Optische Vergleichseinrichtung

Optical comparison device
The present invention relates to an optical comparison device.
It is known to optically project a point of light or the image of a reticle onto a screen, the reticle in its position being a shaped piece, e.g. B. a turbine blade, whose shape is to be measured, and to move the light point or the stretcher plate with respect to a marking so that deviations of the piece with respect to a certain shape are indicated by deviations of the projected image from the marking. Such a device is described, for example, in British Patent No. 694950.
While devices of this type achieve an exact display of the contour of the piece and its deviations from a certain contour, it is not possible to use them to measure the actual dimensions and the relative position of one part with respect to another part of the piece. The present invention now aims to provide a device which allows such measurements.
The device according to the invention is characterized in that at least one sensor is provided which is provided with two sensor surfaces which are arranged at an angle to one another. the same can be oriented on the workpiece in two directions, and the sensor is provided on a device which is movable in said two directions, and that said device has at least one reticle and an optical system to enlarge the image of the reticle Projecting a scale onto a screen.
By placing a mark on the screen, the gena. The position of the sensor and thus also of the workpiece can be checked with regard to this marking. If two sensors are provided in order to be brought into engagement with edges or other prominent points of the work piece, and each sensor is connected to a reticle and the screen bears a mark, the two points on the work piece can be positioned at the same time be checked, which allows their real position, their distance from one another (that is, the dimensions of the workpiece) and the angular position of the workpiece with respect to a certain angular position to be determined.
Are z. B. at other points or parts of the workpiece in its longitudinal direction, which means that further measurements are made in its third dimension, not only the dimensions of the workpiece can be measured at these measuring points, but it is also possible to determine the mutual position of these To determine places of the workpiece to each other. So it is e.g. B. in the case of a turbine blade not only possible to determine whether this has the correct width over its length, but also whether it is bent forwards or backwards with respect to its root and how great the twist of the blade is.
The sensors with their reticle are preferably arranged in a device which also has means for checking the edges of the saw blade, as described in the aforementioned patent no. 694950, it then being possible with the ones mentioned therein To check the contour and die of the blades using probes at the same measuring points, at which their dimensions and relative position were previously measured.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the device according to the invention on an apparatus for measuring turbine blades. Show it :

Fig.
5 shows an enlarged perspective view of a plug for adjusting the apparatus,
6 shows a detailed view of the position indicator.
The apparatus has a bed 11 which has a longitudinal guide track 12 on which a sliding carriage 13 is mounted. The carriage 13 has T-shaped grooves 14 (FIG. 2), with an adjusting head 15 on the same for holding the test object, e.g. B. a turbine blade, be fastened. The adjusting head 15 has a vertical guide 16 in which a vertically movable slide 17 is arranged, which is operated by a hand wheel 18. A compound slide 19, which is actuated by a hand wheel 20, is provided on this slide 17.
Both carriages 17 and 1 are carried by a rotatable sleeve 21, the flange of which has a line pitch on its circumference, which cooperates with a mark 22 provided on the setting head 15.
The rotatable sleeve can be rotated about its axis by means of a worm gear or bevel gear and a hand wheel 23, which runs parallel to the axis of the guide track of the carriage 13. The sleeve 19 carries a holder 24 for test pieces 25, and it is therefore possible to adjust each test piece fastened in the holder with respect to the carriage 13 downwards and upwards and also across it.
In addition, this test piece can be rotated about the axis of the sleeve 21. When testing turbine blades, a holder 24 is used which is adapted to the roots of the saw blades so that the same can be easily pushed into the holder for testing and also removed from it again (FIG. 2). When the blades are inserted into the holder 24, they extend approximately horizontally and parallel to the track of the carriage 13.
In addition to the blades, a test piece 26 (FIG. 5) is provided, which has a root 27 adapted to your holder 24 and carries two orientation pins 28, 29. These pins are used in a position that corresponds to a specific position of a part of the turbine blade when it is inserted in the holder. Behind the guide track 12, a second guide track 30 is provided on the bed 11, on which a sensor carriage 31 is arranged so that it can be displaced longitudinally. This extends upwards from the bed and has a vertical rear wall. on which a vertical guide track 32 is provided.
In the guideway verti cal movable carrier carriages 33, 34 are provided, which carry horizontally movable carriages 35, 36, on which sensor bracket 37 38 are mounted.
