In der Fi,g. 2(t steht der Kolben in seiner liö(,hsten g - ie Lage, in der der Kol- 1.iige; Fig. 2b zeigt cl ben und der Verdrängler sieh am nächsten liegen, wobei also der kleinste kalte Raum vor handen ist;
Transmission The invention relates to a transmission for a machine with a piston and a displacer, which are arranged in a common cylinder and sieve.
move back and forth periodically with a phase difference, the piston being provided with a piston rod and the displacer being provided with a ver.
It is identified by two curves that are symmetrical about a plane containing the cylinder aelise, 1) (, 111, which by each have a displacement rod -n with the displacement rod -Lind. each < / B> a piston rod is connected to the piston rod, and is further identified by it,
that these two cranks are coupled to each other in such a way that they can only turn at the same speed, but in the opposite direction of rotation.
The machine for which the gearbox is intended can be a hot gas piston machine, i.e. a hot gas engine, a cold task cooling machine or a heat pump, the last two of which are called reverse hot - (, -,) "work on the motor principle.
A machine with the transmission according to the invention has the advantage that it can be easily balanced. In addition, it results in a simple way of the phase linter, eliied between the displacement movement and (ler piston movement.
C In an advantageous embodiment of the invention. the piston drive rods on one side of a plane through the geometrical rotating necks of the cranks, while the displacement drive rods are on the other side of this plane. The construction of the machine in general and that of the various drive rod heads in particular is simplified by this measure.
The balancing of the reciprocating parts of the machine can be done by counterweights on the cranks and made easier or improved if the piston rods are almost the same length as the displacement rods and the masses of the piston rods and those connected to them, see to and fro moving parts are almost the same size as the masses of the displacement drive rods and the parts that are connected to them and move to and fro.
In this embodiment of the transmission, the higher-order harmonic visual oscillations are almost completely balanced, while the first-order oscillations are already balanced by the counterbalanced.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the piston rods on the piston side are rotatably coupled directly to one another and to a piston rod firmly connected to the piston. Basically, a so-called trunk piston can be used in which the piston rod is designed as a trunk However, the connection of the piston with the piston drive rods is then structurally less easy. When using a piston rod firmly connected to the piston, the coupling of the drive rods with the piston rod is significantly easier.
In addition, you can provide a closed space beneath the piston so that the crankcase is not subject to any pressure.
The (gearbox according to the invention can have an unchangeable phase difference, i.e. the different dimensions of the parts of the gearbox determine the phase difference between the movement of the displacer and that of the piston.
for regulation purposes, the ends of the displacer rods facing away from the cranks can be connected to the displacer rod in such a way that the distance between each displacer rod end and the displacer rod is variable in such a way that the two displacer rods are always symmetrical to the displacer stem .
The svnehrone turn of the two cranks in opposite directions can be achieved in different ways. The simplest way is probably the one in which the cranks are connected to one another by gears according to the embodiment described below.
The meehani-like energy is depending on the type of masehine via the two waves or dissipated from it.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to a drawing nuna, which represents an embodiment example and in which the Fig. 1- shows a section through a hot-piston engine of the displacement type, while Fig. 2a ., 2b, 29c and 2 (1,
schematically show the mutual position of the piston and the displacer in four different cranks.
In the drawing, 1 denotes a cylinder of a hot gas piston engine, in which a displacer 2 and a piston 3 are movably arranged. The upper end of the cylinder is formed by a cylinder head 4, which has ribs 5 on the inside and ribs 6 on the outside. A lining 7 forms the partition between the ribs 5 and a regenerator 8 on the one hand and the inside of the cylinder on the other.
Furthermore, the cylinder has holes 9 which are in communication with a space in which ribs 10 are provided, which are attached to a body 1.1 are, which in turn has ribs 12 on the outside, these ribs form a cooling system. The cylinder head is surrounded by a body 13, in which a burner 14, shown schematically, is housed.
The burns _, - s, ##, as (# pass the ribs 6 and leave the body 13 after they have kicked their heat # through the Channel 15. The -ib7 cylinder head 4 is attached to the body 1.1 by visual screws 16 , which in turn is secured by visual screws 17 is connected to a crankcase 18 .
