Wie hieraus ersichtlich, besitzen im Versteilbereich<I>- O B</I><B>...</B><I>B . .
Control device for a hydrostatic vehicle transmission The present invention relates to hydrostatic transmissions for vehicles, in particular for rail vehicles.
Such fluid transmission for power transmission between a drive motor and the axis to be driven are already known. If hydrostatic axial piston transmissions are involved, two axial piston machines that are connected to one another on the high pressure side and low pressure side are used. The stroke and thus the delivery or intake quantity can be continuously changed by pivoting the respective machine housing through the angle 0 relative to the respective drive or output shaft. The drive motor drives the primary machine, which acts as an axial piston pump, and this conveys a certain amount of a pressure medium, for example oil, depending on the pivot angle 0 of the same.
This amount of pressure medium is fed to a secondary machine operating as an axial piston motor, the capacity of which is smaller, equal to or larger than the primary machine and controllable or non-controllable, and which converts the hydraulic energy of the pressure medium into mechanical rotational energy on the output shaft of the secondary machine. The output shaft then drives the relevant vehicle axle via a reduction gear with a fixed reduction gear or via a two- or multi-speed gearbox.
The present invention relates to an automatic control device on such a hydrostatic vehicle transmission, wherein at least one adjusting element is provided for influencing the transmission with respect to drive power and direction of travel and wherein the displacement of the reversible pump and the motor of the transmission are adjusted by a servomotor each, and is characterized by a control slide, which is connected to the two pressure lines connecting the pump and motor, and to which a controller for pump and motor is connected, which is connected to the pump or motor.
Motor-servo motor is combined, the pump regulator having a control piston which is loaded on the one hand by the pressure of the working medium in one of the pressure lines and on the other hand by a regulating spring counteracting this pressure, which either has an approximately hyperbolic characteristic, or its preload is hyperbolically variable by a corresponding cam, and wherein the motor controller is a pressure controller.
The invention is described in more detail below in an exemplary embodiment with reference to FIGS. 1 to 9. Of these: FIG. 1 shows a basic diagram of the vehicle transmission with its main parts, FIG. 2 shows a transmission characteristic, FIGS. 3 and 4 each have a diesel diagram, FIG. 5 shows an operational diagram of an embodiment of the control device, FIG. 6 shows part of the operational diagram according to FIG FIG. 5, FIG. 7 four developments of cam disks, FIGS. 8 and 9 an operating diagram of a further exemplary embodiment of a power regulator in outline and floor plan.
The following Ausführungsbei game of the control device is used to operate a hydrostatic vehicle transmission, which is shown in principle in FIG. Here, a diesel engine 1, which is fed via the fuel supply line 2, is directly connected to the drive shaft 3 of the primary part 4 of the axial piston transmission, so that the diesel speed rci also corresponds to that of the primary part 4. The secondary part 5 of the axial piston operation acts through its output shaft 6 at the speed n2 on a reduction gear transmission 7, 8, which in turn drives the vehicle axle 9.
While the drive shaft 3 always rotates in the direction of rotation indicated by the arrow, the output shaft 6 can reverse its direction of rotation from V forward travel to R reverse travel.
The diesel engine 1 serving as the drive is provided with a speed controller which enables a desired speed to be selected and which then actively keeps it constant regardless of the load on the diesel engine itself.
The control device, which is explained in detail below, succeeds in achieving the rule curves that characterize the transmission and are shown in FIG. 2, which are shown as a function of the speed v proportional to the speed n2 of the drive shaft 6 . Fig. 2 shows the transmission characteristics for a certain instantaneous Lei performance N, of the diesel and a certain instantaneous drive speed n1x of the shaft 3. Then the speed <I> n2 </I> is controlled from n2 = 0 by pivoting the Primary part 4 from the zero position 01 = 0 shown in FIG. 1 in one or the other direction by the angle -j- 01 or - 01, until the relevant extreme position 01 is reached.
In this case, the secondary part 5 is constantly swiveled out fully, that is to say in position 02 ""., (Primary regulation). From a certain speed n2 "onwards, which corresponds to the pressure pol of the transmission fluid, the primary part 4 then remains fully swiveled out in the position 01" "" and the swiveling angle 02 of the secondary part 5 is from 02 in the direction of the minimum position 02, ";" reduced (secondary regulation).
