Fig. 1 zeigt eine Ansicht der Vorrichtung. Fig. 2 und3 veranschaulichen die Kniek- vorrichtung im Längsschnitt.
Kink device for rod parts, in particular for garden umbrellas The invention relates to a knee device for rod parts, primarily for garden parasols.
It is known to see the stick parts of Crarten- sehirme with a knee device so that the canopy can be placed more or less obliquely to the side. Kink devices in different designs are used for this. They usually consist of an upper part and a lower part, which can be pivoted about a pin in the manner of a joint. In the swiveled out position, you can see the upper part and the lower part in relation to one another.
The invention has an advantageous embodiment of such a knee device for the Gregenstand. It is characterized in that the upper part can be fixed in relation to the lower part by a transversely displaceable latching part in several visual positions, which engages in recesses in one part.
The buckling device can advantageously be designed in such a way that one part comprises the other part like a fork and a latching part that can be displaced transversely is mounted in the fork part. This locking part can engage in a recess of the other part by means of an approach. C Ilierfür this other part can have radially tapering recesses.
Such a knee device has the advantage of being easy to adjust and adjust. The upper and lower part of the device are safely and reliably guided. The upper part can be swiveled to both sides from the vertical. The locking in the pivoted-out position is preferably done automatically.
Since the locking part can be displaced transversely to the swivel plane, the locking is always reliable and safe. There is no need to tighten the parts by means of a wing screw or the like, which usually requires greater forces and is strenuous for larger umbrellas. The construction is solid and robust.
In detail, the design can be made so that one part is rotatably mounted in a disk-like manner between fork arms of the other part. The transversely displaceable locking part can be arranged parallel to the hinge pin of the parts. The locking part itself is not rotatable. It can have a web-like approach for engaging in a recess of one part aufwei sen at one end. At the other end, an actuation device can be provided for moving the locking part in the transverse direction. The locking part is expediently brought under spring pressure. The actuating button can be stored in a bore in the part.
In the drawing, the erfindungsge Permitted knee, -vorriehtung is illustrated in an exemplary embodiment.
Fig. 1 shows a view of the device. Fig. 2 and 3 illustrate the knee device in longitudinal section. Here, FIG. 2 shows the same in the locked position and FIG. 3 in the open position.
The knee supply line shown consists of an upper part 1 and a lower part. 2, which are articulated around the bolt 3 and are pivotable. The lower part 2 has two fork arms 2a and 2 , between which the arm la of the upper part 1 is provided. In this way, the parts have mutual guidance and can be pivoted in one plane. To pivot the parts to both sides, the fork arms 2a -and 2b end in a circular arc.
The part 1b of the other upper part 1 , which is seated on this fork arm, has a corresponding circular arc-shaped recess.
To fix the parts which can be pivoted relative to one another, several recesses 4, 5, 6 are provided in the upper part. In the lower part 2 there is a transversely displaceable latching part 7 which can engage in the recesses 4, 5, 6 . The latching part 7 acts as a latch and points. rectangular cross-section, which corresponds to the rectangular recesses 4, 5, 6 . To actuate the bolt 7 , it can be provided with a round pin 7a, at the end of which a thrust plate 8 is attached.
The latch 7 is under the pressure of the spring 9, so that the viewing pivot position is automatically locked. The pressure plate 8 is guided through the hole 1.0 ..
When the two parts are in a vertical position, the latch 7 locks in and holds it in the middle recess 4 of the upper part 1 through the force of the spring 9 the parts in a stretched position. When the pressure plate 8 is pressed in, the bolt 7 leaves the recess 4, so that the upper part 1 moves to the right or left compared to the other part 2 can be swiveled.
In the respective outward pivoted position, the bolt 7 falls into the recess 5 or 6 , whereby the parts are secured in the pivoted out position. In the drawing, three radially extending recesses 4-6 are shown. Depending on the size and type of knee device, the number of cut-outs can also be larger. The parts are advantageously cast, e.g. B. Leichtmetallguss, Zinkdruekguss or the like made.
The knee device is freeignet especially for garden umbrellas. However, it can also be used for rod or fabric parts of other sizes.
