Wechselrahmen für Bilder, Drucksachen usw. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Wechsel rahmen für Bilder, Drucksachen usw., mit einer Grundplatte und einer durchsichtigen Deckplatte.
Gemäss der Erfindung ist ein solcher Wechsel rahmen dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Rück seite der Grundplatte Abstandsleisten mit Quernuten befestigt sind, in welchen Nuten senkrecht zum Plattenrand Federdrahtklammern ein- und ausschieb- bar sind, deren äusseres Ende zu einem Haken ge formt ist, der in der eingeschobenen Stellung der Klammer die Deckplatte übergreift und Deck- und Grundplatte zusammenklemmt.
In der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind einige bei spielsweise Ausführungsformen von Wechselrahmen nach der Erfindung dargestellt. Es zeigt: Fig. 1 den Rahmen mit einer ersten Ausführungs form von Drahtklammern und Aufhängehaken von der Seite, teilweise im Schnitt gesehen, Fig. 2 den gleichen Rahmen von hinten mit andern Aufhängehaken, Fig. 3 und 3a einen Schnitt durch den Rahmen zur Illustrierung einer Variante von Drahtklammern, Fig. 4 einen Schnitt entsprechend der Fig. 3, jedoch eine dritte Form von Drahtklammern zeigend, und die Fig. 5 und 6 von vorn bzw. von der Seite einen Aufhängehaken.
Der dargestellte Wechselrahmen besitzt eine qua dratische oder rechteckige Grundplatte 1, zum Bei spiel eine Faser-, Karton- oder Kunststoffplatte, und eine Deckplatte 2 aus Glas gleicher Grösse. Zwischen diese beiden Platten 1, 2 wird der auswechselbare Gegenstand 3, zum Beispiel Bilder, Photos, Zeich nungen, Lithographien, Holzschnitte, Drucksachen usw. eingelegt. Auf der der Deckplatte abgewendeten Seite der Grundplatte, also auf der Rückseite des Rahmens, sind, von den Rändern der Grundplatte etwas nach innen versetzt, parallel dazu vier Ab standsleisten 4, 5, 6, 7 befestigt, beispielsweise auf geleimt. Jede der vier Abstandsleisten 4 bis 7 besitzt auf ihrer Länge verteilt eine oder mehrere gegen die Grundplatte hin offene Quernuten B.
Mindestens eine der Abstandsleisten, vorzugsweise aber wie in der Zeichnung dargestellt alle vier Abstandsleisten, be sitzen in der dem Rahmenrand abgewendeten Seite durchgehende Längsnuten 9. Diese Längsnuten 9 dienen zur Aufnahme von Aufhängehaken 10, an welchen der Wechselrahmen in Längs- oder Quer richtung aufgehängt werden kann. Die Aufhänge haken 10 sind an beliebiger Stelle der Leiste ein setzbar. Sie sind in der Fig. 2 je aus einem V-förmig gebogenen Draht gebildet, dessen freie Enden zur Bildung eines in die Längsnut 9 der Leiste 4 ein setzbaren Hakens zweimal abgewinkelt sind.
Die Höhe dieser Aufhängehaken ist kleiner als der Ab stand zwischen dem mit der Längsnut versehenen Innenrand der Leiste und dem entsprechenden Rand der Grundplatte, so dass die Aufhängung des Wech selrahmens von der Deckplattenseite, also von der Bildseite her, absolut unsichtbar bleibt.
Eine andere Ausführungsform von Aufhänge haken ist in den Fig.' 1, 5 und 6 gezeigt. Hier besteht der Aufhängehaken 12 aus einem Band, beispiels weise aus Leichtmetall, das an einem Ende zur Bil dung des Hakens 13, der zum Eingreifen in die Längsnut bestimmt ist, doppelt abgewinkelt ist. Ein solcher Aufhängehaken könnte zum Beispiel direkt aus einem entsprechenden Leichtmetallprofil ge schnitten werden. Eine Bohrung 14 im Aufhänge haken dient dem Durchtritt eines Nagels 15, mit welchem der Aufhängehaken und mit ihm der Wech selrahmen an einer Wand befestigt werden kann.
Die Deckplatte 2 und die Grundplatte 1 werden durch Federdrahtklammern zusammengeklemmt, der- art, dass das zwischen diese Platten eingelegte Blatt 3 sich nicht mehr verschieben kann.
In der Zeichnung sind mehrere verschiedene Aus führungsformen solcher Federdrahtklammern dar gestellt.
