Description

  

  Kanalabdeckung         Gegenstand    der Erfindung ist eine Kanal  abdeckung, deren Deckplatten eine     Dreieek-          form    aufweisen und an den drei Ecken mit  der Unterseite aufliegen, wobei die Platten       derart        aneinandergereiht    sind, dass sie sich  mit in einem spitzen Winkel zueinander lie  genden Seiten berühren.  



  Ausführungsbeispiele der erfindungsge  mässen Kanalabdeckung sind .auf der beilie  genden Zeichnung dargestellt.  



       Fig.1    ist eine Draufsicht auf eine     Kanal-          abcleekung.     



       Fig.2    zeigt einen     Querschnitt    zu     Fig.l.          Fig.    3 ist eine Draufsicht auf die Ab  deckung eines verzweigten Kanalsystems und       Fig.    4 eine Draufsicht auf eine Abdeckung  für einen Kanalschacht.  



  An den obern Rändern eines in     Fig.    1  und          dargestellten Kanals 10 ist je eine       L-Profilsehiene    11 mittels     Verankerungseisen     12 in den Seitenwänden. 13 des Kanals     be-          befestigt.    Auf dem horizontalen Schenkel der  als Umrahmung dienenden Profilschiene 11  liegen die     Dreieckplatten    14 und 15 je nur  mit.. an ihren drei Ecken vorgesehenen     Auf-          lagefläeheii    16 auf.

   Die     Dreieekplatten    14  besitzen die Form eines gleichseitigen Drei  ecks und die Platten 15 diejenige des längs  einer Winkelhalbierenden halbierten gleich  seitigen Dreiecks. Die Oberseite der Dreieck  platte     1-1    und 15 liegt annähernd auf der  Höhe der Längsränder des vertikalen Schen  kels der Profilschienen und weist kreisförmige    konzentrische Rillen 17 auf, von welchen je  weils vier eine Gruppe bilden, während die  Zentren 18 auf den Seitenkanten und den  Winkelhalbierenden des Dreiecks angeordnet       ,sind.    Die Plattenoberseite könnte aber ebenso  gut glatt oder mit Rillen einer andern Form  oder einer Riffelung z. B. in     MTellenlinien-          form    ausgebildet sein.

   Auf der Plattenunter  seite können zur Verstärkung den Rändern  entlang Rippen angebracht sein, die jedoch  weniger weit nach unten vorstehen als  die Auflageflächen 16. Ferner könnten die  Platten 14 die Form eines gleichschenkligen  Dreiecks besitzen. Die     Dreieckplatten    sind an  den Aussenrändern von oben nach unten hin       -verjüngt.     



  Zur Herstellung eines Deckbelages über  einen Kanal werden die     Dreieckplatten    so       aneinandergereiht,    dass sie sieh mit in einem  spitzen Winkel zueinander liegenden Seiten  berühren, während die dritte Seite die Lage  auf den Schienen bestimmt, wobei je nach  dem Verlauf des Kanals, wie     Fig.    3 zeigt, die  Platten 14 und 15 zur Verwendung gelangen.  Die Dreipunkt Auflage jeder Platte     ver-          unmöglicht    ein Schwanken der letzteren auf  einer nicht ganz ebenen Auflagefläche.

   Mit  den Platten 14 und 15 lassen sich auch ab  gezweigte und abgewinkelte Kanalabdeckun  gen zusammensetzen, sofern die Abzweigung  oder     Abwinkelung    nach einem Winkel von 30   oder einem Mehrfachen desselben ausgeführt  ist, wie dies aus     Fig.    3 ersichtlich ist.      Die     Dreiecl,-platten    14 und<B>15</B> können nach       Fig.    4 auch in einem aus     L-Profilsehienen    11  gebildeten U     mfassungsrahmen    19 zur Bildung  einer lose     v        erlegbaren    Abdeckung, z. B. für  Schächte und dgl., angeordnet sein.

   Zum  Abstützen von nicht am     Umfassungsrahmen     19 selbst aufliegenden Auflageflächen 16 ist.  an diesem eine     Traverse    20 vorgesehen. Je  nach der Breite der Deckel können auch  mehrere Traversen Verwendung finden.

  At the upper edges of a channel 10 shown in Fig. 1 and 10 is an L-profile rail 11 by means of anchoring iron 12 in the side walls. 13 of the channel attached. The triangular plates 14 and 15 each rest on the horizontal leg of the profile rail 11 serving as a frame only with support surfaces 16 provided at their three corners.

   The triangular plates 14 have the shape of an equilateral triangle and the plates 15 that of the equilateral triangle bisected along an angle bisector. The top of the triangular plate 1-1 and 15 is approximately at the level of the longitudinal edges of the vertical's angle of the rails and has circular concentric grooves 17, each of which four form a group, while the centers 18 on the side edges and the bisector of the triangle are arranged. The top of the plate could just as easily be smooth or with grooves of a different shape or corrugation z. B. be designed in Mellenlinien- form.

   On the underside of the plate, ribs can be attached along the edges for reinforcement, but they protrude less far down than the bearing surfaces 16. Furthermore, the plates 14 could have the shape of an isosceles triangle. The triangular plates are tapered at the outer edges from top to bottom.



  To produce a top covering over a channel, the triangular plates are lined up so that they touch with sides lying at an acute angle to each other, while the third side determines the position on the rails, depending on the course of the channel, as FIG. 3 shows , the plates 14 and 15 are used. The three-point support of each plate makes it impossible for the latter to sway on a not entirely flat support surface.

   With the plates 14 and 15 can also be put together from branched and angled Kanalabdeckun conditions, provided that the branch or bend is executed at an angle of 30 or a multiple thereof, as can be seen from FIG. According to FIG. 4, the triangular plates 14 and 15 can also be mounted in a U mfassungsrahmen 19 formed from L-profile rails 11 to form a loosely relocatable cover, e.g. B. for shafts and the like.    To support bearing surfaces 16 that do not lie on the surrounding frame 19 itself. a cross member 20 is provided on this. Depending on the width of the cover, several cross members can also be used.
