Stand, in particular for garden umbrellas The present invention relates to a stand, in particular for garden umbrellas. In the previous versions, a support tube was anchored in the base, in which a rod supporting the structure was inserted and clamped. Such only served a specific purpose. It turns out, however, that a multi-purpose use of stand a. Represents need.
The subject of the present invention is a stand, in particular for garden umbrellas, which is geared towards multipurpose use or convertibility of the same.
According to the invention, the stand is characterized by a structure whose lower end is detachably connected to the base. The whole thing is such and has the purpose of being able to transform the stand by changing the structure against a differently designed structure and to be able to use it for a different purpose.
In the drawing, for example, Ausfüh approximate forms of the subject matter and various application examples of the same are illustrated, namely: Fig. 1 to 13 each a partial view of ten different embodiments of the base with on construction, partly in section.
According to the application examples: Fig. 14 is a garden umbrella, Fig. 15 is a garden table, Fig. 16 is a carpet beating frame, Fig. 17 is a dog tie stand, Fig. 18 is a clothes dryer, Fig. 19 is a garden candelabra and Fig. 20 is a clothes rack.
FIGS. 1 to 13 show ten different constructions of a releasable connection between the base and the structure. The base can be made of any material of any design and shape. In the examples shown, it is a concrete base of known design and shape, namely the base 1 forms a round, curved on the top disc. In the middle of the base this vertically durchset Zende sleeve 2 with internal thread 3 is attached.
On the underside of the concrete base has a flat recess 4 to improve stability. 5 is a tube belonging to the structure, which is to be releasably fastened with its lower end in the base. For this purpose, a pin 6 is inserted into the lower end of the tube 5, which is provided with thread 7 on its protruding part. In this way, the tube 5 with its protruding threaded pin 6 can be easily detachably attached to the base 1 by screwing the latter into the threaded sleeve 2.
According to Fig.2 is in the middle of the base. 1 a vertically penetrating pin 2 'is attached, which is provided with thread 7 on its protruding part. In the lower end of the tube 5, which is part of the structure, a sleeve 6 'is attached which is provided with an internal thread 3. In this embodiment, the connecting elements of the base and structure are thus arranged reversed compared to the first embodiment and in the same way allow the detachable connection between the base and the structure tube 5.
According to FIG. 3, in the center of the base 1, a pin 2 ′ penetrating this vertically is fastened, which is provided on its protruding part with a threaded hole 8 penetrating transversely through it. The diameter of the pin 2 'is matched to the inside diameter of the tube 5 belonging to the structure, so that the latter can be fitted onto the pin 2' of the base. To secure the connection, a connecting screw 9 is used, which after plugging the pipe 5 on the Zap fen 2 'of the base through a hole 10 of the pipe 5 arranged in a matching position with the threaded hole 8 through into the threaded hole 8 can be screwed.
Fig. 4 shows a Ausfüh similar to Fig.3 approximately form, in which the tube 5 can be plugged onto a pin 2 'of the base 1 and to secure the plug connection in the tube 5, a hole 10 and in the protruding part of the pin 2' a spring-loaded, transversely from the pin in front of standing cam 11 is provided. When the tube 5 is plugged onto the pin 2 'of the base, the cam 11 is first pushed back in order to snap into the hole 8 when it is reached.
According to Fig. 5, as in Fig. 1, in the base of the hül seniform and attached in the mounting tube of the pin-shaped connecting part. The sleeve-shaped Ver connecting part 2 of the base has an inwardly narrowing conical bore 12 and a cylindrical Boh tion 13 adjoining the narrow part. The pin-shaped connecting part 6 of the tube 5 has a cone 12a that fits into the conical bore 12 and a cylindrical pin part 13a that adjoins this and which is intended for engagement in the cylindrical part 13 of the bore of the sleeve 2.
FIG. 6 differs from FIG. 5 only by interchanging the connecting elements, in that the pin with the cone 12a and cylindrical part 13a is fastened in the base and the sleeve with the conical bore 12 and the cylindrical bore 13 is fastened in the mounting tube 5.
7 again shows an embodiment in which the sleeve-shaped connecting part 2 is fastened in the base 1 and the pin-shaped connecting part 6 is fastened in the tube 5 of the structure.
The securing of the plug connection of the two connecting parts is achieved here by a bayonet connection, namely the pin 6 has two diametrically opposed cams 14 with respect to the cylindrical pin surface and the sleeve 2 on the inner wall of its bore has two diametrically opposed axial grooves 15 and an annular groove 16 into which the grooves 15 open: The part 6 can be inserted into the part 2 and secured by a quarter turn.
Fig. 9 differs from Fig. 7 single Lich by interchanging the connecting elements by the pin 2 'with the two cams 14 in the base 1 and the sleeve 6' with the axial inner grooves 15 and the adjoining annular groove 16 in the tube 5 of the structure is attached.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 10, a standing pin 2 'is attached in the base 1. The tube 5 can be plugged directly onto this. The end part of the tube 5 is slotted to allow easy attachment. At the two edges of the slot 17 flange-like parts 18 are welded, which are clamped against each other by screw connections 19 and in this way a narrowing of the ge slotted pipe part for the purpose of clamping on the pin 2 'allow.
12 again shows a bayonet-like connection between the base 1 and the tube 5, the sleeve-shaped connecting part 2 being fastened in the base 1 and a sleeve-shaped connecting part 6 'that can be inserted into it at the lower end of the tube 5.
In the sleeve-shaped connecting part 2 of the base a diametrically penetrating cross web 20 made of round iron is attached, while the sleeve-shaped connecting part 6 'of the tube 5 has two diametrically opposed slots 21 with an axial and an angled part.
In the described versions of the connec tion parts between the base and pipe of the structure, the permanent connection between the base and the sleeve-shaped or pin-shaped connecting part 2 or 2 'arranged in it is embedded in concrete or glued.
If the base, instead of concrete or artificial stone, is made of cast iron or metal, the sleeve-shaped or zapfenför shaped connecting part 2, 2 'which is permanently attached in this can be cast, threaded, glued or welded. In the case of a base made of an iron or other metal structure, the sleeve-shaped or peg-shaped connecting part 2, 2 'fixed in this insoluble manner can be welded, wedged, shrunk on, glued or threaded.
The non-detachable connection between the tube 5 of the structure and the sleeve-shaped or peg-shaped connecting part 6 or 6 'which is non-detachably fastened in this can consist of shrinking, welding, soldering, gluing, wedging, screwing, riveting.
The described subject matter of the invention can by exchanging and replacing the structure of a garden umbrella according to FIG. 14 in a garden table like FIG. 15, a carpet beater like FIG. 16, a dog leash like FIG. 17, a clothes dryer like FIG. 18, a garden candelabra like Fig. 19 or a clothes rack like Fig. 20 can be transformed, i.e. used for other uses.
While the concrete base is more suitable for building objects in the garden, base can be made of cast metal or a metal structure for building objects in the apartment, such as indoor floor lamps, clothes racks, etc., using any of the detachable connections described between the base and Structure can be used. The main purpose is again the convertibility of the stand and its multi-purpose use.
