Description
Procédé de fabrication de cales en béton munies de fils de fer d'attache et machine pour la mise en #uvre de ce procédé Le présent brevet comprend, un procédé de fabrication de cales en béton munies de fils de fer d'attache et une machine pour la mise en #uvre de ce procédé.
Le procédé de fabrication est caractérisé en ce qu'on coule le béton sous forme d'une bande, le comprime dans un moule basculant et re cueille les cales ainsi moulées sur une latte de séchage disposée sous le moule.
Une mise en #uvre du procédé revendiqué est décrite ci-après à titre d'exemple en re gard du dessin dans lequel les fig. 1 et 2 mon trent les cales obtenues, et les fig. 3 à 5 repré sentent une partie de la machine utilisée.
La machine représentée comprend une ta ble 18 munie de deux supports fixes 7 dans lesquels pivote un guide 5 en forme de U dans lequel est fixé, par des clavettes 11, un moule 19 comportant, perpendiculaires à son axe, des nervures 4 et entre chacune de celles- ci deux nervures 3 face à face destinées au guidage de fils de fer d'attache 2 des plots 1. Le guide 5 présente une patte d'ancrage 8 pour un goujon de positionnement 9, des encoches de guidage 21 pour les fils de fer d'attache et des saignées permettant le passage de tiges 10 destinées à la fixation du moule au guide au moyen desdites clavettes 11.
Un dispositif des tiné à recueillir les plots moulés est fixé à la table et comprend un axe 22 dont les extrémi- tés tourillonnent dans les pieds antérieurs de la table et sur lequel sont soudés deux le viers 16 actionnant, par l'intermédiaire d'une pédale 17 fixée sur le côté droit de l'axe, deux broches verticales 13 traversant la table dans des douilles 14 et au bout desquelles sont fixés les supports 15 d'une latte de séchage 12.
Pour la fabrication, on place d'abord les fils de fer d'attache 2 dans les encoches pré vues à cet effet, puis on introduit le béton et on le comprime. Le moule 19 est ensuite bas culé et l'on fait monter les supports 15 avec la latte de séchage 12 pour recueillir les plots 1 qu'on démoule au moyen de quelques coups donnés sur le dos du moule.

The manufacturing process is characterized in that the concrete is poured in the form of a strip, it is compressed in a tilting mold and the wedges thus molded are collected on a drying lath placed under the mold.
An implementation of the claimed method is described below by way of example with reference to the drawing in which FIGS. 1 and 2 show the shims obtained, and fig. 3 to 5 represent a part of the machine used.
The machine shown comprises a table 18 provided with two fixed supports 7 in which a U-shaped guide 5 pivots in which is fixed, by keys 11, a mold 19 comprising, perpendicular to its axis, ribs 4 and between each of these two ribs 3 face to face intended for guiding the attachment wires 2 of the studs 1. The guide 5 has an anchoring tab 8 for a positioning pin 9, guide notches 21 for the wires of attachment iron and grooves allowing the passage of rods 10 intended for fixing the mold to the guide by means of said keys 11.
A device for collecting the molded studs is fixed to the table and comprises a pin 22, the ends of which are journaled in the front legs of the table and on which are welded two the actuating jacks 16, by means of a pedal 17 fixed on the right side of the axis, two vertical pins 13 passing through the table in sockets 14 and at the end of which are fixed the supports 15 of a drying slat 12.
For manufacture, the attachment wires 2 are first placed in the notches provided for this purpose, then the concrete is introduced and it is compressed. The mold 19 is then bottom abutment and the supports 15 are made to rise with the drying lath 12 to collect the studs 1 which are unmolded by means of a few strokes given on the back of the mold.