The pressure p of the transmission fluid, for example oil, in area A of FIG. 2 reaches the maximum permissible value p ",;,.,. In area B, the transmission is regulated to constant power by a power regulator 10 acting on the primary part 4 , with the oil pressure p dropping from P2 "" "in a hyperbolic course to pol. From the pressure pole on, the control is carried out by a pressure regulator 11 which acts on the secondary part 5 and which keeps the oil pressure p constant by changing the pivot angle 02 of the secondary part 5.
As a result of the pivoting movement 01 of the primary part 4 of the axial piston transmission, the oil quantity Q1 delivered by the same is continuously changed in a known manner within the range from Q1 = 0 at 01 = 0 to Q1 = Q1 at 01. The swivel direction + (91 results in the direction of travel V (forwards), while the direction of travel is reversed in R (backwards) when it is swiveled out in the direction of - <B> 01 </B>. The secondary part 5 of the axial piston transmission, acting as a motor, fits his Speed n2 at a secondary pivot angle 02 determined by the pressure regulator 11 of the continuously variable delivery rate, which in turn is determined by the primary pivot angle O1.
The curves x and y contained in Fig. 2 each represent a control characteristic at a higher and a lower performance level.
The scheme of the control device according to FIG. 5, which is complete except for the feed circuit including cooling, contains all parts already shown in FIG. 1, namely the diesel engine 1, the fuel supply line 2, the primary part 4 actuated by the drive shaft 3, the secondary part 5 with the Output shaft 6, the gear transmission 7, 8 for the vehicle axle 9, the power regulator 10 and the pressure regulator 11.
The performance regulator 10 acts, as can be seen from Fig. 5, not directly, but via a servo motor 12 with pre-control piston 13 on the primary part 4 of the axial piston transmission, the pilot piston 13 determining the position of the power piston 14 within the servo motor 12 in the axial direction , thus also the pivot angle 01 of the primary part 4 relative to its zero position. In the position of the control device shown in FIG. 5, the power piston 14 is in its central position, corresponding to the angle 01 = 0 and the delivery rate Q1 = 0 of the primary part 4.
The pilot piston 13 strives under the action of the pressure spring 15 to control the power piston in the direction V and thus the primary part 4 to -f- 01, but is prevented from doing so by the cable 16 that controls the respective The position of the pilot control and thus the power piston 13 and 14 is determined and in turn influenced by the power controller 10.
This power regulator 10 has a control piston 17 in a pressure cylinder 21 connected via line 18, the rotary slide 19 and line 53 to the pressure line 20 of the axial piston transmission. The piston rod 22 of the control piston 17 passes through an immovably mounted spring housing 23 therethrough and is articulated to one end of a push rod 24, the other end of which has a crank pin 25 to which the cable 16 of the cable pull is attached. In the spring housing 23, a spring 26 with a hyperbolic course of the spring characteristic is arranged, which extends between the disc 27 attached to the piston rod 22 and a counter bearing 28.
This counter bearing 28 is for its part axially movable relative to the piston rod 22 within the spring housing 23 and forms a piston-like closure for its space 29. The space 29 is connected to the high-pressure line 18 via a parallel line 30, which is provided with a narrow throughflow aperture 31, and at the same time to a spring-controlled overpressure valve 32 which responds at pressure pmax.
The power regulator 10 described results in a diesel diagram according to FIG. 3 with Ml = constant. In other words: the diesel regulator regulates the speed to the set value of n1 "revolutions jmin" (that is, along an n1 "= constant line in FIG. 3).
For this speed, the diesel engine delivers a certain maximum power N "and a certain maximum drive torque Ml". The power regulator 10 (actually a torque regulator) regulates the transmission drive torque along the line Ml = constant. Thus, the hatched area in Fig. 3 represents the torque reserve of the diesel engine.
While the diagram according to FIG. 3 applies in the event that the torque absorbed by the gearbox remains constant when the speed n1 changes, the gearbox drive torque Ml can be changed when using a suitably trained power controller while maintaining the other parts of the control device also designed according to the diagram of FIG. 4, so Ml made variable who the. A power regulator 10a suitable for this purpose is explained at the end of the description in a preferred exemplary embodiment with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9.