The horizontally movable floor slides can therefore be moved in two ribs, namely transversely and vertically. The ends of the sensor bracket 37, 38 are slotted in the vertical direction in order to accommodate the stems of the sensor blades 39, 40. The stems of the sensors 39 and 40 are denoted by 41, 42 in FIG. The horizontally movable slide slides 35, 36 also carry reticle holders 45, 46 in which reticle plates 43, 44 are mounted. The reticle plates 43, 44 can be adjusted horizontally by adjusting their holders 45, 46 bez g Lich the carriages 35 and 36.
The glass reticle plates 43, 44 carry points which are horizontally and vertically adjustable by adjusting the stems of the holders 45, 46 and the stems of the feelers 41, 42 with respect to the feelers. Each sensor 39, 40 has a V-shaped depression. The V-shaped depression of the lower antenna is upwards and the V-shaped depression of the upper antenna is directed downwards.
By moving the carriages 35, 36 in the horizontal direction and the side carrier 33 34 in the vertical direction, the sensors can be brought into engagement with the edge of the turbine blade 25 in a specific position. The brackets 37, 38 are bent, as shown in the drawing, in order to bring the fillers 39, 40 into a plane that lies outside the carriages 35, 36, so that they can be moved in the same plane, like the contour sensors 50, 51.
The sensors 39, 40 can be adjusted in a similar manner by means of the bolts 28, 29 of the test piece 26 when this is applied to the machine. When the sensors are set with respect to the test piece, the position of the stripe plate points can be adjusted by means of the stems of the sensors 4 2 and those of the holders 45, 46 until the points coincide with a marking provided on them when they are projected onto a screen. The drawing plates are shown in FIG. 3 together with the mirror system which projects the image of the point onto a marker 48.
A projection lens 53, 54 is mounted in front of each reticle 43, 44, and suitable light sources 55, 56 and condensers 57, 58 are provided. A mirror system is arranged so that the image of the reticle is projected onto a projection screen.
The mirror system has two mirrors 59, 60 which, with respect to the light rays from the projection lenses 53, 54, assume an angle of 15, so that they deflect the light rays against each other and the centers of the images are thrown onto the apex of a mirror 61, which is an outer one - forms an angle so that the images of the central points of the stripe plate coincide and are projected as a single light beam onto a mirror 62 and from there onto the screen 49 via the mirrors 63, 64, 65. If the sensors 39, 40 are correctly adjusted with respect to the test bolts of the stem 26 and the points on the reticle, the images of the points on the screen 49 coincide.
If the shape of the blade to be tested corresponds exactly to the test piece, the points on the screen 49 will also coincide here when the sensors on the blade have been set.
However, if the blade deviates from the exact shape, the two points on the screen 49 deviate from one another. The screen 49 is provided with tolerance lines 66, 67.
Each of the reticle plates 43, 44 can have several points that correspond to different positions of the sensors in the longitudinal direction of the blade, one point corresponding to a measuring point, a second point to a second measuring point and a third point to a further measuring point along the blade. If the points are correctly drawn on the reticle and the display has the correct shape, the images of the points coincide with the markings in all positions and any deviations in the shape of the workpiece are noticeable through the misalignments of the projected images of the points with respect to the marking the screen 49 shown.
On another vertical guide track 68 arranged directly behind the sensor slide 31, a vertically displaceable slide 69 is provided for two contour probe carriages 70, 71, the latter being horizontally displaceable with respect to the vertical slide. These pushbutton carriages carry two pushbuttons 50, 51 opposite one another and two projection lenses 72, 73 at their rear ends. The carriage 71, which is arranged behind the carriage 70 (FIG. 2), carries the lens 72, which is opposite a slot 74 in the front Slide 70 is arranged.
The lens 73 is normally behind the carriage 71 and does not require a seated seat. Arranged in front of the projection lenses is a reticle holder 75 which carries a plurality of reticle plates 76. The contours of the individual cross-sections of the turbine blade associated with the specific measuring points are plotted on these. If one of the stylus slides 70, 71 is displaced in one direction so that its stylus comes into contact with a surface of the blade 25, then the corresponding lens 72 or 73 on this slide moves in front of one of the reticules and projects the image of a part the reticle contour on a large projection screen 80.
