electric heating device for toddlers, the bottle being inserted into a cylindrical beaker provided with a heater and a temperature controller, which is surrounded by a heat-insulating outer jacket that extends over the entire heating device.
In one embodiment, an electrically insulating tube provided with a helically drawn heating wire can be arranged between the cup and the outer jacket. The upper edge of the cup can be bent outwards to rest against the outer jacket, the upper edge of which presses itself resiliently inwards against the milk bottle.
In another embodiment, the radiator can be arranged below the bottom of the cup and covered by a cap slipped over the bottom end. The cup expediently has a beaded edge which, together with the edge of the bottom cap, keeps the outer jacket, the upper edge of which is bent inwards, resiliently against the bottle, at a distance from the cup.
The drawing illustrates the subject invention in two exemplary embodiments.
Fig. 1 is the view of the first embodiment, partly in section, Fig. 2 is a cross section on the line I-1 of Fig. 1, Fig. 3 is the view of the second embodiment, partly in section, Fig. 4 there a cross section on the line 11-II again.
According to the first embodiment (FIGS. 1 and 2), the milk bottle 1 is inserted into a metal cup 2 that has good heat conductivity and corresponds to the diameter of the bottle 1. The metal cup 2 is surrounded by an electrically insulating tube 3 on which a heating wire 4 is arranged in a helix. A temperature regulator 6 is attached to the metal cup 2 by means of a strap 5, which is fed by a power source via a supply line 7 and, due to its known properties, keeps the heating temperature of the heating wire 4 connected to it constant.
This ensures that the contents of the bottle are neither too hot nor too cold for the baby to consume. The entire device is surrounded by an insulating outer jacket 8 made of plastic or hard rubber. For further thermal insulation and for damping impacts, an insulating damping intermediate layer 9 is enclosed between the tab 5 and the outer jacket 8.
A closure and guide part 10 is fastened in a hole arranged in the outer jacket 8, through which the supply line 7 is guided, which is also fastened to the bracket 5 by a cable clamp 11 by means of screws 12 (FIG. 2 ). In order to prevent liquid from penetrating from the outside, the inner metal cup 2 is bent outward at the upper edge 13 so that it rests against the outer jacket. To further secure, and to protect the milk bottle 1 from falling out, the outer jacket 8 is formed bent inward at the upper edge 14, which lays resiliently against the milk bottle 1.
In the second embodiment (FIGS. 3 and 4) the heating wire 4 is arranged on the bottom of the metal cup 2, which tightly encloses the milk bottle 1. The bottom of the cup is covered by a cap 15 which is held on the metal cup 2 with a rivet 16. The temperature controller 6 is connected to the supply line 7 which, on the other hand, leads through bushings 17 to the heating wire 4. A clamp 11 is used for strain relief. The outer jacket 8 made of rubber or flexible material surrounding the bottle 1 or the metal cup 2 is arranged in such a way that a free space 18 remains between the metal cup 2 and the outer jacket 8.
The metal cup 2 is provided on the edge with a bead 19 which is surmounted by the outer jacket 8, the upper edge of which is bent inwards and hugs the bottle 1 in a resilient manner. The bottle 1 sits firmly in the metal cup 2 and can only be inserted or removed by overcoming a certain resistance.
