Pillar crane with jib variable reach, especially for construction work The invention relates to a pillar crane with jib variable reach or jib, especially for construction work, which forms a double-armed Ilebel that can be pivoted around a horizontal line, as well as with a Lifting device with a single rope to the load.
The invention has. See set the goal of creating a crane of this type where the the load remains at the same height, if the boom inclination is changed and this inclination adjustment can be made with very little effort.
The invention consists in the fact that the lever arms of the boom have a length ratio to one another which corresponds to an even whole number, and furthermore the force arm of the boom is connected to a rope pulley via one or more traction means, which is connected to a second, connected to a point of the column base pulley cooperates, ccobei the rope of a pulley system formed with the two pulleys is guided around a cylindrical train drum provided with a rope guide groove, and ends at a movable intermediate roller over which the load rope is ge leads.
There are already pillar cranes with boom @ extensible reach for construction work known, where one between the. Load arm of the Alisle; @er and at one point of the base provides a plasma cable, one strand of which is wound on a drum, which is connected to another drum on which one strand of a rope is wound, on both of which the load is carried who can hang up.
With this known device you have to use a drum with a special profile for the load rope. In addition, the suspension of the load on two rope strands brings with it the disadvantage, especially in the case of cranes of great height of this type, that the two load rope strands run the risk of twisting around one another if the length is great.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment is shown from the subject of the invention, namely: Fig. 1 is a schematic side view of the pillar crane with a boom variable load from, the column being given in relation to the boom length with a lower height than corresponds to reality, 2 shows a diagram explaining the theoretical fundamentals of the crane, and FIG. 3 shows a visual diagram of the device for changing the inclination of the boom and the device for lifting the load.
The crane has a boom 1 which can be swiveled about a horizontal axis 2, which is arranged on the upper part of a tower or a column 3. is. The boom 1 is a double-armed lever with a load arm AB and a force arm BC.
For this system, the weight of the boom is negligible - that applies to the point. B can be compensated - with a horizontal boom the following relationship: L-p = K.q (Fig. 9) For a different inclination A 'B C' of the boom, it is L.pf-Kq '. If. swiveled the boom from the horizontal position, h increases from zero. to h and h 'from zero to h', where h : Ti '= p. q is.
A single load rope 4 (see Fig. 3) is. guided around rollers 5 and 6 to an intermediate roller 8 which, by means of its mounting, can be displaced along the column 3 in guides 7. From the roller 8, the rope is guided via a deflection roller 9 to a winding drum 10.
The intermediate roller 8 is constantly loaded in the sense of lifting by a counterweight 11 which is connected to the intermediate roller 8 by a rope 14 which is guided over rollers 12, 13.
At the rear end of the boom 1, that is, the power arm CB in FIG. 2, arms 1.5 are articulated, which are guided by handlebars 16. be that swing about an axis 17, the axis 17 eccentric to the pendulum axis 2 of the boom 1 is arranged.
The arms 15 are connected to a pulling element 18, the other end of which is attached to an upper pulley 19. The pulley 1.9 acts via a rope 20, which is used to carry out the change in inclination of the boom, with a second pulley 21, which is fixed by an elastic and with respect to its Elastizi ity regulatable means 22 to a fixed in the vertical direction point 23 of the column base is. In practice, this point forms a fixed bearing; However, one can also understand the matter in such a way that this point is displaced transversely to the axis of the column when the inclination of the boom changes, so that the traction means 18 remains parallel to that part of the load rope which leads from the load to the pulley 5.
In this case, the compensation device 15, 16, 17 can be dispensed with. This device is used to compensate for the lateral displacements of the connection point between the feeder and the boom, which would result in the boom during the Neioilngsä.ndermig that the traction organ 18 with that part of the load rope would not. stay parallel. would.
The rope 20, which is used to change the inclination of the boom, is guided via the flat-line pulleys 19, 91 to a drum 4, which is a simple cylindrical drum with guide grooves for the rope.
The rope 20 is looped around the drum 24 several times and finally led to the bearing of the rectilinear intermediate roller.
It is assumed that the pulley blocks 19 to 21. have four rope pulls. This means that the intermediate pulley 8, when the pulleys 19 and 21 are moved against each other by the distance of n centimeters, as a result of the rotation of the drum 24 and 4. a centiinetc @ i # and the load increases by 4 # cc, - 2 Centimeter = 8 - a centimeter decreases.
If p: q = 8: 1, the load on the load hook on the rope 4 remains at the same level, since point C (Fig. 2) is the same when the rope pulleys 19, 21 approach by a centimeter - A centimeter drops early and point A on the load arm increases by 8 centimeters.
This would not be the case if the pulling element 18 would act directly at point C when the point 23 was fixed (influence of the boom power arm B-C as a crank arm). This small effect can, however, be compensated to a large extent by the linkage 15, 16, which is switched on between the point C and the traction means 18.
If the pulley system 19-21 has five rope hoists, a ratio of p: q - 1.0: 1 is required - in accordance with the above statements.
It can be seen from this that the use of a pulley block and an intermediate pulley implies that the ratio t) : q is always an integer, even number.
The elastic and adjustable device 22 is designed as an overload protection device. When an overload of the boom occurs, the spring of the device 22 actuates a means, e.g.
B. a contact or switch that: irii 'the supply of electric current from an electric motor, on the ignition of an internal combustion engine or the like, which can be used to drive the winch drums 10 and 24 before Meseben acts.
