Sicherungs- und Feststellvorrichtung an einem Plattenspieler Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sicherungs- und Fest stellvorrichtung an einem Plattenspieler, der auf einer Grundplatte eines ihn aufnehmenden Gehäuses federnd gelagert ist.
Um Erschütterungen und durch akustische Rück kopplung hervorgerufene Schwingungen von dem Tonabnehmer und der abzutastenden Spielplatte fernzuhalten, wird die den Plattenspielerteller tra gende Platine auf die verschiedenartigste Weise er schütterungsfrei mit der Grundplatte verbunden bzw. auf ihr gelagert. Während des Transportes ist diese federnde Lagerung der Platine jedoch unerwünscht, da die Gefahr besteht, dass letztere sich beispiels weise von ihren elastischen Aufhängungen losreisst oder beim Kippen aus ihren Lagern herausfällt.
Um die Platine starr mit der Grundplatte verbinden zu können, sind an den meisten Plattenspieler-Feststell- vorrichtungen meistens Schrauben vorgesehen, die die Platine gegen die Wirkung der Lagerfedern oder auch unter Entlastung der Federn an dem Platten spielergehäuse oder der Grundplatte festzuhalten. Anstelle einer eine starre Verbindung zwischen Pla- tine und Grundplatte herstellenden Feststellvorrich tung sind auch Vorrichtungen bekannt, die die Am plitude der schwingenden Platine begrenzen.
Eine Sicherung der Platine gegen Herausnahme durch Unberufene oder auch gegen ein Herausfallen beim Bruch einer Lagerfeder muss jedoch auch in der Spielstellung des Plattenspielers vorgesehen sein.
Die bekannten Sicherungs- und Feststellvorrich tungen sind meist nur sehr schwierig zu betätigen; häufig sind sie an der Unterseite der Grundplatte vorgesehen und daher nur von dort aus zugänglich. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist, dass sie meist lose Teile aufweisen, die leicht verlorengehen oder beim Fest- stellen bzw. beim Lösen der Feststellvorrichtung in das den Plattenspieler aufnehmende Gehäuse fallen.
Die Erfindung beseitigt diese Schwierigkeiten da durch, dass an der den Plattenteller tragenden Platine von oben zu betätigende, mit der Grundplatte zu sammenzuwirken bestimmte Riegel vorgesehen sind, die in drei bevorzugte Stellungen bewegbar sind, wo bei je nach der Stellung das Draufsetzen der Platine auf die Grundplatte ermöglicht, die Platine in der gefederten Spielstellung gesichert und die Platine starr mit der Grundplatte verbunden wird.
In der Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsbeispiele der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung dargestellt. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf die auf die Grund platte aufgesetzte Platine des Plattenspielers mit in Montagestellung gezeichneten Riegeln und teilweise weggebrochener Platine, Fig. 2 einen Ausschnitt aus der Fig. 1 mit in Spielstellung abgebildetem Riegel, Fig. 3 denselben Ausschnitt aus der Fig. 1 mit in Transportstellung abgebildetem Riegel,
Fig. 4 einen Teil eines Vertikalschnittes durch den Plattenspieler mit einer teils schaubildlichen Dar stellung des einen Riegels in der Stellung gemäss Fig. 2, Fig. 5 eine analoge Darstellung zu Fig. 4, wobei der Riegel sich in der Stellung gemäss Fig. 3 befindet, Fig. 6 bis 8 eine andere Ausführungsform der Feststellvorrichtung, wobei der eine verschiebbare Riegel in drei Stellungen gezeigt ist.
Die Platine 1 ruht auf vier Federn 2, die in Aus sparungen der Grundplatte 3 eingelassen sind. In der Platine 1 sind zwei Schwenkriegel 4 und 4' gelagert, deren Handgriff oberhalb des Platinenbodens und deren Verriegelungszungen 41, 41' unterhalb des Platinenbodens liegen. Die Grundplatte 3 ist als Rahmen ausgebildet, dessen Innenkante mit 31 be zeichnet ist. Der von der Platine 1 auf nicht gezeich nete Art getragene Plattenteller 5 ist strichpunktiert angedeutet.
In der Stellung der Fig. 1 liegen die bei den Verriegelungszungen 41 und 41' innerhalb des Grundplattenrahmens. In der Stellung der Fig. 2 greifen sie so weit unter die Innenkante dieses Rah mens, dass zwischen dem Ende der Verriegelungs- zunge 41 und der untern Begrenzung des Grundplat- tenrahmens ein so grosser Abstand besteht, dass die Platine 1 bei Erschütterungen eine gedämpfte Schwingung ausführen kann.
