Description
Procédé de fabrication d'un panneau de façade préfabriqué On connait des panneaux de façade préfabriqués comprenant des: hourdis de remplissage. Le parement intérieur de ces panneaux est revêtu d'un enduit, par exemple de plâtre ou de ciment. La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication d'un tel panneau, caractérisé en ce qu'on coule l'enduit sur une aire plane, qu'on pose les hourdis sur l'enduit lorsque celui-ci a commencé sa prise et, enfin, après durcissement de l'enduit, qu'on procède à un ferraillage et à une coulée de béton. On a décrit ci-après, à titre d'exemple, une forme de mise en #uvre du procédé selon l'invention avec référence à la figure unique du dessin annexé qui est une vue en coupe d'un panneau obtenu. On. commence par couler du plâtre 1 sur une aire plane 2 ayant les dimensions désirées pour le panneau. Lorsque le plâtre a commencé sa prise, on y pose les, hourdis 3 qui s'enfoncent alors sur une partie de l'épaisseur du plâtre. Lorsque le plâtre est sec, on met en, place le ferraillage et l'on coule les nervures. 5 ainsi que la dalle 4.
Claims (1)
- REVENDICATION Procédé de fabrication d'un panneau de façade préfabriqué comprenant des hourdis de remplissage et dont le parement intérieur est revêtu d'un enduit, caractérisé en ce qu'on coule l'enduit sur une aire plane, qu'on pose les hourdis sur cet enduit lorsque celui-ci a commencé sa prise et, enfin, après durcis- sement de l'enduit, qu'on procède à un ferraillage et à une coulée de béton.