In the scheme of Fig. 5, the push rod 24 with the crank pin 25 forms part of a direction selector 33, which also includes the two quarter circle sectors 34 and 35, each with a control slot along their periphery for the crank pin 25, and around the center of the two Control sectors 34, 35 rotatable connecting rod 36 which is ver via the crank pin 25 with the push rod 22 connected. The control sector 34 is attached to the shaft 37 to which the wheel 38 is attached, while the control sector 35 is carried by a sleeve 39 rotatable on the shaft 37, to which the wheel 40 is also attached.
Thus, the two control sectors 34, 35 can move independently relative to each other, but in the position of the push rod shown in Fig. 5, the control sector 34 only counterclockwise by a maximum of 90, and the control sector 35 only clockwise by a maximum of 90, since the crank pin 25 protrudes through the control slots in the control sectors. In the zero position shown in Fig. 5, the two Steuek factors 34, 35 hold the crank pin 25 accordingly immovable.
For the direction of travel V (forward), the control sector 35 is pivoted clockwise by 90 and brought into congruence with the control sector 34 (see FIG. 6), so that the crank pin now performs a quarter-circle movement and the pilot piston 13 is moved via the cable 16 in the direction V can move, which allows an adjustment of the power piston 14 and the primary part 4 in the direction + O1.
For the direction of travel R (backwards), the control sector 34 is reversed by 90 ge pivots and brought into congruence with the unchanged position ver remaining control sector 35, so the crank pin 25 released a movement that allows adjustment of the pilot piston 13 in the direction R, which allows a displacement of the power piston 14 and the primary part 4 in the direction - 01.
In the present embodiment, the direction is selected, as is the speed control, by only one control wheel 41, which is marked with B + -B, -O8, +00, - (PO, +0 "- + I)" ", and - 0 max. Of course, if desired, a special lever can also be provided for selecting the direction of travel, for which the control mechanism is correspondingly simpler, but operation during operation has to be less obvious. Actuated according to the diagram of FIG the steering wheel 41, the shaft 42 on which the double-acting control sleeve 43 is fastened, and that a rotation and an axial displacement can be made.
The wheels 44 and 45, which drive the wheels 38 for the control sector 34 and 40 for the control sector 35, are arranged to be freely movable on the control shaft 42 and are only connected to the same via the control sleeve 43, namely the wheel 44 when pushing in and the wheel 45 when pulling out the steering wheel 41 from the central position shown in FIG. Provision has been made here to ensure that this coupling of the control sleeve 43 with the wheel 44 or 45 can only take place in the control wheel positions B, + OB and - OB, since otherwise malfunctions could occur.
If desired, instead of the axial displacement, a pure rotary control can also be provided, in which the required axial movement of the control sleeve 43 is generated, for example, by cams, worm gears or toothed segments. In these cases, the steering wheel would no longer have to be moved axially.
The wheel 44 is, except with the actuating wheel 38 for the control sector 34, via the intermediate wheel 46 on the shaft 47 and the wheel 48 with the rotary slide 19 connected. Likewise, the rotary valve via 19 or a second rotary valve is also adjusted by the wheel 45 via the wheels 49 and 50 on the intermediate shaft 51 and the wheel 52. The translation is set up so that when the wheel 44 is rotated counterclockwise, the rotary slide 19 in the direction of arrow R, and when the wheel 45 is rotated clockwise, the rotary slide 19 is actuated in the direction of arrow V.
The rotary valve 19 is connected by a line 53 or 54 to the pressure lines 20 or 55 of the axial piston transmission and serves to connect the line 18 and the line 56 to the line regulator 10 and to the pressure regulator 11 together to the high pressure line of the Axial gear to be connected. When traveling in the direction of V, ie in the pivoting range + 01 of the primary part 4, this is the pressure line 20, while the pressure line 55 has low pressure. In the opposite direction of travel R, that is, in the pivoting range <B> -01 </B> of the primary part, this is line 55, while line 20 is low pressure.
Accordingly, the rotary valve 19 connects the lines 18 and 56 in the direction of travel V with 53, and in the direction of R with 54.