These screws also connect the cylinder 1. firmly to the crankcase 18. The piston 3 is provided with a hollow piston rod 19 , to which an axis 20 is attached; These can rotate the heads 21 of two drive rods 22, while a displacement element 292) firmly attached to the swivel is guided through the piston rod 19 and the axis 20]. The drive rods 22 each have a further head 24 which can be rotated with ball bearings around a crank pin 25 .
The heads 24 have lugs 26 which carry pins 27 , and they see two displacement drive rods 29 with their heads 28 </ B> can turn. On other ends of the displacement drive rods 29 you can see each a head 30 , both of which are fixed around one on the displacement rod < B> 23 attached axis 31 are rotatable.
The carbide pegs 25 are eccentrically attached to flywheels 32 , which are coupled to one another by gear rims 33 , which the pegs 25 having cranks. are in all positions synimetrically to a plane, -welehe contains the cylinder axis.
On the flywheels, 34 cleg ngewehte 35 are applied. The Kiirl) elkasteli 18 is put through a tub 36 so that it can be partly , C wise or -an% with oil </ B> can be filled.
The masses of the piston drive rods '22, the piston rod 1.9 and the piston 3 are approximately equal to the masses of the displacement drive rods 29, the displacement rod 23 and the displacer 2, while the length of each piston drive rod 22 is approximately the same as that of the displacement drive rod 29.
It can be seen that the phase difference between the displacer movement and the piston movement is caused by the angle between the piston drive rod 22 and the ver (ii-: iiiig (#rtriel) rod 29.
If the displacer rod heads 30 sieve. do not rotate the axis 31, but around two different axes which can be displaced in a direction lying vertically in the drawing plane in such a way that the two pegs to the symmetry ebew, of the gear always remain symmetriseb,
in this way a change in the difference in pliases can be obtained. Hand of Fig. 2 will be explained below -nHber. 21a, '-) b, 2c and 2) d show the different positions of the piston and the displacer to one another for%, ier different ones. Crank positions.
The displacer 2 and the displacer rods 23 are indicated with dashed lines; the piston e) with full lines.
The piston drive rods 22 have the same length as the displacement drives and, for the sake of simplicity, are shown in the figures directly connected to the piston (in reality they are connected to the piston rod).
In the fi, g. 2 (t the piston is in its liö (, hst g - ie position in which the piston; Fig. 2b shows the piston and the displacer are closest, so the the smallest cold room is available;
in FIG. 2e the displacer is in a highest position and in FIG. 2d the distance between the displacer and the piston is at a maximum, with the cold space being maximally large.
The phase difference between the piston movement and the displacement movement , Li can be easily seen from FIGS. 2a and 2c, the angle enclosed between the crank position of FIG. 2a and the crank position of FIG. 2c characterizes this phase divorced.
It can also be seen from the figures that at the end of the displacement rod 23 a transverse rod lying in the plane of the drawing, perpendicular to the displacement rod, can be attached and the displacement drive rods can be rotatably connected to this transverse rod, specifically on both sides of the displacement rod .
As you can see, the phase difference changes; namely, it becomes smaller to the extent that the distance between the displacement drive rod head and the displacement rod increases. If this distance is continuously adjustable, it results in a performance control of the motor.
As can be seen from the drawing, see the cranks having the pin 25 rotate in same phase, synchronously and in opposite directions of rotation, the plane through the rotating necks of the flywheels respectively. through the geometric axes of the cranks, the plane of symmetry of the transmission cuts perpendicularly. If the counterweights 35 are correctly dimensioned, a practically complete balancing of the nose can be achieved, so that the machine runs free of visual vibrations.
If the machine is a work machine, the mechanical energy can advantageously be dissipated via both shafts, so that the load on the two shafts and the parts interacting with them is the same. If it is a cooling machine, the mechanical energy is preferred, also over both shafts. are fed.
It is of course possible to arrange a number of the machines described one behind the other, so that a multi-cylinder machine is obtained which is complete, since every single machine is almost completely balanced.
