Eyepiece for binocular instruments The invention relates to an eyepiece for binocular instruments, in particular for Feldgteecher, in which the eyepiece carriers are arranged to be pivotable about a common axis around a common axis and contain the means for the purpose of setting the eyepieces to the eye relief of the observer Visual adjustment purposes, on the one hand, both eyepiece tubes with the help of a supple organ that couples two tubular bodies, each rotatable about an eyepiece axis, to one another to twist the same amount,
at the same time in order to be able to axially adjust amounts of the same size and on the other hand to allow an additional axial adjustment of at least one of the two tubes.
In order to obtain an eyepiece suitable for binocular instruments of this type, which enables the two axial adjustments of the eyepiece tube required for six-focus purposes without the two adjustments being able to influence each other, the eyepiece according to the present invention is designed so that there are two to the Eyepiece axis rotatable tubular body and an axially adjustable sleeve which is coupled to a tubular body so that it undergoes an axial adjustment when it rotates Ver, and which is coupled to the other tubular body so that it takes part in axial positions of the sleeve Ver and when rotated with respect to the bushing experiences axial adjustments with respect to the bushing,
this other tubular body is firmly connected to the eyepiece barrel and is connected to the tube in such a way that it can be rotated loosely with respect to the tube and takes the tube with it when it is axially adjusted.
In Fig. 1 and 2 of the drawing he inventive eyepiece of a binoculars is shown in axial section in two Ausführungsbeispie len.
In each embodiment, the eyepiece is designed so that a sleeve b is screwed to the eyepiece holder a, the axis of which coincides with the eyepiece axis 0-0. A pipe socket c is rotatably mounted on this sleeve and can be rotated by means of a drive button cl.
By means of a thread, the pipe socket c engages in a threaded piece d1 of a bushing d which is mounted on the bushing b . On the bushing d a visual hood with a cylindrical head e is fastened, which is fitted into a longitudinal groove bi of the bushing b, so that the bushing d can only experience axial adjustments with respect to the bushing b.
In the same groove. The cylindrical head f of a screw is fitted to bi, which is fastened to the tab g for the eyepiece gi, which is mounted in the sleeve b. is. The tube cg can only experience axial adjustments with respect to the sleeve b.
A nut body h, to which the eyepiece cup i is screwed, engages in a second threaded piece d2, the sleeve d, by means of a corresponding thread. Through the shell i and a collar h1 of the nut body h, a collar g2 of the tube g is held in such a way that the tube takes part in longitudinal adjustments of the nut body h, but that rotations of the nut body h and shell i relative to the tube g are possible. A drive knob h2 is used to rotate the nut body h.
The two eyepieces of a binocular instrument are z. B. to think coupled with each other by means of a Stahlban j, which ensures that when the drive button c1 is actuated by loading the rotation of the pipe socket c of one of the two eyepieces, the corresponding pipe socket of the other eyepiece experiences an equal rotation. In the case of the eyepieces, these rotations cause axial displacements of the straight bushing d and thus the nut body h, the shell i and the tube g by equal amounts.
When the nut body IL and the sleeve i are rotated relative to the sleeve d by actuation of the drive button h2, the nut body h, the cup i and the tube g of the relevant eyepiece experience an additional axial adjustment.
If you want to limit this additional adjustment to one eyepiece, as is often the case with Feldste chern with a central drive, the other eyepiece can be made correspondingly simpler.
The drawn two Ausführungsbei games of an eyepiece designed according to the invention differ essentially only in different embodiments of the straight bush d. In Fig. 1 the two threaded pieces d1 and d2 have different diameters and lie next to each other with respect to the axis 0-0, while in Fig. 2 they have the same diameter and lie behind one another with respect to the axis 0-0.