The pressure regulator 11 consists of a pressure cylinder 57 and an axially movable power piston 58 in the same, which pivots the secondary part 5 of the axial piston transmission. The line 56 carrying high pressure acts directly on one side of the power piston 58, while the other side is fed via a parallel line 59 with the narrow flow aperture 60 from the same line 56, but is simultaneously exposed to the action of the spring-controlled valve 61. The latter is set to a pressure which keeps the piston, which is acted upon by the target pressure on the small area side, in equilibrium, where the adjustment force of the axial piston motor can be neglected compared to the pressure forces.
If the pressure in the line 56 increases, the steep force acts to the right, which increases the swivel angle and thus the displacement of the axial piston motor and thus allows the pressure to drop again. The regulator has a corresponding mode of operation when the pressure in line 56 drops.
The wheel 62, which drives the shaft 64 with the cam disks 65a, 65b, 66 and 67 and possibly 67a in FIG. 9 via a wheel 63, is fastened to the control shaft 42 actuated by the control wheel 41. The cam disks 65a, 65b operate in the same direction via the rods 68a and 68b, but with a phase shift, the brake slides 69 and 70 in the pressure lines 20 and 55, while the cam 66 disks the bridging slider 71 in one of the pressure lines 20 and 55 together connecting cross line 72 controls. The phase shift between the curves 65a, 65b is dimensioned such that, for. B. when driving forward the brake slide 70 closes a little earlier than the brake slide 69 and vice versa, in order to avoid emptying the respective low-pressure line.
The cam 67 is used to operate a diesel speed controller 73 in the fuel supply line 2 to the diesel engine 1.
The functional sequence of the control device can now be explained on the basis of the above-described principle diagram according to FIG. 5.
To select the direction of travel V (forward), the steering wheel 41 is brought into position B, pulled forward, that is, the control sleeve 43 is brought into engagement with the wheel 45, and then turned clockwise to + OB. As a result, the control sector 35 is adjusted clockwise via the sleeve 39 and the wheel 40 and brought into congruence with the control sector 34, that is, the crank pin 25 is released for a total of 90 movement along the congruent control slots (indicated in FIG. 6) .
The servo motor 12 can thus take between its ge in Fig. 5 center position and its end position in Rich device V each of the pilot piston 13 certain position and adjust the primary part 4 in the angle range + O1, according to the control movements of the power controller 10. The rotation of the steering wheel 41 from B to + OB or the wheel 45 causes at the same time on the wheels 49 and 50 of the intermediate shaft 51 and on the wheel 52 a United position of the rotary valve 19 in the direction of arrow V, whereby the high pressure line 20 with the power controller 10 via the Line 18, and is connected to the pressure regulator 11 via line 56.
The control wheel 41 is pushed back in the axial direction after reaching the position -f- OB, so the wheel 45 is disengaged from the control sleeve 43 so that the control sector 35 and the rotary slide 19 remain unchanged in their position when another Rotation of the steering wheel 41 in direction V takes place.
To select the direction of travel R (backwards), the steering wheel 41 is brought into position B, pushed inwards, that is, the control sleeve 43 is brought into engagement with the wheel 44 and then rotated counterclockwise to -OB. As a result, the control sector 34 is pivoted counterclockwise by 90 via the wheel 38 and the shaft 37 and the control sector 35 is brought into congruence with the one in its position according to FIG. 5. The crank pin 25 is therefore now free for a total of 90 movement along the two congruent control slots of the control sectors 34 and 35.
The servo motor 12 can thus assume between the central position in Fig. 5 and its end position in Rich device R each of the pilot piston 13 certain position and adjust the primary part 4 in the angle range -01, according to the control movements of the power controller 10. The twist hung of the steering wheel 41 from B to - OB or the wheel 44 causes at the same time via the wheel 46 on the intermediate shaft 47 and the wheel 48 a United position of the rotary valve 19 in the direction of arrow R, whereby the now high pressure line 55 with the power regulator 10 via the Line <B> 18 </B> and with the pressure regulator 11 via line 56 is connected.
