Fig. 1 ist eine Vorderansicht der Seha- lungsplatte.
Fig. 2 zeigt perspektivisch einen.
Formwork panel The object of the present invention is a formwork panel made of boards that are held together with their longitudinal sides and collide.
It is known in such formwork panels to keep the ends of the boards in alignment for the purpose of stiffening the board by means of rails which are placed in grooves in the end faces of the boards and are held in place with clamps. In the formwork panel according to the invention, this purpose is fulfilled and, moreover, an effective protection of the end faces of the boards and their edges against mechanical damage and weathering is achieved in that the ends of the boards are encompassed by a metal rail, which has a web running through in front of the end faces of the boards and has two flanges parallel to the plane of the plate.
The accompanying drawing shows. From an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. Fig. 1 is a front view of the cladding panel.
Fig. 2 shows in perspective a. Formwork panel part in section along line A-: 1 of FIG. 1.
The shuttering panel shown is composed of a number of boards 1 which abut one another with their longitudinal narrow sides. In order to connect the boards, corrugated fastening members 2 are provided, which are driven transversely over the butt joints of two abutting boards. The end parts of the boards are encompassed by a metal rail 3 which has a web 4 running through in front of the end faces of the boards and two flanges 5, 6 parallel to the plane of the board.
The free edges 7, 8 of the two flan's are directed inward and offset from one another in the longitudinal direction of the boards. These two inwardly directed edges engage in two corresponding grooves, also offset against one another in the longitudinal direction of the boards, on both side surfaces of the formwork panel, which run parallel to the front edges of the boards.
In this way, the boards are prevented from shifting in their longitudinal direction, with the staggered position of the grooves on the sides of the board avoiding an undesirable weakening of the board cross-section.
At one end, the rail has a tab 9 which is connected to the web and which is let in along the free narrow side of the formwork panel, bent open and screwed onto it. This prevents the rail from sliding out of the boards and at the same time provides total corner protection.
The inwardly facing edges of the flanges could also be omitted and the flanges of the rail bolted to the side walls of the plate; furthermore, the upturned flap of the web can be missing. Finally, the panels can be held on their long sides. be held together by gluing the corrugated fastening elements. The plate can of course consist of any number of boards of any size, and the size of the rail can accordingly be varied as desired.
The formwork panel described has the advantage over other Sehalungsplatten that it is protected not only against throwing (bowls, hollow), but also against wear of the front edges dureb mechanical or weathering influences by the comprehensive continuous rail. Further advantages are that the amount of work required to produce the Sehalungsplatte is shortened compared to other panels, and that the left end of the rail in Fig. 1, which does not have a tab 9,
regular growth and shrinkage of the boards, respectively. Plate is made possible. Another advantage is durability. The unequal length of the flanges of the edge protection also have the advantage that the narrower flange, pressed into the concrete, does not have such a disruptive effect for exposed concrete work.
