Process for the production of stable detergents and bleaches containing at least one oxygen-releasing substance The subject of the main patent is a process for the production of stable detergents and bleaches containing oxygen-releasing substances, which is characterized in that one of the actual detergent components and at least one oxygen Liquid to pasty mixture containing the release substance and containing at least 15% solids and then converted into a solid form.
The present invention relates to a process for the production of stable washing and bleaching agents containing at least one oxygen-releasing substance according to claim of the main patent, which is characterized in that such an oxygen-releasing substance is used which contains an alkaline earth metal.
The alkaline earth salts, especially the magnesium salts, z. B. perborates, borate perhydrates, percarbonates, perpyro and per polyphosphates. But also oxygen-releasing substances which contain per-compounds and alkaline earth metal salts as components of double salts or of eutectic mixtures,
are characterized by particular stability during the joint Ver solidification with the other detergent components and during storage of the solidified product. The oxygen-releasing substances can either be preformed and added to the mixture to be solidified, or they can also be produced in the mixture. For example, an oxygen-releasing substance containing magnesium can be produced by fusing equimolar amounts of Epsom salt with sodium borate perhydrate, or by precipitating the substance through the action of water-soluble magnesium salts with sodium metaborate (e.g.
B. from borax and caustic soda) and hydrogen peroxide obtained in an aqueous phase in one work process. These formation reactions are expediently carried out in the room in which the detergent components are mixed by solution, suspension or melt before solidification. The formation of the alkaline earth metal-containing, oxygen-releasing substance can also take place, together or separately from the homogeneous mixing with the other detergent components, before the joint solidification in a phase other than the aqueous phase.
It has been shown that the alkaline earth metals containing hardly any soluble alkaline earth metals in the detergent paste, oxygen-releasing substances, such as. B. magnesium perborate, after solidification by z. B. spray drying result in a bleaching detergent that splits off the active oxygen when used in aqueous liquors so that the expected bleaching effect occurs.
In the event of prolonged storage, even in the presence of high atmospheric humidity, the detergents, cleaning agents and bleaching agents produced by the process according to the invention are particularly stable and lose little active oxygen. Example 1 Bleaching synthetic detergent, cleaning agent, soaking agent, prewash agent and dishwashing agent.
