Fig. 1 zeigt eine Stirnansicht.
3 be steht.
Lifting unit, especially for wine electric hoist There is already a small electric hoist with a load chain for lifting loads up to >> 00 kg in weight, with the lifting unit of which the drive motor and reduction gear and the switching elements are arranged in a common housing. Here, the housing has a substantially hreiszvlindrische shape.
The present invention is based on the knowledge that this known housing shape with regard to the greatest possible utilization of space can be poorly adapted to the parts to be accommodated therein and is also not appealing in appearance, and also cannot be packaged in a space-saving manner during transport. The aforementioned poor use of space is naturally associated with a correspondingly unnecessarily large weight and unnecessarily large material consumption for the formation of the housing, which causes both an increase in the cost of the housing per se and an increase in transport costs during transport.
The present invention relates to an IIebeaggregat, in particular for small electric train ,, of the type mentioned, which is characterized in that the housing is box-shaped and in the upper part has the drive motor with brake, in contrast, in the lower part the switching elements the reduction gear is arranged on the one end face of the housing in such a way that the gear wheel seated on the shaft with the chain wheel for driving the load chain is located at the bottom of the gear mechanism.
As practice has shown, the box-like shape of the housing not only allows space-saving accommodation of the interior equipment, but also. also space-saving packaging when shipping and convenient transport and gives the lifting unit and the electric hoist equipped with it a shapely appearance, especially when the edges and corners of the housing are rounded.
The drawing shows a Ausführungsbei game of the subject invention.
Fig. 1 shows an end view.
FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section along the line II-II in FIG. 1.
The lifting unit, especially for electric trains, with a load chain, has a box-shaped housing with rounded edges and corners, which, as can be seen from FIG. 2, consists of a central piece 1 open towards the front sides and two closing the front sides , removable lids 2 and 3 be available. The middle section of the housing 1 is provided with an intermediate wall 4, which serves on the one hand to fasten the electric lifting motor 5 angeord designated in the upper housing part and on the other hand to store the gear shafts of the reduction gear, which is driven by the motor and which is arranged on one end of the housing on the corresponding side.
The intermediate wall 4 is provided with a hole for leading through the motor shaft, the free end of which is provided with the drive pinion 12. This engages with a gear wheel 13 that sits on a shaft 6 that is freely rotatably mounted on the one hand in the intermediate wall 4 and on the other hand in the gear-side housing cover 3: on this there is also a pinion 14, which a gear wheel 15 is engaged.
The gear wheel 7.5 is seated on a gear shaft 7 which is again freely rotatable on the one hand in the partition 4 and on the other hand in the cover 3, and a crack]. 16 carries which gear wheel 17 is engaged with a Ge. The gear wheel 17 is seated on one at its other end, a sprocket 8 serving to drive the load chain 18 and is thus located. at the bottom of all transmission parts. The chain wheel 8 is arranged in a housing recess which has the housing on the lower side in the middle part and which is open at the bottom.
The named shaft is accordingly rotatably mounted in the intermediate wall 4 delimiting the indentation on the transmission side and in a wall part of the center piece 1 delimiting this indentation on the other hand. The load hook 19 is articulated on the load-side end of the chain 18, which is designed as a roller chain. On the opposite side of the transmission, a limit switch 9 is arranged in the lower part of the housing, which can be actuated by means of a 'switching shaft 10 s, which is rotatably mounted in the two wall parts delimiting the housing indentation and laterally projecting,
has shift lever 21 located in the indentation, a stop 20 located at the upper end of the load o hook 19 cooperates with one of these levers in such a way that it pulls the lever at the end of the load stroke. moving the shaft 10 into the switch-off position while rotating the shaft accordingly. whereby the s limit switch interrupts the motor current. The motor 5 is designed as a so-called cone displacement armature motor which brakes itself in the de-energized state so that the interruption of the motor current results in the motor coming to a standstill.
In the lower; In addition to the end screen, further switching elements 11, such as relays, contactors and the like, are accommodated in part of the housing.
The case also has two sy mmetriseh on the upper side in the middle part; its vertical longitudinal center plane located projections 24 (Fig. 1), on which a suspension hook 22 is attached, which with. a seated on the projections 24 flange 23 is provided, the ben by Sehrau, the projections removable rigid @. is bound.
The drive power is supplied via a cable 25 and the control via a cable 26, which are led through corresponding bores into the lower part of the housing. The control cable 26 is provided in a manner not shown at the control point with a manual switch or other control elements, by means of which the operator operates the lifting unit in the usual way.
The housing covers 2 and 3 are not in. shown way tightly closing with. screwed to the middle piece 1. All housing parts are expediently made of light metal and can be manufactured inexpensively due to the rounded edges and corners.
Instead of the suspension hook 22, another suspension element can also be attached to the housing, e.g. B. a handle and the like, or it can be attached to a crane trolley to form a small electric hoist for loads up to 500 kg, for example.
Nothing stands in the way of seeing the lifting unit with a chain store, in order to prevent the free end of the load chain 18 from hanging down in an uncontrolled manner and, for example, hanging over the conveyed goods. Such a chain store can expediently be built on the broad side of the housing adjacent to the free chain end. For this purpose, fastening approaches can be provided on the housing if necessary. It is advisable that, as can be seen from the drawing, the housing in the vertical.
The longitudinal and cross-section is rectangular shaped, the height being smaller than the length measured in the direction of the motor shaft, but larger than the width.
Contrary to what is shown in the drawing, the housing can be divided in the vertical '- #, longitudinal plane, with both housing halves being detachably connected to one another.
