Drilling machine table with floating centering. and drilling table top When drilling on drilling machines with the help of drill sleeves, the worker loses a lot of time getting the drill sleeve exactly under the drill, which he still does not always succeed. The consequences of this are crooked holes and broken bits. Especially with thin drills, it is always difficult to avoid breaking the drill and thus a significant interruption in work by correctly inserting it into the drill sleeve. On drilling machines with a central drive, in which multi-spindle drilling devices are also used, the risk of costly tool wear is even greater.
Quite apart from the fact that the drill bit and the drill jig are worn to a great extent due to the fact that the drill bits fit into the drill sleeves and causes inaccurate insertion of crooked holes, the previous method still involves an uncomfortable effort.
According to the present invention, these inconveniences are eliminated by providing a base plate ground in parallel, on which a table top ground in parallel, can be moved on balls of a ball cage with limited sliding movement on the base plate that a drilling jig is placed on the table top and only pushed roughly under the drill bit and that the drill automatically pulls the drilling jig into the exact position when it is cut off and in this way can center it precisely in order to reliably prevent the drill from rubbing sideways and drilling at an angle.
This protects the drill bit and the jig, the holes are more accurate and cleaner, the piece times and tool costs are reduced, the effort of the worker is reduced and the service life of the drill is increased.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the present invention: in FIG. 1, a partial section of a drilling machine table along the line A-A of FIG. 2, FIG. 2 shows the layout with the table top partially broken away and FIG. 3 shows a drilling machine equipped with a drilling machine in perspective with the drilling table with a swirling arrangement of centering and drilling table plate with an attached drilling jig.
The illustrated in the drawing, with its base plate screwed to the drill frame 1, table with a floating centering and drilling table plate has a base plate 2 provided with a parallel-planar ground and running surface, on which a retaining ring 3 is centered is fixed with screws 4, which limits the sliding movement of the ball cage 5 on the base plate by interacting with the inner edges 6 of the connected by connecting pieces 7 and the zigzag is arranged balls 8 leading disc rings J of the cage.
On the balls 8 slides with a surface-ground running surface 11 formed by a recess 10, the table top 12, which in turn has a parallel surface-ground table surface 13 on which a drilling jig 16 provided with holes 15 for guiding the drill 14 is placed. Due to this floating arrangement of the table top, it is sufficient to push the drilling jig with the hole in question only approximately under the drill bit, which automatically pulls the jig into the exact position when the table top is removed and centers it exactly so that drilling at an angle and lateral rubbing of the drill is prevented.