Corresponding to the movement of the probe around the shovel, the lens moves along the reticle contour 77 or 78, and any deviation of the shovel from the exact contour is indicated by a deviation of the image of the contour on the screen 80 with respect to a marking circle 81 provided thereon. Both buttons 70, 71 and their lenses can be used at the same time. The setting of the same is simplified by a large collimator lens 79.
The Optisehe system is illustrated in Fig. 4. A lamp 82 sends light through a collimator lens 83 and the reticle 76 to the two projection lenses 72, 73. The lens 72 opposite the reticle lens 77 projects the image of this line via the mirrors 84, 85 and 86 onto the screen 80, where it appears as a line 87 appears on a greatly enlarged scale. Similarly, lens 73 projects the image of line 78 through the same mirrors onto screen 80, where it appears as line 88.
Outside and inside the marking line 81, shield tolerance circles 89 and 90 are provided, the lines 87, 88 should always lie between these tolerance circles if the blade profile is correct.
In Fig. 1 it is shown that the game system, which contains the lenses 53, 54, the mirrors 59, 60, 61 and 62, is arranged in a housing 91, some of the other mirrors being provided in the base 11 of the machine . The lamp 82 and the collimator lens 83 are arranged in a lamp housing 92. The reticle holder 75, which contains a number of reticles, is rotatably disposed about a horizontal axis and is built into a housing 93 having an opening 94 to allow the passage of light from the lamp housing through the reticle within the housing 93.
The movement of the various carriages 33, 34, 35, 36, 70 and 71 and the movement of the carriages 13 and 31 along the bed can be carried out by means of pneumatic or hydraulic motors which are actuated by push buttons arranged in a control box 95. This leehanism is essentially the same as that described in Patent No. 694950.
When using this apparatus, the test piece 26, which carries the two orientation pins, is first inserted into the holder 24, and the two sensors 39, 40 provided with the V-shaped recesses, which are mounted on the slide of the piece 31, are brought into engagement with the orientation pins 28,29. The feelers 39, 40 are then adjusted vertically and the reticle plates 43, 44 horizontally until the central points below each of them coincide with the marking 48 on the projection screen.
The test piece is then removed and the turbine blade 25 to be tested is inserted into the holder 24. Assuming that the end of the turbine blade is checked first, the carriage 13 is arranged so that the feeler slide, whose feeler is held against the corresponding part of the blade end. If the blade has been worked precisely and the three points on each of the reticle plates have been correctly entered, the images of a point on each of the reticle plates will coincide with the marking 48 on the projection screen.
If the scoop is too wide, the images will be further apart than the markings. If the blade is bent backwards, the images shift to one side, if it is bent forward, see them shift to the other side. If the scoop does not have the normal twist, the images will be at an angle with respect to the line passing through the two markings. If the shovel is correct in all of these relationships, the two contour sensors 50 and 51 are moved over the shovel so that it can be determined whether it has the correct contour and thickness.
The measurements with respect to thickness and contour are repeated on another blade part and finally on a third blade part.
The reticle holder carries six reticle plates on which the contours of the various blade parts are applied, three of which carry one of these contours and are mounted in such a way that they are in three different positions with respect to the lenses 72, 73 on the sensor slides 70, 71 can be rotated. These positions are determined by precise setting means. In the first position, the contours that form the first part. the blade correspond to the lenses directed. In the second position you can see the contour corresponding to the second blade part and in the third position you can see the third contour.
The other graticules can be used for a different viewing blade.
If the buttons show that the blade does not have the particular shape, position or twist in one of the three positions or parts, namely in such a ratio that these parameters are outside the tolerances, the handwheels 18 , 20 and 23 are adjusted, only to bring the blade into a position in which, with relatively small deviations, all parts of the blade come to lie within the tolerances.
The angular movement and the transverse or vertical movement, which is necessary to carry out this adjustment, can be noted by the operator, so that it is possible to use these recordings to determine the size of the error and to take the necessary measures to correct it Assemble the shovel to meet. A large number of blades, which would otherwise have to be discarded, can be used in this way.
If the three points on each reticle are so close together that they appear on the screen at the same time and create confusion, it is possible to use a single tangent mark and move it accordingly by means of a cam attached to the carriage. The image of such a marking could also be offset by moving the lens, a prism or a mirror by means of the cam.
