 Axe de balancier La présente invention a pour objet un axe de balancier présentant des    portées   destinées à    recevoir   des plateaux, une serge de balancier et une virole de spiral. 



  Le but de la présente invention est de créer un axe de ce type, capable d'absorber les chocs subis par le balancier sans qu'il soit nécessaire de monter ledit axe dans des paliers à pierres mobiles. 



  Un exemple de réalisation de l'axe selon l'invention est représenté au dessin annexé. 



  Cet axe comprend un corps 1 fait en matière synthétique, par exemple en caoutchouc durci.    Le   corps 1 présente un épaulement 2 et une    portée   centrale 3 destinées à permettre la fixation d'une serge de balancier 4 au corps 1. Celui-ci présente en outre une    portée   supérieure 5 destinée à    recevoir   la virole 6 d'un spiral non représenté. Enfin, le    corps   1 présente une portée inférieure 7 destinée à recevoir les plateaux usuels, c'est-à-dire un grand plateau 8    portant   l'ellipse 9 du balancier et un petit plateau découpé 10. 



  Des trous 12 sont aménagés dans les faces extrêmes 11 du corps 1, selon l'axe géométrique de    celui-      ci   et des pivots en métal dur sont engagés en    partie   dans ces trous 12. 



  Pour fabriquer le corps 1 on peut le faire tout d'abord plein par moulage ou par injection et percer les trous 12 après coup ; on peut aussi placer les pivots 13 dans le moule destiné à    former   le    corps   1. Ce dernier procédé a pour avantage de fabriquer l'axe de    balancier   en une seule opération de moulage ou d'injection. 



  Que l'élasticité du corps 1 suffise à protéger les pivots 13, c'est évident ; on peut cependant aussi constater que le corps 1 convient tout aussi bien comme support de la virole du    spiral,   de la serge du balancier et des plateaux. ,

  This axis comprises a body 1 made of synthetic material, for example of hard rubber. The body 1 has a shoulder 2 and a central bearing surface 3 intended to allow the attachment of a balance rim 4 to the body 1. The latter also has an upper bearing surface 5 intended to receive the ferrule 6 of a hairspring not shown. . Finally, the body 1 has a lower bearing surface 7 intended to receive the usual plates, that is to say a large plate 8 carrying the ellipse 9 of the balance and a small cut plate 10.



  Holes 12 are arranged in the end faces 11 of the body 1, along the geometric axis of the latter and hard metal pivots are partially engaged in these holes 12.



  To manufacture the body 1 it is possible to make it first of all solid by molding or by injection and drill the holes 12 afterwards; it is also possible to place the pivots 13 in the mold intended to form the body 1. The latter method has the advantage of manufacturing the balance shaft in a single molding or injection operation.



  That the elasticity of the body 1 is sufficient to protect the pivots 13, it is obvious; however, it can also be seen that the body 1 is equally suitable as a support for the spiral shell, the balance rim and the plates. ,

REVENDICATION Axe de balancier, présentant des parties destinées à recevoir des plateaux, une serge de balancier et une virole de spiral, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est composé d'un corps fait en matière synthétique, présentant lesdites portées et, à ses deux extrémités, des trous coaxiaux à ce corps, et de deux pivots en métal dur, engagés en partie dans lesdits trous. SOUS-REVENDICATION Axe selon la revendication, caractérisé en ce que ledit corps est fait en caoutchouc durci.
