System for automatically showing shot results and for gluing shot holes. The invention relates to a system for automatically showing shot results and for gluing gun holes. The same is distinguished according to the invention by means of a target plate movable relative to a carrier carrying at least one scanning element and means for locking that are transversely movable on the carrier
the lateral position of the viewing hole and for gluing the same, furthermore by means of a display device which is electrically coupled to the carrier and the aforementioned transversely movable means and is arranged in the stand, and by a switch to control and monitor all processes from the stand.
The invention will now be explained on the basis of the enclosed, an embodiment of the location and a detailed variant depicting drawing. 1 shows an elevation of a target and the means for detecting the entry, FIGS. 2 shows a section along the line II-11 of FIG. 1, Fi-. 3 a plan view, FIG. 4- the sensing elements in side view, FIG. 5 a longitudinal section through the adhesive v-orriehtung,
Fig. 5a is a view of a detail, Fi-. 6 shows a plan view of the display supply line in the state, FIG. 7 shows a partial section along the line VII-VII in FIG. 6, FIG. 8 shows a circuit diagram, FIG. 9 shows a modified design of the sensing elements.
The system shown in FIGS. 1 to 8 for automatically showing the shooting results includes the following devices in addition to the disc 1, which is known per se: 1. A carriage 3 provided with sensors 10, movable up and down, with which the ordinate of the bullet is determined can.
\ a. A transversely movable device on the carriage 3 to determine the abscissa of the bullet and 3. a gluing device for gluing the bullet hole. Electrically coupled with the devices just mentioned, the following devices are in the stand, conveniently within reach of the shooter:
A display device through which the influence is automatically and correctly transferred to a stand sheet, which is in turn a reduced reproduction of the target, by organs electrically coupled with the devices according to FIG. 1 to 3, and a switch actuated by the shooter for the various control and display processes to control.
The basic idea of the system shown is thus to automatically sense the bullet, to glue the Sehussloeh at the same time and to transfer the movement of the sensing elements automatically and electrically to a display device within reach and sight of the shooter, whereby all of these processes can be triggered by the shooter himself. without the cooperation of any pointers or warner being required. The automatic display, however, is not triggered by the shot itself.
The individual, the illustrated situation bil Dender devices will now be described in sequence: In the target, z. B. in the usual way in Sehiessstands already existing Zeigergra ben columns 2 or the like are set up, with a disc 1 is inserted interchangeably in vertical guides between two adjacent Säu len. The disk is drawn onto a frame, not shown, for example. On the pillars 2 is a) Vagen 3 vertically up and down movable ge leads. The movement of the carriage 3 is carried out by a motor 7, which is set in rotation by means of gears 8 and a band brake 9, which is actuated by an electromagnet 9a, on a shaft 4 seated rope.
Ropes, wires or cables lead from these cable drums via the pulleys 5 'to the carriage 3. The polarity of the motor 7 can be reversed, so that its direction of rotation can be optionally set. As is readily apparent, the carriage 3 is raised or lowered depending on the direction of rotation of the motor 7. In the Fig.1 to 3 not presented end stops turn off the drive of the motor automatically as soon as the Wa conditions its top and bottom positions he has reached.
Resilient sensors or buttons 10, which are arranged in front of and behind the pane 1, are attached to the carriage 3, which can be designed, for example, as resilient lamellae and which scan the entire pane surface without gaps. For example, there are two rows of 150 sensors each. The shape of this sensor can be seen in particular from FIG. They are shaped in such a way that their ends can pass through a Sehussloeh and can touch each other and furthermore so that they slide freely on the Sehei ben surface both when the carriage 3 moves upwards and downwards.
As will be explained later with reference to Fig. 8, electrical switching organs are provided which immediately stop the motor 7 and apply the brake 9, which bites the car to slow down quickly as soon as two opposing sensors 10 touch. In this way, the ordinate of the one shot 40 can be determined.
To determine the abscissa is on guide rails 19 of the carriage 3 Vorrich device transversely (laterally) movably mounted, which is used both to determine the abscissa, that is, the lateral position of the Einsehusses and to glue the shot hole 40 (Figure 5). On the rails 19 mentioned (see in particular FIG. 5). a multi-part rod 14, 1.1a guided transversely (laterally) displaceably on ball bearings 18.
The transverse movement is generated by a special motor 20, which hzw an endless belt, an endless chain via a countershaft 21 and pulleys 41. an endless belt 22, e.g. B. made of steel, set in motion. The polarity of this motor 20 can also be reversed, so that, depending on its direction of rotation, the direction of movement of the aforementioned composite rod 14, 14e which is firmly connected to the belt 22 can be changed.
