Description

Method of manufacturing a shoe and shoe obtained by means of this method Until now for fitting shoes, the first has always been arranged so that its edges are superimposed on the lower edge of the upper and we sewed its edges to each other by an ordinary stitching which crossed them completely, or by assembling them by means of seeds, this procedure has the disadvantage of leaving the lower face of the first indented from the edges of the rod and one is obliged to carry out an operation intended to reduce the difference in level between the body of the rod and the top of the first, in addition one is obliged to place a filling to fill this depression.

The present invention comprises a method of manufacturing a shoe, characterized in that the first is mounted so that its edges are in the exact extension of the lower edges of the upper, so that no remains asperity by superposition, which makes it possible to remove the filling as well as the operation consisting in erasing the folds of the rod.

The invention also includes the shoe obtained by means of the method.

The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the shoe which the invention comprises in FIG. 1 is a perspective view thereof, FIG. 2 is a cross section thereof.

The shoe shown in the drawing is made up of an upper 1 which can be made in different ways, in which the lower edges come, fits in the exact extension of the edges of the first 2 and are sewn by a so-called zigzag stitch 3 This seam 3 goes alternately from the edge of the rod 1 to the edge of the first 2.

To have a complete shoe, we place under the first a sole which can be glued or fixed in another way.

The realization of the sewing does not require a specialized workforce and its cost price is inexpensive.
