Needle bar for the textile industry The invention relates to a needle bar for the textile industry, for. B. for needle rod, hackle and the like routes.
In the case of the known needle bars with round needles, the needles are fastened in that they are pressed into prepared bores with a press fit, or possibly only soldered. The attachment of flat needles to the needle bars is even more difficult. Even holes that have already been drilled have been widened to rectangular holes and the needles have been pressed in or riveted. Flat needles with round feet were also used and pressed into holes, or flat needles were inserted into slots and then soldered.
All known constructions have a number of disadvantages, some of which are very considerable. Production is very expensive because of the numerous fine bores. Since the holes must have a certain distance, no needling can be carried out. The soldering is inadequate, since heads with modern machines that have about three to four times the speed of the previous type of construction destroy the weak metallic bond. In the case of flat needles, the tight needles no longer allow the solder to flow through properly.
Another economic disadvantage is that damaged needles are very difficult to change. and that the needle bars made of high quality material are completely thrown away after the needles have worn out to a certain extent.
The aim of the invention is to eliminate these disadvantages and shows a new way of constructing such needle bars, which enables inexpensive manufacture, a resistive assembly, a subsequent change in the needle bar spacing and a quick interchangeability of broken needles. According to the invention, this becomes the case.
achieves that the needle butt profile is shaped differently than the needle shaft profile and the IN needle butts are inserted in a row together with spacers of the same shape in profile in a groove of the needle carrier that holds them. and can be removed after loosening a lock.
The spacers can e.g. B. have a corresponding strength depending on the desired needle density. As a result, the finest needling of the rods can now be carried out in the most technical way, because no consideration has to be taken of the flow of the solder and very thin spacers are used. can be. If the needles are appropriately locked at the rod ends, the rods can be equipped with a different density from case to case.
Two exemplary embodiments of the invention are described in more detail in the accompanying drawing. 1 shows an old type of needle bar with pressed-in circular needles, FIG. 2 shows an old type of needle bar with flat needles soldered in, FIG. 3 shows an embodiment according to the invention with an angular with, FIG. 4 the associated flat needle with a spacer in angular form,
5 shows a plan view of a needle rod according to FIGS. 3 and 4, FIG. 6 shows a further exemplary embodiment with a cranked needle rod with a pass through the groove, FIG. 7 shows the associated needles and spacers in T-shape, FIG. 8 shows a section according to the line 8-8 in Fig. 6, Fig. 9 a further embodiment with T-shaped needles, Fig. 10 the row of needles and spacers from before insertion into the needle carrier,
11 a double-sided needle bar without spacers, FIG. 12 the row of needles for the double-sided needle bar, FIG. 13 a needle carrier composed of two profiles.
FIG. 3 shows an example of a needle bar according to the invention, in which the needle carrier 1 is provided with a hook-shaped groove 1 'into which the needles 4 and spacers 5 shown in FIG. 4 are inserted from the side. The needles 4 and the spacers 5 have at their lower end a hook-shaped extension 4 'which fits into the hook-shaped groove 1', which prevents the needles and the spacers from falling out of the needle carrier.
5 shows a top view of these constructions with the needles and spacers held firmly in the groove. After the needles and spacers are inserted into the groove, they must be prevented from falling out at both ends, which is conveniently done by screw-in locking pieces 6 or by end pieces that can be attached by means of screws or wedges.
FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the needle carrier, in which it is cranked and held by a guide part b 'at each end. The groove 1 'has flat vertical side walls and goes right through the needle carrier 1 so that it is open at both ends. The associated needles 9 and spacers 10 are, as shown in FIG. 7, provided with T-shaped projections which countries verhin a shift up or down.
8 shows a section along the line 8-8, from which it can be seen that the groove 1 'at the end with a dovetail-shaped extension 1 "formed in the guide part F must be provided so that the needles and spacers from the Side can be pushed over the extension F away.
9 shows a further embodiment in which flat needles 11 with T-shaped feet are used. The needle carrier again has a continuous, smooth groove, and the needles lie with their feet against the needle carrier from below. The falling out of the needles is prevented by a bent from Fe derstahlblech or milled from the solid slip 13, which is guided in slots 12, dovetail grooves or the like, and if necessary, an insert 13a adapted to the profile of the needle heads can accommodate.
FIG. 11 shows an embodiment for a double-sided needle bar, in which one needle alternately points upwards, one downwards and so continuously. So here the spacers are formed by the needles on the opposite side, and the clear needle distance is then as large as the needle thickness. In this arrangement, the needles 14 have two steps 1 ″ which form a cross. FIG. 12 shows in perspective the row of needles for this.
13 shows the further embodiment of a needle bar which is not milled from the solid, but is composed of two ge milled or drawn profiles 15 and 16 which form a groove between them. Spacers 17 designed according to the groove profile are then inserted at both ends, and the whole is then drilled together and connected by rivets or screws 18 to form a rod.
The edge or offset 19 for the rod holder can then be worked on before or after the assembly. This type of manufacture results in a further Ver approval and is also suitable for the needle shapes described before. In the case of the form according to FIG. 8, a spacer 17 can be omitted, where only one parting line 20, as indicated in FIG. 8, then results.
The needles and spacers can be inserted into the needle carrier individually or with the aid of a device by means of which they are put together in the required arrangement and then pushed into the groove. The needles and the spacers can also be joined together with a backrest or a lacquer to form a finished rod, similar to staples, for faster insertion. Needles and spacers can be replaced at any time, as all parts can be moved laterally after loosening the end pieces. Should z. If, for example, one or more needles break out in the middle of the rod, an end piece is first loosened.
From the damaged area, the needles and spacers are now shifted sideways until the needles of the damaged area can be turned 90 and pulled out. They are then replaced by new needles, the needles and spacers are pushed together again and secured by the inserted end piece.
The needle density can be changed later during operation by inserting different strong spacers with the same profile as the needle feet. Needles and spacers can also be made from different materials. So it is e.g. B. think bar that the spacers are made of plastics. Another essential advantage of the needle rods shown in Fig. 3 to 13 is that the needle carriers, which are usually made of tempered steel, are not subjected to incorrect heat treatment by soldering.