The control wheel 41 can be pulled out again in the axial direction after reaching the position -OB, whereby the wheel 44 comes out of engagement with the control sleeve 43, so that the control sector 34 and the rotary slide 19 remain unchanged in their position when a further rotation of the Control wheel 41 in the R direction takes place. The adjustment ranges of the steering wheel 41 from B to OB are therefore only used to select the direction of travel, whereas the adjustment ranges from + <B> OB </B> via -E- 0 "to + 0", "or from -01; via - (P (, after - (P ",:" of the speed regulation.
Here, the cams 65a, 65b, 66 and 67 and possibly 67a, Fig. 9, in function, the contours H65, H66 # H67 and H67 "in Fig. 7 over the adjustment areas (1) of the steering wheel 41 shown in the developed reproduction are.
As can be seen from this, in the adjustment range <I> - O B </I> <B> ... </B> <I> B. . . </I> + OB the control disks 65a, 65b their greatest radial extent (H65) ",., And the rods 68a, 68b cause a blockage by the brake slides 69 and 70 with a certain mutual phase shift, which leads to a standstill (area S in Fig. 7) from the drive shaft 6 of the secondary part 5 corresponds.
At the same time, the cams 66 and 67 have their smallest radial extent (H66) min and (H67) min in this adjustment range, so that the bridging slide 71 in the cross line 72 is open and the diesel engine is idling.
At the transition from + #B to + 0 "the two brake slides 69 and 70 are opened by the cam disks 65a, 65b, so the axial piston gear is made ready for operation. But since the cam disk 66 keeps the bridging slide 71 open, a pressure equalization takes place between the lines 20 and 55, so that the output shaft 6 of the secondary part 5 remains at a standstill (areas idling L in FIG. 7). Only when the steering wheel 41 is rotated from 0 "to $ i, the cam 66 does the bridging slide 71 more and more closed in the cross line 72, so that the secondary part 5 begins to work.
With increasing adjustment of the control wheel 41 in the direction of + 0.a or - 0max, the diesel regulator 73 is then opened more and more and the engine speed n1 of the drive shaft 3 is increased more and more, the control device using the based on each position of the steering wheel automatically performs adjustments described in FIG.
Braking is done by resetting the control wheel 41 according to the desired braking effect, whereby the speed controller is set to a niedri GE speed. The fuel supply to the diesel engine is throttled in such a way that it not only no longer delivers any torque, but on the contrary is driven by the kinetic energy of the vehicle. In this braking process, the pressure side of the transmission is interchanged and the controllers on the primary or secondary side are now subjected to low pressure. So the gearbox assumes the position that corresponds to the maximum diesel speed at the maximum speed of the vehicle. This ensures that the diesel engine is never operated at too high a speed as long as the maximum permissible vehicle speed is not exceeded.
If this reset takes place up to OB, the two brake valves 69 and 70 are closed by the cam disks 65a, 65b. The bridging slide 71 for the primary part 4 is now open again so that it can work in idle mode, but the blocking of the lines 20 and 55 by the brake valves 69 and 70 results in a strong braking effect on the secondary part driven by the wheel axle 9 via the shaft 6 5. The greatest possible pressure is determined by a double overpressure valve 74.
Only in the adjustment range - (BR ... B... + O a can the coupling of the control sleeve 43 in the wheels 44 or 45 to change the direction of travel he follow, so that incorrect operation is not possible.
The exemplary embodiment described is shown using a diesel engine 1. Of course, the present control device is not limited to this, but can also be used with another internal combustion engine or with an electric motor with a speed that cannot be regulated. The controller 73 is then in each case analogously to be set by a controller of the drive machine concerned, if not - as with an electric motor, such a controller can be dispensed with at all.
As already mentioned above, the transmission control in the system described above takes place in accordance with the diesel diagram shown in FIG. 3 for M1 = constant, i.e. along the same line p # O = constant for all input speeds from n. To n1 ", ... For this purpose, the power regulator 10 described with a hyperbolic characteristic is sufficient.
If regulation is to take place according to the diesel diagram for Ml = variable according to FIG. 4, a corresponding line p - O = constant corresponds to each instantaneous value of the torque M1. The gear controller required for this must therefore have a hyperbolic characteristic that can be shifted in parallel according to the respective parameter Ml, so the preload in the power controller 10a must be changed depending on the swivel angle Ol and the input torque M1. In Fig. 2, the shift of the hyperbolic's characteristic from the position with the index x in the position with the index y is shown.
