Article de fantaisie La présente invention a pour objet un article de fantaisie, tel qu'une bague, des boucles d'oreilles, une broche, un clip, des boutons de manchettes, qui comporte une monture retenant un objet en posi tion enchâssée dans celle-ci. Cet article de fantaisie se caractérise par le fait que la monture peut s'ou vrir afin de rendre l'objet amovible.
Le dessin annexé illustre schématiquement et à titre d'exemple trois formes d'exécution de l'article selon l'invention, cet article étant une bague.
La fig. 1 est une vue de profil de la première forme d'exécution, la monture de la bague étant vue en coupe et en position ouverte.
La fig. 2 est une vue de face de la bague, la monture étant en position fermée et une pierre étant enchâssée dans la monture.
La fig. 3 est une vue partielle de la bague, selon la seconde forme d'exécution, la monture étant vue en coupe et en position de fermeture.
La fig. 4 est une vue d'une troisième forme d'exécution de la bague.
Selon les fig. 1 et 2 du dessin annexé, la bague comprend un anneau qui constitue une pièce de base, sur laquelle est montée une monture compor tant deux griffes 3, 4 permettant de maintenir l'objet tel qu'une pierre 5 en position enchâssée dans la monture. Chaque griffe 3, 4 est portée par un sup port 10, 11, solidaire d'un canon 6, 7 tournant libre ment sur un axe 8 engagé à force dans un guide 9 fixé rigidement sur la bague. Deux dispositifs de verrouillage 12 permettent de maintenir la monture en position fermée.
Chaque dispositif de verrouillage comprend, dans la forme d'exécution représentée, d'une part un crochet 13 porté par une languette élastique 14 solidaire de l'un des supports et, d'autre part, un logement 15 comportant une face d'accro chage 16 et aménagé dans le second support.
Pour fixer la pierre 5 dans la monture, il suffit de placer cette pierre à l'intérieur de la monture, puis d'exercer une poussée sur les supports 10 et 11, afin de les rapprocher l'un de l'autre. Lorsque les griffes 3, 4 prennent appui sur la pierre, les deux crochets 13 s'engagent sur les faces d'accrochage 16, de sorte que la pierre est alors emprisonnée dans la monture.
Si l'usager désire changer de pierre, il lui suffit de libérer les deux crochets 13 en exerçant, à l'aide d'une épingle, par exemple, une poussée sur les lan guettes élastiques 14 faisant échapper ces crochets aux faces d'accrochage 16. Dès que les crochets sont libérés, la monture s'ouvre et la pierre 5 peut être. remplacée par une autre pierre, ou par une autre pièce décorative, telle qu'une pièce montée ou une pièce d'horlogerie, par exemple.
Afin, d'obtenir un serrage suffisant des griffes 3, 4 sur la pièce à enchâsser pour que celle-ci soit retenue fermement en position, sans risquer, toute fois, d'ébrécher cette pièce, il est avantageux de prévoir des pattes 17 portant les griffes 3 et 4 en une matière élastique, de manière que ces griffes viennent s'appliquer élastiquement sur la pièce 5.
En outre, afin d'éviter une usure exagérée des dispositifs de verrouillage, il est avantageux de munir la mon ture d'un ou de plusieurs ressorts agissant sur les supports 1U, 11 des griffes et tendant à maintenir la monture en position de fermeture. Dans la forme d'exécution représentée à la fig. 3, la monture comporte un support 18 fixé rigidement sur la bague 1 et un anneau ou une lunette 19 arti culé en 20 sur ce support 18.
Cette lunette 19 est munie d'un verrou 21 constitué par une languette élastique coopérant avec le support 18, afin de main tenir cette lunette en position de fermeture comme représenté par la fig. 3. Cette lunette épouse la forme de la pierre 5 et maintient celle-ci enchâssée dans la monture constituée par la lunette et le sup port.
En exerçant une traction t sur la lunette, l'usa ger provoque la libération du verrou et l'ouverture de la monture, de sorte qu'il peut alors retirer la pierre 5 et placer dans la monture, soit une pierre d'une autre couleur, soit une autre pièce décorative ou une pièce d'horlogerië.
Dans la forme d'exécution représentée par la fig. 4, la bague 1 est constituée par un anneau élas tique ouvert et la monture est formée par les extré mités de l'anneau ouvert formant chacune un bras 22 portant une ou plusieurs griffes 23. L'élasticité propre de l'anneau tend à provoquer l'application des griffes 23 contre la pierre 5 à la manière d'une tenaille.
En exerçant des poussées n sur l'anneau, l'usager provoque un déplacement des bras 22 et des griffes 23, suivant les flèches d contre l'action de l'élasticité propre de l'anneau et donc la libération de la pierre ou de la pièce décorative 5.
Il ressort clairement de ce qui précède et de l'examen du dessin qu'une multitude de variantes d'exécution peuvent être prévues, adaptées aux di vers articles de fantaisie à réaliser (bagues, boucles d'oreilles, clips, broches, boutons de manchettes, pendentifs) et aux divers genres de pièces décora tives (pierres taillées ou polies, matières synthétiques de couleurs et de formes variées, assemblage de motifs décoratifs, pièces d'horlogerie, etc.) devant pouvoir être enchâssées dans la monture.
