  Zellkörper und Verfahren zu dessen Herstellung
Es ist bekannt, Kunststoffe durch Prägung nit   Mustern    der verschiedensten Art zu ver  ehen.   



   Es wurde nun gefunden, dass sich Zellnaterial mit   geseblossenen    Zellen ans thermo  ,lastischen    Stoffen in der Wärme prägen las  lein.    Auffallenderweise gelingt es, das Zellnaterial nur an der Oberfläche zu verändern.



     3s    gewinnt dadurch erheblich an Aussehen md Festigkeit. Die innern Teile behalten vollständig ihre Struktur aus geschlossenen Zellen md erhalten dadurch dem Gebilde die wesent  leben    Eigenschaften des Ausgangsstoffes. Die geprägte Oberfläche wird dagegen durch den   ruek    in der   Wärme    zusammengepresst und labei mindestens teilweise geschmolzen und   rerdichtet,    wodurch deren Festigkeit erhöht vird. Die durch Prägung erzielte   Musterung    st dabei tiefer als bei einem kompakten   Kunst-      , toffkörper,    wodurch die Musterung besonders   ;chön    hervorgehoben wird.



   Die Prägung wird durch Einpressen der Matrize unter Erwärmung in den Zellkörper mindestens auf einer Seite ausgeführt. Man kann die Prägung durch   heizbare    Pressen oder durch beheizte Gaufrierwalzen in Bahnen ausführen. Die Matrizen können jeder beliebigen Art sein, z. B. aus Formen mit den gewünschten Zeichnungen entsprechenden Vertiefungen oder   Erhöhungen,    reliefartige gemusterte Stoffe, Siebe und dergleichen.  



      PATENTANSPRUCHE   
I. Zellkörper mit gesehlossenen Zellen aus thermoplastischen Stoffen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mindestens auf einer Seite mit einer Prägung versehen ist.



   II. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Zellkörpers nach Patentanspruch I, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Prägung durch Druck und   Wärme    so ausführt, dass der Zellkörper nur an der Oberfläche verändert wird.
