Description
Flaschensatz
Fig. 2 zeigt eine zweite Ausführungsform des Flasehensatzes.
Bottle set
The invention relates to a set of bottles with at least two bottles placed one on top of the other, the top part of a bottle protruding into an inwardly directed depression in the bottom part of the bottle placed on it. Such bottle sets can e.g. B. be used for travel purposes, the various bottles of Wltmdwasser, hair water, perfume, liqueur, medicines etc. can contain.
In the known bottle sets of this type, a bracket was provided to firmly connect the bottles placed on top of one another. The need to keep attaching and removing this bracket is very annoying. In addition, the size of the bracket determines the number of bottles that can be placed on top of one another.
The invention avoids this disadvantage in that the top part of a bottle and the bottom part of the bottle placed on it are firmly connected to one another due to an elastic deformation of at least one of these parts.
The bottles previously provided for such bottle sets were made of glass. With this material, the implementation of the invention would hardly be practicable because, given the low elasticity of the glass, extremely precise and therefore much too expensive processing of the fitting parts would be required. If, on the other hand, a plastic such. B. polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, tetrafluoroethane or the like, the bottle can be given a shape during its manufacture by pressing, pulling, blowing or the like which fulfills the above conditions without any reworking.
In the drawing, two embodiments of the bottle set according to the invention are shown. Show it:
Fig. 1 the first set of bottles partially in longitudinal section, and
Fig. 2 the second set of bottles, also partially in longitudinal section.
Fig. 1 shows a bottle set with three stacked bottles of the same dimensions. The same are made of polyethylene and have a capacity of, for example, about 50 cm3 each. You can z. B. contain mouthwash, hair wash and perfume.
Since polyethylene is sufficiently elastically deformable and also transparent, aroma-proof and easy to process, it is suitable for these purposes.
The upper part of each bottle has a closure capsule 1 which is screwed onto the bottle neck 2 with a seal 3 in between. The closure capsule has an outer annular groove 4.
The bottom part has a recess 5 into which the top part of the bottle below protrudes. An inner annular rib 6 of this bottom part corresponds to the annular groove 4, so that the rib engages in the groove when the upper bottle is pressed onto the lower bottle and both the bottom part of the upper bottle and the closure cap are elastically deformed
It goes without saying that the annular groove on the base part and the annular rib on the closure capsule could also be provided. There are also other locking means applicable, for. B. a single projections and corresponding depressions. The latching means can also be attached to a shoulder of the upper part of the bottle bnv. attack instead of the capsule belonging to this upper part.
Fig. 2 shows a second embodiment of the bottle set. In this case, the bottom part of the bottle has a slightly conical recess 7, while the closure capsule has a cylindrical wall part 8. The diameter of the cylindrical wall part 8 is slightly smaller than the largest diameter (point 9) of the conical recess 7; the diameter of the wall part 8, however, is somewhat larger than the diameter of the recess 7 at the point 10, that is to say at a depth corresponding to the capsule. When the upper bottle is placed, the flat annular surface of the bottom part hits the flat annular surface of the upper part of the lower bottle and the bottles remain firmly seated on each other due to the elastic deformation of the capsule or the bulge.
If you use all the same bottles, you can combine any number of bottles into a kind of rod. The bottles do not necessarily all have to be the same and can of course have a wide variety of cross-sectional shapes, e.g. B. square, hexagonal or the like.
