Rechnungsformulargarnitur Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine neuartige Rechnungsformularga.rnitur, die insbesondere geeignet. ist, für freierwer- bende Berufsleute, wie Ärzte, Zahnärzte, Architekten, Juristen usw.
Einerseits ist in diesen Berufszweigen meistens keine eigentliche Buchungs- und Zahlungskontrollabteilung mit Fachleuten vorhanden, anderseits gehen die Zahlungen an solche Reiufsleute oft. nur ratenweise nach Mahnungen und Inkassomassnahmen ein.
Nach der vorliegenden Erfindung ist die Formulargarnitur gekennzeichnet durch ein Originalblatt mit Adressenfeld, einem dar unter angeordneten Datum- und Betrags feld und einem untern Textfeld sowie einer dahinter angeordneten Kartothekkarte und einem dazwischen eingeordneten Carbonpa- pier, welches das Adressenfeld und das Da tum- und Betragsfeld überdeckt, während die Kartothekkarte im übrigen Vordruckeintei- lungen aufweist,
die sie als Zahlungs- und Mahnungs-Kontrollkarte geeignet machen..
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs gegenstandes ist. in der Zeichnung darge stellt. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 eine Ansicht des Originalblattes, Fig. 2 eine Ansicht der Kartothekkarte, Fig. 3 eine Ansicht. der ganzen Garnitur mit teilweise abgehobenem Originalblatt Fig. 4 eine Seitenansicht der Garnitur. Die Garnitur umfasst ein Originalblatt 1, eine dahinter angeordnete Kartothekkarte 2 und ein dazwischen eingelegtes Carbonpapier 3 halber Grösse.
Das Originalblatt 1 enthält in seinem Oberteil nebst üblichen Vordrucken ein Adressenfeld 11, im Mittelteil ein Datumfeld 12, ein Kurztextfeld 13 und ein Betrag-leld 1.1 sowie im Unterteil ein Erläuterungsfeld 15.
Die Kartothekkarte 2 enthält in geome trisch gleicher Anordnung ebenfalls entspre chende Felder 211, 212, 213, 214 und 215.
Das Carbonpapier 3 ist so bemessen., dass nur der Text in den Feldern 11, 12, 13, 14 nicht aber derjenige im Feld 15 auf die Ka.rtothekkarte kopiert wird. Deshalb kann der Unterteil der Kartothekkarte als Zah- hmgskontrollformula.r eingeteilt sein, und im Raum links vom Adressenfeld können Felder 21-24 zum Eintragen von Mahnungs- und Inkassoanweisungen vorgedruckt werden.
Nach Falzen der Kartothekkarte längs der Linie 20 oder Abschneiden längs dieser Linie, ist Karte 2 zum Einsetzen in Karto theken geeignet wobei die wesentlichen Kon trollmerkmale (Offenstehmsg des Guthabens, Mahnungen, Inkassoverfahren) in den Fel dern 21-24 signalisiert werden können und die Zahlungseingänge auf dem Unterteil lau fend eingetragen werden können.
Dadurch, dass das Carbonpapier nur bis zu den Kolonnen 12, 13, 1.1 resp. 212, 213, ?11 ztt liegen kommt, kann auf dem Unter teil des Formulars 1 beliebig Text aufgeführt werden, ohne dass dieser auf die Karte. '' durchgesehrieben wird.
In den Fig. 2 und 4 ist. in punktierten Li nien noch eine weitere Verbesserungsmöglich- keit angedeutet. Es kann nämlich vorgesehen sein, dass am untern Rand der Kartothekkarte 2 längs einer Falzkante 202 ein Ansatzteil 201 angesetzt ist, der gemäss Zeichnung nach oben auf die Hinterseite der Kartothekkarte 2 angelegt werden kann, um eine Tasche 205 zum Einlegen von Dokumenten, llemozetteln und dergleichen zu bilden.
Seitliche Lappen 203 des Teils 201 sind dazu bestimmt, in Schlitze 201 der Karte gemäss Fig. ? ein- ,esLeckt Lind umgelegt zu werden, um den Teil 201 in der dargestellten Lage festzuhal ten.
