was besonders nachteilig ist.
Injection valve for diesel engines and process for their production The known diesel engines have the Naelite part that the specific consumption when increasing the speed increases significantly, and the speed can even be increased of the engine cannot be increased beyond relatively low limits with good efficiency, which is partly due to insufficient atomization of the fuel by the injection valve.
Another disadvantage is that the manufacturing costs of the injection valve are quite high and the service life is short.
According to the invention, these after parts can be reduced or avoided. The essence of the invention is that the double head part of the injection valve has two cylinders arranged one inside the other and that the fuel is passed through channels that are provided between these cylinders.
This has the effect that the fuel comes into contact with the walls of the injection valve along large areas and flows through channels, the efficiency of which is sufficiently large to cause the fuel to flow slowly through.
The injection valve itself is cooled very effectively by the fuel to be injected and this fuel is preheated well as a result, in order to reduce its viscosity,
for the purpose of improving the atomization and. Reduction of the specific consumption. In this way, good atomization and fast, good combustion is achieved even at high speeds.
The accompanying drawings illustrate some exemplary embodiments of the invention.
FIG. 1 is the longitudinal section of an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention in the assembled state, and FIG. 2 is the longitudinal section of a component part of the injection valve shown in FIG.
Fig. 3 is a cross section along the line III-III of Fig.2.
4 and 5 is a section and a top view of a further component of the injection valve of larger dimensions.
Fig. 6 is the side view of the piston of the injector.
FIG. 7 is a side view of another embodiment of the component shown in FIG.
Fig. 8 shows a modified embodiment of the component shown in Fig. 5, and, Fig. 9 is the longitudinal section of a suitable for the manufacture of the injection valve before direction.
According to FIGS. 1-6, the inner, thick-walled cylinder 2 is arranged in the outer, thin-walled cylinder 1 of the head of an injection valve, in which the needle 3 opens. and from is movable. The inner cylinder is with. Ribs 4 are provided, the outer surfaces of which rest on the inner lateral surface of the cylinder 1.
The ribs 4 are both above and below a little shorter than the cylinder (Figure 2), which forms a ring frame ge on the edge, this inner cylinder above and below.
Below the needle 3 is the nozzle disk 5 with ribs 6 seen on the llantelflä.che, which also extend to the inner surface of the cylinder 1.
The mode of operation of the injection valve is as follows: The gas oil used as fuel is advantageously pressed by a cam-controlled injection pump into the channels between the ribs 4 and from these passes through the aforementioned annular space into the shorter channels between the ribs 6.
The gas oil now flows through the cattle raun 7 below the nozzle disk 5, which is formed by an annular groove in this disk and in the bottom of the cylinder 1. From this annular space the gas oil flows upwards through the bores 3 into another annular space 9 below the needle, which is now lifted by the oil pressure,
so that the oil 1 is sprayed out flowing downwards again through the nozzle 10 and through the central openings 11 in the bottom of the cylinder 1.
As a result of the use of a special outer cylinder 1 around which the needle guide the inner cylinder 2 and through the formation of oil ducts in the space between the two cylinders, it is achieved that the oil is preheated well before atomization and the walls of the injection valve are effectively cooled will.
As a result of the fact that the fuel to be injected itself is used to cool the injection valve, this fuel is firstly preheated to such an extent that its viscosity is greatly reduced, which results in better atomization, and secondly the cooling is so effective that the low temperature prevents the gas oil from cracking at all points, causing local overheating,
burning or other malfunctions can be prevented. A plague burn is impossible because the inner cylinder receives no direct heat from the combustion chamber and is never significantly warmer than the gas oil flowing through it. As a result, a tight fit, that is, smooth guidance of the needle 3, is permissible, which increases the service life of the treads and the needle seat and reduces the amount of leakage oil.
This makes the engine more elastic.
The cooling effect can thereby be increased. be that the inner cylinder 2 is designed as a rod filter. In this case, namely, the fuel can flow from the A strömnuten12 (Fig.7) only along the inner surface of the outer cylinder into the outflow grooves 13, whereby the heat exchange is improved.