Die in Fig. 1 gezeigten Klammern 14 bestehen aus einem Stück Federdraht, Ringdraht, profiliertem Draht oder flachgewalztem Draht, dessen eines Ende doppelt abgewinkelt ist zur Bildung eines federnden Hakens 15. Das andere Ende der Federdrahtklam- mer ist ebenfalls zurückgebogen und bildet eine Federzunge 16.
Nachdem der Gegenstand 3 zwischen Deck- und Grundplatte eingelegt wurde, werden die Federdraht klammern 14 mit dem die Federzunge 16 tragenden Ende durch die Quernuten 8 der Abstandsleisten gestossen. Beim Durchgang durch die Quernut wird die Federzunge deformiert (Fig. 1, oben), und nach dem vollständigen Einschieben der Klammer tritt die Federzunge aus der Quernut aus, nimmt ihre Nor malstellung wieder ein und stützt sich dabei auf den Innenrand der Abstandsleiste.
Ein unerwünschtes Verschieben der Drahtklammer aus dieser eingeschobenen Stellung ist somit nicht mög lich, sondern hierzu muss, die Federzunge zuerst wieder zusammengedrückt werden. Die voll eingeschobene Stellung der Drahtklammer, welche in Fig. 1, unten, dargestellt ist, ist zugleich auch die Klemmstellung, in welcher das freie Ende des Hakens 15 der Klammer die Deckplatte 2 übergreift und an die Grundplatte 1 presst. Das Gewicht der Deckplatte wird hierbei über die Klammer von der Abstandsleiste aufgenommen. Der von der Bildseite sichtbare Teil der Klammer be schränkt sich auf das die Deckplatte übergreifende freie Ende der Haken 15, das in keiner Weise stö rend wirkt.
Die in den Fig. 3 und 3a gezeigte Federdraht klammer entspricht derjenigen gemäss Fig. 1, nur dass zusätzlich eine Windung 17 gebildet ist, die bei voll eingeschobener Klammer gegen den Aussenrand der Abstandsleiste anliegt.
Die in Fig. 4 gezeigte Variante einer Federdraht klammer weist ebenfalls an einem Ende einen Ha ken 15 zum Übergreifen der Deckplatte in der Klemmstellung auf. Die Klammer weist ferner eine Abkröpfung 18 auf, durch die bei voll eingeschobe ner Klammer mit der Grundplatte und dem innern Rand der Abstandsleiste eine Öffnung 19 gebildet wird, durch welche ein nicht dargestellter Sicherungs keil eingeführt werden kann, der das Gewicht der Deckplatte auf die Abstandsleiste überträgt und zu gleich eine unerwünschte Verschiebung der. Klam mer verhindert.
Die Federdrahtklammern können ganz oder teil weise mit einer Kunststoff- oder Kautschukummante lung versehen werden, um eine direkte Berührung Metall-Glas zu vermeiden. Der beschriebene Wechselrahmen unterscheidet sich insofern vorteilhaft von bisher bekannten Wech selrahmen, als die Abstandsleisten, welche den Rah men vom Hintergrund abheben, zugezogen werden, um eine unsichtbare Aufhängung des Rahmens und eine praktisch unsichtbare, lösbare Befestigung der Deckplatte an der Grundplatte zu verwirklichen.

The removable frame shown has a qua dratic or rectangular base plate 1, for example a fiber, cardboard or plastic plate, and a cover plate 2 made of glass of the same size. The clamps 14 shown in FIG. 1 consist of a piece of spring wire, ring wire, profiled wire or flat-rolled wire, one end of which is bent twice to form a springy hook 15. The other end of the spring wire clamp is also bent back and forms a spring tongue 16 .
After the object 3 has been inserted between the cover plate and the base plate, the spring wire clips 14 are pushed with the end bearing the spring tongue 16 through the transverse grooves 8 of the spacer strips. The fully inserted position of the wire clip, which is shown in FIG. 1, at the bottom, is also the clamping position in which the free end of the hook 15 of the clip engages over the cover plate 2 and presses it against the base plate 1. The spring wire clip shown in FIGS. 3 and 3a corresponds to that according to FIG. 1, only that a turn 17 is additionally formed which, when the clip is fully inserted, rests against the outer edge of the spacer bar.
The variant shown in Fig. 4 of a spring wire clip also has at one end a Ha ken 15 for reaching over the cover plate in the clamping position.