Here, too, end stops, which are not shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, prevent the rod 14, 14c from moving beyond the side wheels.
On the rod 14, 14a., Namely on its front part 14, sits a control disc 23 (Fig.3, 5, 5a). The same slides with a transverse movement of the rod 14, 14a over the rear sensor 10 and pushes the same ben down.
As soon as it presses down that sensor 10, which is in electrically conductive connection with its opposite sensor through the Sehussloeh 40, the circuit is interrupted by the motor 20, and the transverse movement of the rod 14, 14u stops immediately. Thus the abscissa of the entry is now clearly defined.
On and partly in the rod 14, 141u. 1> efincleri now has the means to glue up the bullet hole. These means comprise a solenoid 12, the - # Viikungmveise will be described below, and a core 13 which is axially movable in the solenoid coil 12. This core is located at the rear end of the rod part 14a, which remains 42 via a bearing is supported on the ball bearing 18.
The rod part 14a is longitudinally movable in the bearing bush 42 and at its front end with it. the rod part 14 through the thread 43 connected. The rod part 1.4 carries an attachment 1.4 'to which the band 22 is attached. The extension 14 'is hollow in its front part and receives a sleeve 1.5, which holds adhesive discs 15a ent.
These rondelles are coated with dry adhesive on their outer side facing the pane 1, so that they can be glued onto the pane 1 provided with a corresponding covering on its rear side by pressing them. A ring 15b, the inside diameter of which is slightly smaller than the diameter of the washers, prevents the unintentional escape of these washers, but allows light to mistrust as soon as they are glued to the disc. The stack of dents is under the action of a spring-loaded piston 17 on which the spring 16 presses.
As can be readily seen, an excitation of the solenoid coil 12 causes the core 13 to be displaced to the left (FIG. 5) in the direction of the disk 1. As a result, lzoninite. the foremost rondelle within the ring 15b to rest against the disc 1. When you move the rod 14, 14a back to it, the rondelle adheres to the disc, and its edge is pulled out of the ring 15b.
The above-mentioned processes on the target are now to be transmitted to the shooter who, in addition to a switch that is still described, the display device according to FIGS. 6, 7 is located. This device carries on a frame 53 bearings for shaft pairs 44, 44u and 45, 45a. The shafts 44, 45 are rotatable by electric motors 29, 29a and transmit their rotary motion to their associated shaft 44a or
45a. The rotation of the motors 29, 29a is made in a manner to be described according to the movement of the motors 7, 20, the translation of the movement transmission is of course such that on the a reduced image of the pointer disk 1 contained standing sheet 24 the position of the bullet is shown exactly. Straps 46, 47 are placed over the shaft pairs 44, 44a and 45, 45a, which are firmly connected in pairs to a pair of guide rails 48, 48 or 49, 49.
A movement of the shaft 44 by the motor 29a thus results in a movement of the belts 46 and thus the rails 48, for example. Likewise, a rotation of the shaft 45 by the motor 29 causes the belts 47 and thereby the rails 49 to move. The motors 29, 29a can be switched over in the same way as the motors 7, 20, so that they can be switched over both in one and in rotate the other direction of rotation and adjust the zugeord designated rails 48, 49 accordingly.
The rails 48, 49 lie one above the other and, in the manner shown in FIG. 7, guide a ring 26 through which the pin 30 is guided and which runs perpendicularly to the stand sheet 24 and to its base 50. This base is formed, for example, by a sheet metal. In a manner yet to be described, when a shot hole is glued, a current surge is sent through the pin 30, which acts as an electrode, a spark being generated which marks the shot on the stand sheet 24.
The mode of operation of the system described will now be explained with reference to the circuit diagram in FIG. 8: In the shooting range there is a main switch 55 next to the shooter, through which the entire system can be connected to the network at 56. If the switch 55 is switched on, the connection from the network 56 to the changeover switch 57 is established once, the switching lever 58 of which is connected to one pole 59. If the monitor is in the drawn zero position, there is no current in the system despite the main switch being on.
If the switch lever 58 is now moved to the position I, the circuit via contact 60, the closed switch 61 to the reversible motor 7 and the motor 29x and back to the pole 62 is closed when the main switch 55 is switched on at the same time. Since the motor 7 is put into operation, and the carriage 3 moves see upwards, the buttons 10 sliding on the disc 1. The motor 29a is also put into operation and moves the pair of rails 48, 48 upwards.
