Additional clamping device for screw clamps The subject of the present invention is an additional clamping device for screw clamps, characterized by a web beam which has a holding device with the help of which it can be brought into a detachable rotary connection with the pressure plate of the clamp spindle and on the side opposite this holding device carries at least two pressure plates .
An embodiment of the subject invention is shown in the drawing. 1 shows a side view, FIG. 2 shows a horizontal section along the line II-II of FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 shows a vertical section along the line III-III from FIG. 1.
From the illustrated Schraltbzwinge the spindle is poor in the sliding clamps. 1 is screwed in, denoted by 2. It carries a mostly rotatable pressure plate 3. The additional clamping device has a T-shaped web bar 4, which has a circular disk 5 in the longitudinal center of its central leg back and around it is arranged, upwardly inwardly curved claws 6, which can also be designed as springs nen.
These parts 5 and 6 together form a holding device which makes it possible to bring the web beam into a detachable rotary connection with the pressure plate 3 of the spindle by inserting this pressure plate between two claws 6 over the disk 5 so that it can then be removed from the inwardly bent claw ends is overlapped.
The lower transverse leg 4a of the Stegbal kens serves as a carrier for at least two outer pressure plate 7 and preferably also for a central pressure plate 8, which is ver slidable by means of retaining claws 9 on the transverse leg 4a.
The device described expands the application possibilities of a screw force, in that the clamp spindle pressure can be transferred to further apart, relative to the clamp spindle axis pivotable pressure plate 7 and the mitt sized pressure plate 8 is still displaceable.
The pressure plates 7 and 8 on the web beam 4 are advantageously made of a somewhat flexible, but tough material, such as hard rubber or wood.