This formation of the ribs and the grooves also ensures that the 01 is filtered very effectively and immediately before atomization, and the valve is washed through everywhere.
In the lower part of the inner cylinder \? you can provide vertical Bohi-Lingen 14 (in the drawing two are shown.) In which corresponding driver pins of the nozzle disc 5 protrude. These pins are not shown in the drawing. This arrangement makes it possible that you can grind the nozzle disk 5 against the seat of the outer cylinder without dismantling the injection valve, because you simply rotate the cylinder 2 so russ.
A further development of the injection valve with. the two nested cylinders is that the inner cylinder 2 protrudes with a length H from the outer cylinder. The wall of the outer cylinder is thinner than that of the inner cylinder. If now this injection valve in the usual way at the edge. 20 is attached in the socket, the inner cylinder is pressed in the outer until the upper end faces of the two cylinders come into one plane.
This creates a pressure in the inner cylinder 2 and a tensile stress in the outside and the mating surfaces are vainly pressed against one another, to be precise enough that they do not become loose even during operation.
It is particularly important that the distance H is sufficiently small in order to ensure that only elastic changes in shape occur in the components, even during operation. Experience has shown that a correct size for the distance H is approximately in the case of medium-sized atomizers. 0.04 mm.
The size of the protruding part H should be sufficient to achieve a perfect fit of the surfaces perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, without, however, emphasizing tensions that come close to the yield point.
For class production, after the completion of the two cylinders 1 and 2, an etalon plate 15 is placed on the bottom of the latter, i.e. in place of the nozzle disk 5, the thickness E of which is smaller by the value H than the thickness tT of the nozzle disk 5: E = LH. Now the inner cylinder 2 is inserted and with. a screw 16 and a nut 18 held.
The head of the screw sits in a recess 17 provided for this purpose in the cylinder 2. For this purpose, the bohiting 11 must be large enough to allow the screw 16 to pass through.
When the parts are put together in this way, either cylinder 1 is slightly longer than cylinder 2 or vice versa. But if you grind the two upper end faces to make them in; To bring a level, then dismantled the parts, the etalon disk 15 removed. and the valve is normally mounted with the nozzle disc 5, the desired distance H is created at the top.
Be seated on the injector. the needle 3 has no extension on its lower part, that is to say no pin which would penetrate into the central bore of the nozzle disk 5, as in many known constructions. This needle resting on the disk 5 with a flat surface can be produced cheaper and more easily than the known needle
Needles provided with a special spigot, whereby the deadening due to the above-mentioned conditions, especially due to the preheating of the oil, is better with the known valves with flat seat surfaces.
In order to make the atomization even better, tan.gentially running grooves 19 (joints) are made on the upper support surface of the disc 5.
8) attached in order to enable part of the gas oil to penetrate directly into the annular space 9 after leaving the ribs 4, in such a way that a rotary movement, that is to say a twist, is produced.
The advantages of this twist are well known per se and assist, among other things, in the fact that at higher speeds the angle of the injection cone is increased, so the economically still permissible maximum speed can be higher. However, this twist was previously achieved through grooves made in the needle or in the cylinder wall,
which is particularly disadvantageous. As a result, the needle's sealing surface loses its continuity, which can lead to leaks and pitting. In contrast, in the embodiment described, these inclined grooves or grooves 19 are used in a fixed component on a flat surface,
so that the advantages of the rotary movement of the gas oil can be used without any disadvantage. The same applies to the case when the grooves 19 are not arranged in the plate 5 but in the lower part of the cylinder 2.
The number and size of the grooves 19 is advantageously chosen such that the amount of oil flowing through the annular space 7 is still sufficient for the disk 5 from below to be sufficient:
to cool, and the amount of oil flowing through the grooves 19 is sufficient to set the entire amount of ejected oil in a rotary motion. In the borderline case, the entire amount of oil is passed through these grooves 19.
