Abutment device with wedge ledge on straight guides The invention relates to an abutment device with wedge ledge on straight guides.
Such facilities are advantageously used in machine tool construction, e.g. B. in presses for guiding the table and / or the press ram in the press frame.
In the case of long guides, a screw bolt was screwed into the weak end of the V-ledge or welded onto the weak end, and the V-ledge was moved with the help of a nut screwed up on the bolt screwed on the bolt with the help of a support against fixed parts. Since the front end of the V-ledge, especially in the case of long guides, is relatively thin, the screw bolt screwed into the end face of this V-ledge end can only be correspondingly weak. However, if the bolt is stronger and welded to the end of the wedge, it is a hindrance when grinding over the wedge inclination.
The invention consists in that between a fixed surface and a movable guide rail a wedge bar is arranged and that a screw bolt is provided to adjust the wedge bar, which is hook-shaped and engages with its angled part in the weak end of the wedge bar.
Fig: 1. shows an embodiment of the adjusting device according to the invention in section along the line A-B of Fig..2. FIG. 2 shows the device in section along the line C-D of FIG.
A wedge bar 1 is arranged between a fixed surface 2 and a guide rail 3 is. The guide rail 3 can be displaced on its base 4 in the direction of the double arrow 5 and is secured by screws 6. The rear surface 7 of the guide rail has one of the wedge surface 8 of the wedge bar 1 corre sponding inclination. In a recess 9 of the guide rail 3, a screw bolt 1.0 is arranged, whose .vorderes angled end 11 engages in a bore 12 at the weak end of the V-ledge.
A nut 13 can be screwed onto the inspection bolt 10 and is supported by a washer 14 against the side surface of the guide rail 3 and against fixed machine parts 4 and 15.
For precise adjustment of the guide rail 3, for example on the counter surface present in a table or ram, the screw 6 is tightened after loosening the screws 6, the wedge bar 1, moves along the stop surface 2 in the direction of the wedge tip and the guide rail 3 in Fig.1 moves to the left. When the correct position is achieved, the screws 6 are tightened again.
The hook-shaped screw bolt 10, 11 can also be arranged in a recess in the machine part 15 instead of in a recess in the guide rail 3.
