Description
Transporteinrichtung
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Transporteinrichtung mit Transportbehälter und Kippvorrichtung für denselben, die sich dadurch kennzeichnet, dass der Transportbehälter sieh aus einem vom Behälterkörper gebildeten Oberteil und einem von einem gest ella rtigen Tragsockel gebildeten, mit dem Oberteil fest verbundenen Unterteil zusammensetzt, dass unter den Oberteil zum Transport des Behälters Ausladearme einer fahrbaren liebevorriehtung greifen können, und dass eine Querachse an mindestens einem dieser beiden Behälterteile vorgesehen ist, um die der mittels der Achse in gehobener Lage abgestützte Behälter gekippt werden kann.
Diese Transporteinrichtung kann ausgebildet sein, um leicht und bequem z. B.
Flüssigkeiten von einem Aufladeort zu einem Abladeort zu befördern und dort auszusehüt- ten.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen- standes veranschaulicht.
Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen einen Transportbehäl- ter der Einrichtung in einer Seitenansicht und in einer Stirnansicht;
Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen den vordern Teil einer fahrbaren Hebevorriehtung der Einrichtung, mittels welcher der Behälter gemäss Fig. 1 und 2 transportiert und entleert wird, und
Fig. 5 veranschaulicht eine andere Vorriehtung für den Transport und die Entleerung dieses Behälters.
Der in Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte Transportbehälter hat einen reehteekigen Querschnitt und dient zum Transport von Flüssigkeiten sowie Materialien in pulverigem und körnigem Zustand. Dieser Behälter setzt sich aus einem vom Behälterkörper a gebildeten Oberteil und einem von einem gestellartigen Tragsockel b gebildeten Unterteil zusammen, der aus zwei kufenartigen Seitenteilen besteht und auf dem der Oberteil befestigt ist. c ist ein Schliessdeekel zu einer Einfüllöffnung des Behälterkörpers und d ist ein verschliessbarer Ent leerungsstutzen. Der Behälterkörper ist oben auch noch mit vier Aufhängeösen e versehen.
An den beiden Seitenteilen des Tragsockels b ist je ein buchsenartiges Achslager bl vorgesehen. Diese beiden Achslager sind mit einem mittleren, am Bodenteil des Behälterkörpers befestigten Achslager b2 in der Querrichtung ausgefluchtet und bilden Lagermittel für eine Querachse o, die wegnehmbar in diese Lagermittel eingesteckt ist und um die der Behälter gekippt werden kann, wie später noch erläutert ist. Die drei Achslager bl und b2 befinden sich, wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich ist, in einer Querebene, die gegenüber der mittleren Querebene des Transportbehälters versetzt ist. Zum Transport dieses Behälters dient eine fahrbare Hebevorrichtung nach Fig. 3 und 4.
Diese Vorrichtung hat auf der vordern Stirnseite zwei säulenartige Führungen f, an welchen je ein Hubwinkel g verschiebbar gelagert ist, dessen horizontaler Schenkel einen Ausladearni gt bildet, an dessen Ende ein pfannenartiger Lagerteil g2 vorgesehen ist. An den säulenartigen Führungen f ist auch je eine mit den Hubwinkeln auf und ab bewegbare Kabeltrommel h angeordnet, die mittels eines Handrades gedreht werden kann.
Zum Befördern eines Transportbehälters fährt man mit der Hebevorrichtung, deren Hubwinkel g sich in gesenkter Lage befinden, so auf den Behälter zu, dass die Ausladearme g1 der Hubwinkel in den Tragsockel einfahren und den Behälterkörper untergreifen, und zwar so weit, bis die Lagerteile g2 der Ausladearme g1 lmmittelbar unter der Achse liegen, wonach die iiber obere Rollen i der Hubwinkel g geführten Kabel mit den ent spreehenden Ösen e des Behälters a verbunden werden. Die Kabel werden alsdann straff aufgewunden und die Kabeltrommeln gegen Drehung gesichert.
Der Behälter wird nun mittels der Hubwinkel g an der Querachse o gehoben, um die er dann dureh Abwickeln der Kabel und vermöge seines Übergewicht es gekippt werden kann, um ihn zu entleeren, wie in Fig. 4 veranschaulieht ist.
Der Transportbehälter kann unter ITm- ständen auch mittels eines Kranes oder eines Flasehenzuges gehoben und zum Entleeren mit der auch wieder durch den Tragsockei desselben hindurchgesteekten Querachse auf einen Lagerbock m s abgestellt werden, um ihn, wie in Fig. 5 gezeigt, zu seiner Entleerung um die Achse zu kippen.
Die Querachse könnte auch nur am Tragsockel oder am Behälterkörper gelagert sein, an dem zu diesem Zweck ein Rohr vorzusehen wäre, das an seinen beiden Enden mit den betreffenden Seitenwandteilen des Behälterkörpers versehweisst und in welchem die Querachse wegnehmbar eingesteckt wäre. Diese Querachse müsste in diesem Falle so lange sein, dass deren Ende über die Seitenwandteile des Behälterkörpers hinausragende Zapfen bilden, an welchen der Behälter gehoben bzw. abgestellt werden kann, um ihn um die Querachse zu U kippen.

The transport container shown in Fig. 1 and 2 has a reehteekigen cross-section and is used to transport liquids and materials in powdery and granular state. This container is composed of an upper part formed by the container body a and a lower part formed by a frame-like support base b, which consists of two runner-like side parts and on which the upper part is attached. c is a closing cap to a filling opening of the container body and d is a closable emptying nozzle. The top of the container body is also provided with four hanging loops e.
A bush-like axle bearing bl is provided on each of the two side parts of the support base b. These two axle bearings are aligned in the transverse direction with a central axle bearing b2 attached to the bottom part of the container body and form bearing means for a transverse axis o which is removably inserted into these bearing means and around which the container can be tilted, as will be explained later. The three axle bearings bl and b2 are, as can be seen from FIG. 1, in a transverse plane which is offset with respect to the central transverse plane of the transport container. A mobile lifting device according to FIGS. 3 and 4 is used to transport this container.
This device has two column-like guides f on the front face, on each of which a lifting angle g is slidably mounted, the horizontal leg of which forms an unloading device at the end of which a pan-like bearing part g2 is provided. A cable drum h which can be moved up and down with the lifting angles and which can be rotated by means of a handwheel is also arranged on the column-like guides f.
To transport a transport container, the lifting device, the lifting angle g of which is in the lowered position, is moved towards the container in such a way that the unloading arms g1 of the lifting angle move into the support base and reach under the container body until the bearing parts g2 of the Unloading arms g1 lie directly under the axis, after which the cables guided over upper rollers i of the lifting angle g are connected to the corresponding eyelets e of the container a. The cables are then wound up tightly and the cable drums are secured against rotation.
The container is now lifted by means of the lifting angle g on the transverse axis o, around which it can then be tilted by unwinding the cable and, thanks to its excess weight, in order to empty it, as illustrated in FIG.
The transport container can also be lifted by means of a crane or a flat trainer under IT stands and, for emptying, placed on a bearing block ms with the transverse axis which is also pushed through the supporting sock Tilt axis.
The transverse axis could also only be mounted on the support base or on the container body, on which a tube would have to be provided for this purpose, which would be welded at both ends to the relevant side wall parts of the container body and in which the transverse axis would be removably inserted. In this case, this transverse axis would have to be long enough that its ends form pegs which protrude beyond the side wall parts of the container body and on which the container can be lifted or placed in order to tilt it about the transverse axis.
