  Mit Laufrollen versehenes Gehgestell
Es sind mit Laufrollen versehene Gehgestelle mit gepolsterten Achselstützen bekannt, die als Gehhilfe für erkrankte und verunfallte Personen benützt werden. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass diese Gehgestelle in ihrer Wirkung ungenügend waren, weil bei Beinschwachen das ganze Körpergewicht auf den Achselstützen abgestützt werden musste. Insbesondere wirkte sich dieser Übelstand darin aus, dass bei der Achselstützenverwendung die Oberarmnerven er  lahmen.    Durch diese Schmerzen verringern sich die Kräfte, und der Patient kann sich nicht mehr genügend stützen.



   Gemäss vorliegender Erfindung ist nun vorgesehen, dass ausser den Achselstützen am Gestellrahmen auch gepolsterte   Ellbogen- bzw.    Unterarmstützen schwenkbar und höhenverstellbar angeordnet sind.



   Vorzugsweise sind vor den Achsel- und Armstützen am Gestellrahmen auch noch Handgriffe zum Steuern angeordnet, die gemäss einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform je einen Vertikalarm und einen Horizontalarm aufweisen.



   Das in der Zeichnung schaubildlich dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes umfasst drei mit Laufrollen 1, 2, 3 versehene Rohrstangen 4, 5, 6, die in an sich bekannter Weise durch zwei in horizontaler Ebene U-förmig gebogene Rohre 7 und 8 zu einem fahrbaren Gehgestellrahmen verbunden sind.



   An den Rohrstangen 4 und 5 sind winkelförmige Tragrohre und für in Höhe und Drehstellung verstellbare gepolsterte Achselstützen 9 und 10 angeschweisst.



   An den obern Enden der Rohrstangen 4 und 5 sind mit Hilfe von Drehgelenken 11, 12 höhenverstellbare, um die Achsen der Rohre 19 und 20 schwenkbare, muldenförmig ausgebildete und gepolsterte   Ellbogen- bzw.    Unterarmstützen 13, 14 angeordnet. Vor den Rohrstangen 4, 5 mit den Achselstützen 9, 10 und   Ellbogen- bzw.    Unterarmstützen 13, 14 sind am Gestellrohr 8 Handgriffe mit je einem Vertikalarm 15, 16 und einem nach innen gerichteten Horizontalarm 17, 18 angeordnet, wobei auch diese zum Steuern dienenden Handgriffe verlängerbar und verstellbar sein können.



   Weil bei einem derartigen Gehgestell die gehbehinderte Person ihr Körpergewicht auf mehrere Stützpunkte verteilen kann, stellt die dargestellte Ausführungsform gegenüber bekannten Formen eine wesentlich besser und weniger ermüdend wirkende Gehhilfe dar.  



   PATENTANSPRUCH
Mit Laufrollen versehenes Gehgestell, mit gepolsterten Achselstützen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ausser den Achselstützen am Gestellrahmen auch gepolsterte   Ellbogen- bzw.    Unterarmstützen schwenkbar und höhenverstellbar angeordnet sind.



   UNTERANSPRÜCHE
1. Mit Laufrollen versehenes Gehgestell nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor den Achsel- und Arm stützen am Gestellrahmen noch Handgriffe zum Steuern angeordnet sind.



   2. Mit Laufrollen versehenes Gehgestell, nach Unteranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Handgriffe je einen Vertikalarm und einen Horizontalarm aufweisen.