If two opposing buttons 10 come into metallic contact with each other, a control circuit fed by a battery 63 is closed, which leads from the terminal 64 of a button 10 via a signal lamp 66 to a relay 67 in which Excitation of the normally open switch 68 is closed. As a result, mains current reaches the relay 69, when the switch lever 61 is moved onto the pole 70 when it is excited. Since the circuit to the motor 7 (and to the motor 29a) is opened, on the other hand, the one through the electromagnet 9a of the electromagnetically operated brake 9 is closed.
The drive of the car 3 is thus stopped and the inherent mass acceleration slowed down.
At the same time, as soon as the two mentioned buttons 10 come into contact with one another, the control circuit is closed by the relay 71, when it is energized the switch 72 is closed and mains current is supplied to the motors 20, 29.
As a result, on the one hand, the rod 1.4, 14a move transversely on the carriage 3 and, on the other hand, the rails 49 of the display device, until the control disk 23 directs the contact. the two touching buttons 10 interrupts. At this moment the control circuit of the battery 63 is opened, the signal lamp 66 goes out, switch 72 returns to the open position, and the power supply to the motors 20, 29 is interrupted.
The shooter then moves the switch lever 58 into the position 11, on the one hand to glue the sight hole 40 and to generate a spark in the display device which marks the shot on the stand sheet 24.
8, when the switch lever 58 is in position II, the circuit through the solenoid 12 and the high-voltage transformer 73 is closed, whereby the core 13 is axially in the manner described above v shifted and thereby glued the shot hole and on the other hand a spark is generated between pin 30 and base 50 and the shot is thus marked on the stand sheet: 24.
The visual value can be noted on a section of the sheet and checked at any time by inspection bodies.
The switch lever 58 is then moved into position III. Here, the circuit is closed by the relay 74 and the switch 75 is opened. At the same time, the polarity of the field windings 76 and 80 of the motor 29 and of the motor 20 is reversed.
You can see these two moors rotate. with, reverse direction of rotation compared to the rotation in the position 1 of the switch lever 58 and lead the transversely movable parts 1.4, 14a on the 'VV agen 3 and the rails 49 (Fig. 6) in their starting position zuKiek. When moving the rod 14, 14a into its starting position. of course see the control disk 23 with.
The sensors 10 that were previously pressed down thereby return to their original position. Has that on the disc 1 a.uf, - @ eclrüekte Rondell 15a. is not adhered to the same, the battery circuit is thus closed again by the sensors 10 touching one another in the sight hole. The control lamp 66 lights up again and makes the shooter aware that the shot hole has not been taped up.
At the same time, the switch 72 is brought into its switch-on position for the circuit of the motors 20, 29. This circuit is not yet closed because the relay 74 still keeps the switch 75 open.
In this case, the shooter rotates the holder lever 58 in the position IV. In dersel ben the motors 20 and 29 are set in rotation again, and the rod 14, 14a be moved on the carriage 3 again as long; until it comes to rest in front of the bullet hole again. The gluing process is repeated again as soon as the switch lever 58 is brought into position V, since the relay 90 had previously brought the switch 91 into its closed position.
If the shot hole is glued, then by setting the holder lever 58 in position VI, carriage 3 and rod 14, 14a. ztii-ückged into their starting positions. At the same time, the motors 29, 29a and the parts actuated by them move back into their starting position. If the hole has already been glued correctly through the first gluing process, it lights up in position III, i.e. when the rod 14 goes back,
14a, the lamp 66 is not on. In this case, the switching lever 58 can be turned into position VI without interruption. The positions III and IV are ineffective because their. Circuits. by the position of the relays 71, 72 and 90 are ineffective. Finally, the contactor brings the switching lever 58 to position 0, so that the explained mode of operation can start again.
FIG. 9 shows a modified embodiment of the sensing elements 10, which in this case have rollers 11 at their front ends. The manner of operation is exactly the same as that of the feelers 10.
Instead of the mechanical sensor, one side of the window could also have a strip covered with a layer of weakly radioactive material, and a Geiger counter on the opposite side, which of course react immediately in front of a shot hole, and a relay would turn on. The disc and the washers are provided with a thin lead coating that is sprayed onto their back as a radiation shield.
If necessary, the motors 29, 29a can also be provided with brakes which act analogously to the brake 9 described.
Instead of guiding the carriage 3 from bottom to top over the pane 1, the latter could of course also be moved in relation to a stationary carriage.
Instead of scanning the disk 1 mechanically by means of the described button 10, optical sensing or scanning elements could also be provided.
