Description
Fensterflügel mit Doppelverglasung Nach der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Fenster flügel mit Doppelverglasung, bei welchem die beiden Glasscheiben an einem Rahmenprofil und an den Flanken eines sie distanzierenden rechteckigen Hohl profils mit Hilfe von Bindemasse anhaften, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte rechteckige Hohl profil mit dem Rahmenprofil verbunden ist.
Das rechteckige Hohlprofil, das z. B. an der gegen die Fensterflügelmitte hin gerichteten Fläche Löcher enthält und dann sehr gut mit einer der Zwischen luftschicht feuchtigkeitsentziehenden Substanz gefüllt werden kann, kann einstückig mit dem Rahmen profil sein oder mit Hilfe von Fussrippen in Nuten des Rahmenprofils eingesetzt werden.
Als Rahmenprofile werden sowohl die äussern Rah menschenkel als auch allfällige Zwischensprossen be zeichnet, wobei dann solche Zwischensprossen sinn gemäss nach beiden Seiten abstehende rechteckige Hohlprofile tragen.
Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes sind in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 einen vertikalen, zur Fensterebene quer stehenden Schnitt durch einen Fensterflügel mit Dop pelverglasung und Zwischensprosse, Fig. 2 eine Variante zum Oberteil von Fig. 1. In Fig. 1 sind mit 11 und 13 die eigentlichen Rahmenprofile eines Fensterflügels mit Doppelver glasung bezeichnet.
Sie und die rechteckigen Hohl profile 21 bestehen aus einem Stück, wobei die letz teren an den Flanken vorstehende Rippen 27 auf weisen und auf den gegen die Fensterflügelmitte hin gerichteten Flächen Längsrillen 28 zum Vermindern der Spiegelwirkung sowie Löcher 29 zum Ermög lichen einer Luftzirkulation zu der in den Hohlpro filen eingefüllten feuchtigkeitsanziehenden Substanz enthalten. Eine andere Ausführung zeigt als Rahmenprofil eine Zwischensprosse 32, die nach beiden Seiten rechteckige Hohlprofile 21 aufweist.
Bindesubstanz 40 verbindet die Glasscheiben 41, 42 mit den Flanken der Hohlprofile und mit den Rahmenprofilen 11, 13, 32.
Ein Fensterflügel aus solchen Rahmenprofilteilen und Glasscheiben kann an der Einbaustelle zusam mengefügt werden.
Gemäss Fig. 2 können die Rahmenprofile 10 auch Nuten zum Einschieben von Fussrippen 20' von rechteckigen Hohlprofilen 20 enthalten, so dass die rechteckigen Hohlprofile nicht einstückig mit den Rahmenprofilen sind.
In an sich bekannter Weise sind noch Deck leisten 50 auf Halteschrauben 51 aufgeschoben und an den Rahmenprofilen angesetzt.

The rectangular hollow profile that z. Both the outer frame and any intermediate rungs are designated as frame profiles, with such intermediate rungs then carrying rectangular hollow profiles projecting on both sides.
Exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing. 1 shows a vertical section through a window sash with double glazing and intermediate sash, FIG. 2 shows a variant of the upper part of FIG. 1. According to FIG. 2, the frame profiles 10 can also contain grooves for inserting foot ribs 20 'of rectangular hollow profiles 20, so that the rectangular hollow profiles are not integral with the frame profiles.
In a manner known per se, deck bars 50 are pushed onto retaining screws 51 and attached to the frame profiles.