In one embodiment of such a power regulator (not shown) the pivoting angular movement 01 is supplied to one side and the torque change Ml to the other side of a differential gear. The output of this differential is then used to operate a cam disc with increasing stroke, which in turn acts on the spring of the power controller and causes the same to increase the bias.
Another exemplary embodiment of a suitable power regulator 10a for the diagram according to FIG. 4 shows the operating diagram according to FIGS. 8 and 9. This indirectly acting power regulator 10a has a spring, the preload of which is changed by rotating a cone-like control surface, namely by rotating the same proportional to the angle O1 according to the hyperbolic characteristic and by axial displacement proportional to Ml. A control piston 75 is provided here, which is influenced by the high pressure and which presses against a spring 76,
the bias of which is adjusted by means of the cone-like shaped control surface 77 both proportionally to the swivel angle 01 of the primary part 4 and proportionally to the torque M. For this purpose, the control surface is rotated about its axis of rotation 78 via the linkage 79 proportionally to the swivel angle 01 and shifted along the axis of rotation 78 by a further cam disk 67a seated on the control shaft 64 (FIG. 5). Depending on the magnitude of the pressure on the measuring piston 75, this releases the inflow opening to the power piston 80.
The larger area F1 of the piston underside is therefore influenced by the throttled high pressure, while the smaller area F2 = 1 / e F1 of the piston top is influenced by the unreduced high pressure. The power piston 80 acts directly on the pivot angle 01 of the primary part 4. With increasing pressure, the force on the surface F1 outweighs the force on F2, so that the pivot angle 01 of the primary part 4 is reduced. If the pressure rises above the maximum permissible value, the control piston 75 moves against the action of the spring 76 so far to the left that the outflow opening of the line 81 becomes free. This drain thus acts as a pressure-limiting safety valve.
When the pressure drops, the measuring piston 75 moves to the right and gradually relieves the larger piston area via the outlet opening of the line 81. The torque curve of the controller 10a can be selected as desired. For example, a curve that ensures operation of the diesel engine with low fuel consumption is particularly useful. When using a power regulator 10a for a diesel characteristic according to FIG. 4, by suitable selection of the response characteristics of the pressure regulator 11 on the secondary part 5, it can be achieved that despite the transition from primary-side to secondary-side control, a steady pressure curve occurs, as shown in FIG. 2 is provided.
In this case, the pressure regulator must also be adjusted proportionally to the drive speed n1. For this purpose, a controller of the same design as for the power controller according to FIGS. 8 and 9 can be used if its control surface 77 together with the linkage 79 is omitted and the controlled sensor slides directly on a cam 67a, which has a control characteristic proportional to M1. This control can be carried out so far that in operating states in which the bridging slide 71 is opened, the secondary part assumes its end position at 02 n ″.
This leads to two very desirable advantages when driving. On the one hand, the secondary part works with full stroke volume at the start of the start-up process and can therefore deliver full torque from the start. On the other hand, the brake slide 69 and 70 can be used to brake hydraulically at any driving speed with the full secondary torque, since when changing the pressure side of the transmission, as occurs during braking, and when opening the bridging slide 71, the secondary regulator 11 is subjected to low pressure, and thus the secondary part (5) pivots to the maximum angle.
As already mentioned above, in the description of the exemplary embodiments, all accessories and auxiliary devices such as feed valves, oil circuit systems, cooling devices, cleaning devices, safety devices, measuring devices, etc., which are not necessary to understand the operation of the control device, have been omitted. It should also be expressly mentioned that the control device described is not restricted to use together with axial piston drives, but can also be used in an analogous manner with all other hydrostatic drives, for example with radial piston drives or capsule cell or vane drives.
The control device described works with a pressure medium, mostly oil, with a certain minimum pressure always having to be present in individual parts. Advantageously, the pressure medium can therefore also be used for hydraulic actuation of auxiliary devices, for example for hydraulically controlled Wagenkupp lungs. This enables a special pressure pump to be saved for this.