La monture peut comporter plus de deux griffes, dont certaines peuvent être fixes, tandis que d'au tres sont ouvrables, de manière à rendre amovible la pièce enchâssée dans la monture. Une ou plusieurs griffes peuvent être portées par un support oscil lant autour d'un axe fixe commun, comme décrit en référence aux fig. 1 et 2, ou suivant un axe indivi duel.
Dans une variante, chaque griffe ouvrable pourrait être portée par un support coulissant dans une glissière aménagée dans une partie fixe et un dispositif de verrouillage pourrait maintenir chaque support en position de fermeture de la griffe.
Les organes de serrage de l'objet disposé dans la monture, constitué par les griffes, un anneau ou une lunette peuvent aussi être munis, sur leur face intérieure venant en contact avec la pièce à enchâs ser, d'une matière souple et élastique, telle que du caoutchouc ou une matière plastique synthétique, afin de permettre une fixation de l'objet sans jeu dans la monture, tout en évitant les risques d'ébré chures ou de détérioration dudit objet.
Dans la forme d'exécution selon la fig. 4, les bras 22 se croisent, comme représenté, mais pour raient ne pas se croiser. Dans ce dernier cas, l'ou verture de la monture est obtenue en écartant les bras 22 ou les côtés correspondants de l'anneau.
Dans la forme d'exécution selon la fig. 3, l'arti culation 20 pourrait être supprimée et la lunette être retenue sur le support au moyen de plusieurs verrous.

According to fig. 1 and 2 of the appended drawing, the ring comprises a ring which constitutes a base part, on which is mounted a frame comprising two claws 3, 4 making it possible to hold the object such as a stone 5 in position embedded in the frame . Each claw 3, 4 is carried by a support 10, 11, integral with a barrel 6, 7 rotating freely on an axis 8 forcibly engaged in a guide 9 rigidly fixed to the ring. Two locking devices 12 make it possible to keep the frame in the closed position.
Each locking device comprises, in the embodiment shown, on the one hand a hook 13 carried by an elastic tongue 14 integral with one of the supports and, on the other hand, a housing 15 comprising a hook face. chage 16 and arranged in the second support.
To fix the stone 5 in the frame, it suffices to place this stone inside the frame, then to exert a thrust on the supports 10 and 11, in order to bring them closer to one another. When the claws 3, 4 bear on the stone, the two hooks 13 engage on the hooking faces 16, so that the stone is then trapped in the setting.
If the user wishes to change the stone, it suffices for him to release the two hooks 13 by exerting, using a pin, for example, a push on the elastic guards 14 causing these hooks to escape from the hooking faces. 16. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the frame comprises a support 18 rigidly fixed to the ring 1 and a ring or a bezel 19 articulated at 20 on this support 18.
This bezel 19 is provided with a latch 21 formed by an elastic tongue cooperating with the support 18, in order to keep this bezel in the closed position as shown in FIG. 3. This bezel follows the shape of the stone 5 and maintains the latter embedded in the frame formed by the bezel and the support.
By exerting a traction t on the bezel, the user causes the release of the lock and the opening of the frame, so that he can then withdraw stone 5 and place in the frame, that is to say a stone of another. color, either another decorative piece or a timepiece.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the ring 1 is constituted by an open elastic ring and the frame is formed by the ends of the open ring each forming an arm 22 carrying one or more claws 23. The inherent elasticity of the ring tends to cause the application of the claws 23 against the stone 5 in the manner of a pincer.
By exerting thrusts n on the ring, the user causes a movement of the arms 22 and the claws 23, following the arrows d against the action of the own elasticity of the ring and therefore the release of the stone or the decorative piece 5.
It is clear from the above and from the examination of the drawing that a multitude of variants of execution can be envisaged, adapted to the various fancy articles to be made (rings, earrings, clips, brooches, buttons of cuffs, pendants) and to the various types of decorative pieces (cut or polished stones, synthetic materials of various colors and shapes, assembly of decorative motifs, timepieces, etc.) which must be able to be set in the frame.
The frame may have more than two claws, some of which may be fixed, while others are openable, so as to make the part embedded in the frame removable. One or more claws can be carried by an oscillating support around a common fixed axis, as described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, or along an individual axis.
In a variant, each openable claw could be carried by a support sliding in a slide provided in a fixed part and a locking device could hold each support in the claw closed position.
The clamping members of the object disposed in the frame, consisting of the claws, a ring or a bezel can also be provided, on their inner face coming into contact with the part to be embedded, with a flexible and elastic material, such as rubber or a synthetic plastic material, in order to allow the object to be fixed without play in the frame, while avoiding the risk of chipping or deterioration of said object.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, the arms 22 cross, as shown, but may not cross. In the latter case, the opening of the frame is obtained by separating the arms 22 or the corresponding sides of the ring.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the articulation 20 could be omitted and the bezel could be retained on the support by means of several locks.