In der Stellung der Fig. 3 ist die Verriegelungszunge 41 so weit unter den Grundplattenrahmen geschwenkt, dass sie gegen die Innenkante bzw. gegen die untere Begrenzung des Rahmens anliegt.
Die Wirkungsweise dieser Schwenkriegel wird anschliessend an Hand der Fig. 4 und 5 erläutert. In der Stellung der Fig. 4 ruht die Platine 1 auf den Federn 2; das Ende der Verriegelungszunge 41' hat von der untern Kante des Grundplattenrahmens einen Abstand a, der ein freies Schwingen der Platine 1 erlaubt. In der Stellung der Fig. 5 ist durch weiteres Schwenken des Riegels 4' die Zunge 41' zum An liegen an die untere Innenkante des Grundplatten rahmens gebracht, wodurch die Platine 1 entgegen der Wirkung der Feder 2 gegen die Oberfläche des Grundplattenrahmens gedrückt wird.
Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Fig. 6 bis 8 ist der innere Rand des Grandplattenrahmens abgeschrägt und dient den radial verschiebbaren Rie geln 6, von welchen in den Fig. 6 bis 8 einer dargestellt ist, als Gegenfläche bzw. als Gleitfläche. Die drei dargestellten Stellungen entsprechen der Montagestellung (Fig. 6), der Spielstellung (Fig. 7) und der Transportstellung (Fig. 8).
Um die Riegel 6 in der jeweils gewünschten Stel lung festzuhalten, sind an ihnen Aussparungen 6a vorgesehen, in die eine an der Platine 1 befestigte Rastfeder 7 federnd einrastet.

In order to be able to rigidly connect the board to the base plate, most turntable locking devices are usually provided with screws that hold the board against the action of the bearing springs or with the springs being relieved on the record player housing or the base plate. Instead of a locking device producing a rigid connection between the board and the base plate, devices are also known which limit the amplitude of the oscillating board.
Securing the board against removal by unauthorized persons or against falling out if a bearing spring breaks, however, must also be provided in the playing position of the record player.
The well-known backup and Feststellvorrich lines are usually very difficult to operate; they are often provided on the underside of the base plate and are therefore only accessible from there. Another disadvantage is that they usually have loose parts that are easily lost or fall into the housing that holds the turntable when the locking device is locked or released.
The invention eliminates these difficulties due to the fact that on the plate carrying the turntable from above to be operated, with the base plate to cooperate with certain latches are provided, which are movable in three preferred positions, where depending on the position of putting the board on the Base plate enables the board to be secured in the spring-loaded play position and the board is rigidly connected to the base plate.

The circuit board 1 rests on four springs 2, which are recessed from the base plate 3 in recesses. In the board 1 two swivel bolts 4 and 4 'are mounted, the handle of which is above the board base and the locking tongues 41, 41' below the board base. The base plate 3 is designed as a frame whose inner edge is marked with 31 be. The turntable 5 carried by the board 1 in a manner not drawn designated is indicated by dash-dotted lines.
In the position of FIG. 1, the locking tongues 41 and 41 'are located within the base plate frame. In the position of FIG. 2, they reach so far below the inner edge of this frame that there is such a large distance between the end of the locking tongue 41 and the lower boundary of the base plate frame that the board 1 absorbs vibration in the event of vibrations can perform.
In the position of FIG. 3, the locking tongue 41 is pivoted so far below the base plate frame that it rests against the inner edge or against the lower boundary of the frame.
The mode of operation of this swivel bolt is explained below with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5. In the position of FIG. 4, the plate 1 rests on the springs 2; the end of the locking tongue 41 'has a distance a from the lower edge of the base plate frame, which allows the board 1 to swing freely. In the position of FIG. 5, the tongue 41 'is brought to rest on the lower inner edge of the base plate frame by further pivoting the bolt 4', whereby the board 1 is pressed against the action of the spring 2 against the surface of the base plate frame.
In the embodiment of FIGS. 6 to 8, the inner edge of the Grandplatteframe is beveled and serves the radially displaceable Rie rules 6, of which one is shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, as a counter surface or as a sliding surface. The three positions shown correspond to the assembly position (Fig. 6), the play position (Fig. 7) and the transport position (Fig. 8).
In order to hold the latch 6 in the desired position, recesses 6a are provided on them, into which a detent spring 7 attached to the board 1 resiliently engages.
